Ojukwu's Eastern region at the time of "secession" did not include Ijawland or modern day SS area.

Tibet (with the support of world powers) has been trying to break away from China since 1793 with no success. China has jailed, tortured and killed many of them into submission. Ojukwu took Biafra to war against Nigeria in 1967 and the Nigerian military WON the war by beating Biafra/Ojukwu to submission. With Ojukwu sacrificing 2 million Biafrans in the process of showing how 'tough' he was. Why should Nigeria now hand over what her brave soldiers fought valiantly to keep? The ONLY way diplomatic means MIGHT work is if their is a massive EXODUS of Igbos from all over the country back to the East.
