How irrational nonentites leave the major rigging cases to focus on initial registered and the accredited voters tells us their foolishness. How about voters whose name where missing in the register, how about delaying voting in your opponents stronghold only to postpone it to a Sunday, how about ballot papers without result sheets, how about monetary inducement of voters, how about massive thumbprinting by police etc etc. do they also happen in the US? As much as Punch is not a credible media source, they are objective and way above mark in this case.
Those are human errors. Nobody is perfect including your deluded self. Yes, human blunders happen in USA however no attention is paid to moronic loudmouths and sore losers such as you.

There was case in Baltimore were local electioneering staff forged voter’s names and modified voter’s lists. Nobody knows how long she has been on such malpractice. When she was finally caught, she was persecuted and sent to serve time. There was no fool calling for the election to be cancelled.

Politics › Re: Why Anioma State Should Not See The Light Of The Day by DerideGull(m):
wirinet: The Igbos need to learn that they cannot define the identity of another person or another tribe. Identity is often a personal attribute which people hold very dear and it defines how we choose to define ourselves. You cannot force a person to be igbo if the person does not see himself as one.

First you have to define what it means to be igbo. Yorubas have loosely defined being Yoruba as being decendants of Oduduwa, the ways Jews define themselves as being decendants of Abraham and David. We knew what it meant to be Roman and even English. Most former French colonies of west africa see themselves as French, but what does being igbo mean?

Language does not neccessarily define our identity. For example we the Itsekiris speak a dialect of the yoruba language and are culturally closely associated with the yorubas, but you would incure the anger of an average itsekiri if you call him an "ara oke", meaning Yoruba. That is why we are comfortable with the Yorubas, they refer to us as brothers and give us all the rights and respects they accord all other Yoruba tribes but at the same time recognizing we are distinct.

I ask again, what does it mean to be igbo, is it language, culture, physical looks, core values, history, religion, leadership, historical conquest? What?

It is the same question I ask my Igbo in-laws, what does Biafra mean? What does it mean to be a Biafran? I was surprised my Igbo neighbour thought Biafra meant Bia (come in igbo) and Fra ( a word in calabar). He was shocked that biafra is not even an igbo word, and that most of physical Biafra lies in Gabon.
There was nothing like Yoruba identity when Nupe and Fulani made nonsense of Yar.iba and Oyo Empire. The crap about Yoruba identity was a handiwork of revisionists that are plentiful in Southwestern region of Nigeria. I guess the Yar.iba were decendants of Oduduwa too.

ogo2707: We are all entitled to our personal opinions. Those of you that claim ukwuani is igbo thats your opinion, those that say ukwuanis lord themselves & act like the mouthpiece of anioma thats your opinion. I am saying I'm Ukwuani and not igbo thats my opinion. What really matters in the end is that we are all Nigerians living in peace & hoping for our collective progress & for God to deliver us from the wrong set of people as our leaders.
Prepare to declare your true ancestral root because the only deliverance you will get from Nigeria is disintegration. There shall be a Republic of Igbo land which Ukwuani will become integral part of the new republic.

gbanikiti: that's the most annoying part of the whole mess! Out of 1.8 million registered voters, only about 480,000 voted and some buffons are trying to tell me it was credible. Credible my left a$$!!
Your foolery is beyond imbecilic buffoonery. Even in the lands of technological know-how, there has never being a time when number of registered voters equaled the number of vote counted. What is the cause of this petty idiocy among Nigerians?

Kingsley1000: The election worth total cancellation.let's be sincere...imagine a situation where over 1.8million people registered, only 400,000 voted and you say it was credible
Do you know the number of registered voters that never cared to vote? In a USA's County, 2 million voters are registered but only 400, 000 voted during polling yet nobody called for the cancellation of the election. Most Nigerians are dullards indeed.

Come back when youre sober.
You are a typical example of problems with Nigeria. Nigerians always seem to worry about symptoms instead of the root cause. If Lagos is situated in a place other than western region, what the hell will anybody with intellect above that of a church rat wants do with western region of Nigeria? The issue of your stinking ID would not have arisen.

kingoflag: Oh my God, this guy and his Ak-47 grammar.

Listen Uncle Dede, ok youre right. Whatever you say is right. "Bi-Lateral means agreements between extraterrestrials, humans and heavenly beings", cool. You win.

Lets talk about the I.D suggestion and why you seem to be scared of it.
I do not have problem with ID if the federal government of Nigeria will develop a town in eastern region as it developed Lagos and recently Abuja. It is equity and justice.

kingoflag: bi·lat·er·al (b-ltr-l)
adj.
1. Having or formed of two sides; two-sided.
2. Affecting or undertaken by two sides equally; binding on both parties: a bilateral agreement; bilateral negotiations.
3. Relating to the right and left sides of the body or of a body structure.
4. Having or marked by bilateral symmetry.

Illiterate...Poof... be gone!
You should learn the modality of words usage in sentence to reflect the context of the moment. It is only a bloody fool such as you would talk about Bi-lateral agreements among regional governments of the same sovereignty. The subject of Bi-lateral agreement is always found among two independent entities or countries, olodo. Granted that the word - bilateral indicates two sides do not encourage a lapper such as you to use the word wrongly in any context.

I had known better not to talk about word’s usage in a sentance with a ninny that thought arrogation is abrogation.

kingoflag: First off, before a few weeks ago I did not even know anything about Anambra. Second, Id only ever heard/read of Uba and Ngige a few times in my life---all within the last 2 yrs. Third, I did not actively show any kind of support for any of the candidates because of my second reason. Thats how a sophisticated and enlightened electorate makes voting decisions. Suffice to say, your unfounded accusations only expose you as a dolt.

This is why I dont understand you guys most times and sincerely think yall need group therapy for this obvious case of extreme low self-esteem. Everything I said in the OP, a Northerner couldve taken umbrage to too, but guess who got their panties in a bunch?
People who slightly believed in your tosh must have the analytical skills of a toddler. I guess Bi-lateral agreements are things of two countries. So it is a display of idiocy which has found home in you to talk of such agreements without distinct countries.

Again in the essence of disintegration of Nigeria, the federal government money used in development of Lagos and Abuja shall be subject of serious discussion. If such issue could not be handled with extreme care, war could be inevitable.

I do not have any issue if "South West had to set up legislation and sign Bi-lateral agreements that'll discourage migration into her Region" as long as South West had to pay back all the money the federal government of Nigeria spent in developing Lagos.

If eventually Nigeria disintegrates, Republic of Oodua had to be subjected under the weight of indemnity because of Lagos.

Are Nigerians capable and qualified to sit in room where democracy is lectured much less of playing with it? Did the constitution empower a legislative body to suspend an executive arm of the government? What type of madness is afflicted on Nigerians? nansunn: PROF JEGA ADMITTED THAT ANAMBRA ELECTION WAS SABOTAGED BY PROF ONUKOGU...CANCEL ANAMBRA ELECTION NOW AND ARREST ONUKOGU.........PHARM IKEAGWUONWU KLINSMANN

The only criterion for injustice to prevail in a society is for the good people in that society to remain silent. It is a common knowledge that APGA and some senior staff of INEC in Anambra state colluded to fraudulently sabotage the Guber election held on the 16th of November,2013 .An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. I call on all Nigerians and the global community to take actions against this fundamental rape of democracy in Anambra state. For posterity, below are ten count reasons why Prof Onukogu Should be sacked and arrested for personally rigging the Anambra State election in favour of APGA. Inter Alia;

1.... Prof Jega admited on AIT that INEC used flawed voters register

2.... Parties were given Voters Register of 2.4 million voters while Voters Register used for the election contained 1.7 million voters.

3.... 700,000 Register Voters were disenfranchised. These Anambrarians are angry

4.... INEC officials took away result sheets from polling stations which made Obosi ward of 48,000 registered voters to refuse voting

5.... PDP is morally obligated to reject result of election when her Governorship candidate and his family were unlawfully excluded from Voters Register.

6.... In PDP and APC strongholds INEC officials and voting materials were deployed late between 10.30am and 12pm making it difficult for large numbers of their supporters to vote

7.... APGA colluded openly with INEC Staff to intimidate supporters of the opposition party and INEC also personally midwifed rigging by APGA and declared fradulent result on behalf of APGA

8.... INEC response as to what caused the rescheduling of Obosi Ward (48000 registered voters) election was crafted to deceive Nigerians, they made the false claim of consulting Idemili community but we know that there is no town called Idemili in anambra state.

9.... The Electoral Officer of Idemili North LGA, a mere 1 LGA out of 7-LGAs in the central senatorial zone, now under police incarceration was part of whole fraudulent team at INEC HQ under Prof. Onukogu, the Anambra REC. Prof Onukogu should be arrested too
10....The voters register presented to representatives of Political parties in Awka by INEC was entirely different from the voters register INEC used to conduct the Nov 16th election...What a fraud and a slap on the face of 180 Million Nigerians....PROF ONUKOGU MUST BE SACKED AND ARRESTED
Therefore, and in the interest of public morality, the entire election must be cancelled to make way for a fresh Anambra poll under a new INEC leadership in Anambra State

You are a pitiable disgrace to academia. Thank goodness I am not a pharmacist. Ngige and APC lost the damn election. Nigeria is wholly bad because of people such as you who tend to parade their ignorant selves as enlightened.

In fact, if there should be any form of rerun or runoff election, APC should not be allowed to participate because it finished a distance third in the first go round.

Anyway, what do I expect from deluded fellow that could not have enough space to pen down all silly degrees he/she seemed to receive on mere post for a forum.

So if you sit on a coy's board and things ain't working right, you liquidate it, right? Where's your sense of ingenuity and leadership?
We need real leadership in this country and that ain't impossible to get.
By the way if you want out, renounce your citizenship.
Do you know the number of companies that have been liquidated because things were not working right? Liquidation or disintegration is a perfect option for Nigeria. In the natural context of Nigeria’s issue, the solution is beyond the need of leadership. Most countries of world came to exist because people agitated to opt out of the existing countries.
