My brother had the same issue with his wife some years ago... Unfortunately for him he was deported back to Nigeria without a penny after many years in uk. Meanwhile, he was the one who took his wife to the uk.

after bombarding seller with messages, he finally updated the order with tracking number which details available shows the order was shipped on 24th Feb but something is doesn't add up. The shipping method on the item was strictly aliexpress standard shipping but seller used "his shipping method" this is what the tracking number looks like LZ683..... 5CN. Again, after tracking it shows the item's destination is Portugal instead of Nigeria. I think the seller is trying to scam me by giving me a fake tracking number.

Yes you can fast track it. Go to Supreme Court to swear affidavit. Send a letter to the presidency to obtain Buhari signature and take the letter and affidavit to Chinese embassy.
