I haven't seen that one. Let me Google it. But you know this country, even if you introduce that system, they'd fight against it because you'd be taking away the birth right and and power of a certain region.

It's not just that region, majority of the politicians would kick against it. Cuz anything that'd prevent them from manipulating results provides no benefit to them.

It's same in the Civil Service. People are going to fight against having administrative and filing operations in the cloud.

You see 10 persons doing tasks that 1 person can do conveniently. You hear stories of offices burning up to cover up frauds. If things were electronic or cloud-based, we'd have a lean and Agile civil service and corruption will be reduced to the bearest minimum.

But the people who are benefiting from the rot will vehemently oppose such invention.

Nigeria needs a dictator with good intentions. That's the only way this country would work.
