Politics › Re: Exposed!! Why North Is Now Pushing For Biafra!!! by Depressed101: 1:39pm On Jun 11, 2021 |
FreeIgbos: After considering all the risks, the Islamic North has realized that Igbo separatists are using the chaos in Nigeria to make others see balkanization as a viable way out. Again, since they can't see any solution in sight, especially with their move to resettle wandering fulani herdsmen in the South and Middle belt being countered vehemently, and Igbos being at the forefront of this. They decided it would be in their best interest to rally others in Nigeria by isolating Igbos, demarketing them and forcing them into accepting an enclave nation within Nigeria. All these attacks from the man in Aso rock, to his cabinet and down to the influential Northerners are all part of the game plan.
They are now clamoring for the Igbos to leave with just the 5 SE States not minding that they're spread all across the SS and Benue State. The plan is to make Biafra/Igbos to remain dependent on Nigeria for its maritime and other crucial needs.
Going forward, they are mobilizing resources toward pitching SS minorities against Igbos so that this plan will work. Even Buhari stated this recently, that they've gotten some agreements from the minorities.
Whichever way it goes, it has become evident that Igbos will eventually leave Nigeria. However, what is not assured is whether the Yorubas, Niger Delta and Middle belt minorities will be serious enough to leverage the momentum to break free too or if they would be decieved to remaining in Nigeria. At this point, it is important to use the example of Ethiopia to show a glimpse of what fate allows any group that fails to leave once Igbos break free.
Ethiopia has several similarities with Nigeria. The country was sharply divided both in terms of religious and ethnic groups. There was always tensions, killings and attempts by certain groups to dominate others. These constant crises eventually led to a push by the Eritreans to have their own country. However, while the Eritreans People's Liberation Front EPLF were passionately fighting for it, and suffering massive indignities and humiliations just like the IPOB/Igbos in Nigeria today, other groups in Ethiopia either supported Addis Ababa or remained neutral, including the Tigrayans who were enjoying certain political advantages then. Today, Eritrea is not only independent but peaceful as well, but on the contrary, Ethiopia has remained in turmoil, moving from one crises to another. The people of Tigray that were once alling the shots and promoting a "United Ethiopia" are today enmeshed in an endless fight with the government of Ethiopia. Addis Ababa has continued to attack and massacre them with millions displaced and millions more facing starvation. The Tigrayans are now full of regret for not fighting to break free when the Eritreans presented them the opportunity. But it's too late for them. Referendum is generally organized once in a lifetime, once it is done it becomes binding.
To Yorubas, Southern and middle belt minorities, who the government may use the enormous resources at its disposal to intimidate, brainwash, influence or even bribe, always remember the people of Tigray and what they are suffering today while the world ignores. at the emboldened.. Tomopolos visit by NDDC is not out of question... Indeed an agreement was reached. That was what the president was talking about |

Charmingrascal: What else do you expect Presidency to say? They already expect Tinubu to catch the sub as it was directly from the horse's mouth.
What many people don't really understand is that If Buhari who is suffering from dementia and acute memory loss could remember to say something like that on live TV not even from a prepared speech. Tinubu should already know that they are ready for him 2023.
I will still compel Tinubu to forget his dead on arrival Presidential ambition and support Yoruba Nation before he will be rejected both home and away. that guy has lost it, he doesn't have the majority of his people with him anymore, his greed is so glaring and his wife is a bitch, imagine what she will do if she eventually becomes the first lady |

Seun: Fellow Nairalanders,
Nairaland was down for two hours due to a minor miscommunication with our host that was related to copyright infringement.
It shouldn't have taken as long as 2 hours to restore Nairaland, but it took a while for us figure out exactly what to do because it hadn't happened before, and we also had to wait for our host's support team to restore us fully after taking the necessary steps.
We are sorry for this inconvenience.
We know that keeping Nairaland working is especially important in this terrifying political climate, and we take it very seriously. Nigerians need a platform that they can use to share their views freely with each other. We believe that Nairaland is that platform.
Best Regards, Seun Osewa. Seun get nairaland to other Nigerians... Do adverts and bring all of them here... We are just few people with double monikers... Do more work you have the money, innovation pls.. We love NL and we wish great things for it |

But the useless imposter is busy carrying igbos matters on his head...
Something is wrong somewhere, I believe MNK is doing the right thing....
IPOB is only in igbo land and late Buhari is more concerned about them than the fulanis from the North to the southern Nigeria to kill people...

Nozino: Dear Nlers, I have tried handling this issue offline but it seems Firstbank is after me.
I never knew my First Bank Account was a student account. I opened it with all necessary documentation including a valid ID card and utility bill. I normally don’t use it to receive or send large sum of money because I have another account.
But this changed a month ago. I was credited N308, 000 on may 8th which was a Saturday. I got an email to visit a FBN branch and I noticed a restriction was placed on my account. I had an engagement on Monday the 10th so I couldn’t visit the bank, I went there on the 11th and I was made to provide all documentation and to fill a mandate form which I did. The Customer care staff told me it will take 7-10 working days to carry out the upgrade.
I waited for three weeks and nothing happened only to get to the bank and I was told that the branch I opened the account wasn’t responding to emails and hadn’t worked on my mandate form.
My landlord is about throwing me out of my apartment ( my rent has been due since the 15th of may), I’m hungry, sick and broke. Aside the initially N308,000 I have proceeded to deposit/transfer other large sums into the account so I have a sizeable amount in the account.
I’m considering suing the bank. Is there a lawyer willing to take up the case? I have already reported the issue to cbn via their complaint unit. Twitter is down so I can’t tag them or FBN on Twitter.
Attached are screenshots of the Alert that started it and the email I got from FBN in your next email to them cc the appropriate email at cbn, and complain with authority.. Watch the magic |

Prostitute don’t retire. They may pause for a while or long time but surely, there will always be old clients they love being with..
Majority of them don’t usually make meaningful profit eventually. They are usually ending up broke again(One among the reasons they don’t retire)..
One thing is to make money, another thing is to use it wisely.
Prostitution is not one rosy job as some aspiring girls do think it is..
If you’re looking for people who make money and still suffer, smile and cry, nah dem prostitute..
i can affirm to this prostitution doesn't give good money, no matter how much a girl charges per night, there must always be something to buy the next day with that, they always have something to buy to keep looking good.. |

Lelelalalele: 1. Igbo: Igbo, also called Ibo, people living chiefly in southeastern Nigeria who speak Igbo, a language of the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo language family. The Igbo may be grouped into the following main cultural divisions: northern, southern, western, eastern or Cross River, and northeastern. Before European colonization, the Igbo were not united as a single people but lived in autonomous local communities. By the mid-20th century, however, a sense of ethnic identity was strongly developed, and the Igbo-dominated Eastern region of Nigeria tried to unilaterally secede from Nigeria in 1967 as the independent nation of Biafra. By the turn of the 21st century, the Igbo numbered some 20 million. https://ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/800/cpsprodpb/6EC4/production/_107965382_ohafiawarriors.jpg
2. Igala: Igala, also spelled Igara, a largely Muslim people of Nigeria, living on the left bank of the Niger River below its junction with the Benue River. Their language belongs to the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo family. Their ruler, the ata, traditionally also governed two other groups, the Bassa Nge and the Bass Nkome, who live between the Igala and the Benue River.
Traditional Igala society was politically organized as a kingdom. Kings were divine and were surrounded by numerous taboos; they held elaborate courts attended by a host of officials and servants, many of them slaves and eunuchs. All divine kingdoms in Africa had customs that acted as checks on the power of the king. This included a custom in which the queen mother could chastise the king; she was the only individual who was able to do so under the taboo system.
The Igala have been primarily an agricultural people, growing a wide range of crops typical of the area, including yams, taro, pumpkins, squash, corn (maize), manioc, and peanuts (groundnuts). Palm oil and kernels have become significant as cash crops. https://media.premiumtimesng.com/wp-content/files/2018/05/odunlade-adekola-movie.jpg
3. Fulani: Fulani, also called Peul or Fulbe, a primarily Muslim people scattered throughout many parts of West Africa, from Lake Chad, in the east, to the Atlantic coast. They are concentrated principally in Nigeria, Mali, Guinea, Cameroon, Senegal, and Niger. The Fulani language, known as Fula, is classified within the Atlantic branch of the Niger-Congo language family. https://lifestylemeg.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/fulani-tribe.jpg
4. Kanuri: Kanuri, African people, the dominant element of the population of Bornu state in northeastern Nigeria and also found in large numbers in southeastern Niger. The Kanuri language is classified as belonging to the Saharan branch of the Nilo-Saharan family. https://today.salamweb.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Kanem-Bornu-Empire-1.jpg
5. Bini: Edo, also called Bini, people of southern Nigeria who speak a language of the Benue-Congo branch of the Niger-Congo language family. The Edo numbered about 3.8 million at the turn of the 21st century. Their territory is west of the Niger River and extends from hilly country in the north to swamps in the Niger Delta. Edo is also the vernacular name for Benin City, the centre of the Benin kingdom, which flourished from the 14th to the 17th century. https://www.earthismysterious.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/The-Kingdom-of-Benin.jpg
