Kennedyiheme:You're forgetting that all the money didn't come in at once. His first 2,000 is the only cash that spent 20 years in the bank. His last 2000 spent only a month before he withdrew everything. |
Kennedyiheme:The interest alone is 578400 according to my calculation. Don't forget the 480,000 he has deposited already. |
Kennedyiheme:Hardly doesn't mean NEVER. It's a sequence of some sort so completely eliminating the formular of sequences makes a mockery of the payments. I used logic and sequence formula to attempt this and got a total of a little over 1 million. |
benedima1990:Except this is some untouchable Business Maths formula, I find your logic quite insufficient. Say for the first year, it is only the first #2000 that has completed a year. Others are still months short, so assigning 12% interest to the entire #24,000 saved for the year should yield a loss to the bank, I suppose. |
Basically, the first #2000 at 12% per annum for 20 years will give you an interest of #4,800. As the month goes by, the interest will be reducing by #20 each month for each new #2000 payment. Therefore, the last #2000 will give an interest of #20 since it will spend just a month before the 20 years becomes complete. Using the formula for sum of a sequence with a (first interest)=4,800 and l (last interest) = 20, Sn(total interest) = n/2 (a + l), n= 240 months in 20 years. = 240/2 (4800 + 20) = 120(4820) =#578400 You'll get a total cash of #1,058,400 comprising of; Interest= #578,400 and Your Principal = #2000 * 240 months = #480,000. I don't know both men. Besides, the face of the 'beggar' isn't so visible. Finally, the shattered headlights of that vehicle can be another reason for the pleas, if this isn't a movie set. After all, some people did release a video of some skinny malnourished lady having sex and tagged it 'Chidinma's s3x tape'. |

If this government is sensible enough, they'ld have sought out and employed barcanista into a very sensitive position. He's obviously intelligent, very thorough and precise unlike almost all his supporters and oppositions alike. Others will just be throwing barbs about with no evidence and little logic to speak of. Sentiment-befuddled persons. |
HungerBAD:Honestly, you and your cohorts have succeeded in making the first comments on threads an advertisment of pristine buffoonery. What do you mean? The citizens have been suffering for years under bad leadership and someone does something to stem the usual tide and you're here criticizing his effort. What have YOU done yourself in relation to this scarcity that gives you the right to criticize his effort? You call him jobless, yet you sound like one driven insane by hunger. Who really is jobless? |
Well |
When working in a private establishment with total workers population, say, below 20, it is often hard to escape being over-used, even as it isn't a factory. The major issue here is how much you enjoy your job, other than for fulfilling your finances. In the career of my dreams (not essentially for financial gains), I end up doing things that weren't in the original job description. We grumble in confidence, and sometimes, I personally ask my boss(es) for raise if necessary. But it doesn't affect my output or my overall professionalism. I love the career and I see every task related to it as a challenge, hence my enthusiasm. That is my motivation. So, you really have to look at what you want for yourself and start aiming for it. In the mean time, nothing works without finances, so, you have to react to this professionally. Get the cash to start what you want, ignore other derailing elements, trials and tests inclusive. |
This is what GEJ meant when he said 'Stealing isn't Corruption'. In a broad sense, it is part of corruption, but perhaps, if there is a well-documented proof of the funds he had lavished, then he could be judged for this statement. But I know of none. Abuse of office is corruption, but is that automatically stealing? |
Are you asking after the blessings of something abnormal? |
So, what they're saying in essence is that Nigeria's economy situation is improving? |
Bring other dogs into its territory. Most dogs respect territory Although, some breeds of dogs, the age of the dog and the number of people they see daily affects how aggressive a dog can become. |
I think the problem of the Igbo community is the general lack of unity in their thoughts. The 'greed' in man manifests itself everywhere but if we are to rectify the perceived marginalization meted out on us, we have to shelve our personal desires in preference of a lasting cure. We will start by being truthful to ourselves and the reasons for our actions. |

Well' immoral and innocent are no bedmates, that's why the immoral things aren't done in public. |
I read through to see the evidence that tied him to the murder, but all I saw was the investigators' 'belief'. *shrugs* |

No, I can't. The stress of being in such union is quite hectic, especially on the child. I'm speaking from a cultural point of view. |
God Bless Nigerian Army |
Ladies, I'll save you time. Don't bother commiting this to mind. 80% of the info are worthless. Anyone can do that without even remembering he has a pen1s. |
tosin2013:You have given expo to someone whose ignorance I wanted to display on 3D for him to see ![]() |
adamskutty:Really? Answer these three questions as clearly and accurately as possible. 1. Which was the first ever human rights group in Nigeria? 2. Who were the two brains behind it? Full names and occupations please. 3. The following Ibo names amongst many others are etched in Nigeria's pre-democratic history. Why? a) Mazi Mokwugo Okoye b) Chima Ubani c) Ndubuisi Kanu d) Chukwuemeka Ezeife If you are the less-studious type I assume you'ld be, don't bother with the question I'm sure you have no answers to ordinarily. In the same vein, don't indulge in such discussions anymore else you expose your utter lack of depth and affiliates. Stick to shallow waters. |
I'm Ibo. I understand what you seek and your precautionary explanation. However, I'm more interested in your genuine reason for wanting to know aside for knowing sake. |
sapientia:I have put in none. How much has the government given to I or my family members on that grounds? Mumu. Soldiers are here celebrating in guise, you are there forming defence attorney over a post you don't understand. Buy yourself some significance elsewhere. Your stupidity just ruined this attempt. |
Good Your money-embezzlement days are over. Time for some fresh blood to get promoted. |
This is what some importance-wielding Northerners just can't do; call their mule-headed half-brained Boko boys to order, even while in power. ![]() Except my good friend, Bala Emma, and his family and whichever lady he intends to marry as well as the smiling Mallam who sell stuffs across the street , the rest of you Northerners are worthless he-goats![]() |
Sahara Reporters (whomever works there) are like pesky flies. They'll just not let you go until they're satisfied, despite their apparent uselessness. Over there, they're airing their imposed opinions on the Emefiele-Buhari comparison. Here, they're plucking Saraki's feathers. I only pity those who even bother reading their article even after discovering the source. |
