Fat lie. I use Glo full time and one day I decided trying airtel on the same phone to stream match like I always do with Glo. Usually it takes 450MB to complete a match on Glo ever since I have been using it, the 2 times I tried airtel 1GB finished at around 70-78mins.

They zap twice your actual data usage. My phone shows me the data amount used which always counts accurately on Glo but never on Airtel.....can you explain?

On most video streaming applications, the content provider ( Youtube, Mobdro etc ) provide you QoS ( quality of service) based on your throughput ( internet speed) and/or device

So if you have a good throughput and a device capable of HD/4K ( phone , TV ) , they will serve you with higher video quality 720p , 1080p , 4K

If you want to prove me wrong, do a speed test for your GLO and Airtel, you will notice that Airtel most likely provided you with a better speed therefore , based on this , the content provider offered your a higher quality content.

In addition to that, if the content service runs advertisement, they tend to push more adverts when you have a good throughput ( speed).

The EFCC, Lagos office, has arrested a couple, Rowly Isioro a former Assistant General Manager with one of the first generation banks (Name withheld) and his wife Ovuomarhoni Naomi Isioro, a business woman, for their alleged involvement in Business Email Compromise, BEC, and money laundering.

A statement released by the commission on Monday, November 4th, says the couple were alleged to have laundered the total sum of One Million and Forty-nine Thousand Dollars ($1.49m) which was allegedly transferred to Ovuomarhoni Naomi’s bank account in Nigeria.

Their arrest followed a petition received by the Commission from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, through the office of their Legal Attache, United States Consulate Victoria Island Lagos, about their alleged involvement in computer related fraud, stealing and money laundering.

A mad man was caught packing used pad in a dustbin in front of Tommlyn hotel which is at the back of Roban store Enugu..

It happens that a lady disposed her dirt in the ESWAMA dustbin which her used pad are inside immediately she turned a mad man approached the waste bin and start packing something. She said something touched her and she had to go back to the waste bin only for her to notice that the man packed every pad she tied in a black lylon.. It was then she alarmed those around and they chased and caught the so called madman

I mean we were colonized by the British colonial masters who taught us English as well, and if there is anything i'm aware of its that the colonized country usually adopts the language and speaking pattern of their colonial masters like Senegal, Ivory Coast et al.

The minister of State for Transportation, Senator Rukayyat Gbemisola Saraki has said the intent of President Muhammadu Buhari in the maritime sector is to create massive jobs for unemployed Nigerians. She said as she oversees the sector, she would deploy her knowledge of the sector to actualize the President’s vision.

Daily Trust reports that Saraki had been detailed by the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi to oversee the maritime sector. She pointed out that having served as the Chairman, Senate Committee on Maritime for four years when she represented Kwara Central in the Senate, she has some knowledge about the sector which she would deploy to take the all important industry to the next level. According to her, the fulcrum of activities in the sector would be targeted at job creation which is the good intention of the President as well as providing enabling environment for businesses.

“What this government is trying to achieve is to create jobs, direct and indirect jobs, create an enabling environment for businesses. Luckily, I have a bit of experience with the maritime having chaired the Committee in the Senate for four years. “That was for four years, many years ago, a lot has happened in between.
