johnny1980: And what is so outstanding about this?
What is the number of bed spaces available? What other facilities are available there? I can also build just blocks , paint it and announce to the world that i have arrived. The difference is if you built it, you'ld equip it and run it as a private business for your pocket. This, on the other hand, isn't for one's private pockets. Got it? |

doctokwus: No matter what one must commend OBJ's tenacity in saying the truth and daring the consequences once he holds unto an ideal. Very few leaders in the world would come out and say they made a mistake in their imposition of a ruler(though fostered too by circumstances), and would go the full hog to reverse that mistake. At a point in time before the elections one could perceive that for OBJ ensuring that GEJ does not return to totally wreck Nigeria, was one battle he was ready to give his life for. I think OBJ was one of those who used his vast international influence to ensure that the major foreign powers openly spoke out, warning GEJ of dire consequences of derailing the process leading to the elections and interfering with the outcome once his loss was all but confirmed. Baba well done. U are indeed a true statesman. Smart opinion. Now answer this: What is the relevance of this comment by Obasanjo, doctor? |

By the ethics of education, it is wrong for the lecturer to penalize them due to lack of evidence during the exams. But if it were me, I'll just score them very low and wait for summons to prove my case if necessary. There are few things that infuriates me as much as scholars 'copying'. It boils me down to my soul and I've never been one to tolerate such nonsense. I trust my sense of judgement and look out for these when I assess scripts. What kind of 'dummies' that can't think for themselves are we training and graduating these days? |

That's the kind of nonsense I hate about some organizations not thinking things through. If one is incapable of executing a task to the end, why begin it in the first place? If perhaps, they had enforced the order that they shouldn't make flights till they pay up. Or at least, arrange for affected passangers to still make their journey via another charter, fine. But they don't care. Just imposed their bossy useless selves on everyone around. |

Politics › Re: Deziani Madueke's Achievements As Petroleum Minister. by DesChyko: 2:33pm On Apr 23, 2015 |
sleekymag: Okay, let me chip in on her achievements as Petroleum Minister. They are 1. More than 300,000 direct and indirect jobs created through the Nigerian Content Policy. 2. By end of 2014, crude oil production was sustained at over 2.24 million barrels per day inspite of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism. 3. Average gas production of over 8.6 billion standard cubic feet per day and over 7.6 bcfd utilization at the end of 2014. 4. Gas policy helped improve power generation output significantly. Gas supply to the power sector in last week of 2014 was about 780 million standard cubic feet per day. 5. NPDC produced 77% of domestic gas to power, I.e. Directly responsible for over 2,500MW of electricity produced in the country. 6. Average gas flare has been reduced to 12%. 7. NPDC has been developed into a midsize exploration and production company. 8. The national gas infrastructure has been enhanced by the addition of new central processing facilities along critical gas pipelines. 9. The following has commenced a) expansion of Escravos-Lagos pipeline to 2bscfd capacity b) east-west pipeline from Obiafu-Obrikom to Oben c) Calabar-Ajaokuta-Kano pipeline, utilizing Eurobond and IFC funding. 10. Completed over 375km of gas pipeline. And construction of 467km pipeline ongoing. 11. The Gas Revolution Industrial Park has been initiated which would host fertilizer, petrochemical and methanol plants. Preconstruction activities created over 1,000 jobs. An additional 150,000 would be created at the peak of construction activities. 12. Stable supply of petroleum products through effective and efficient administration of subsidies, alienating some oil cabals. 13. PPMC Depots have been upgraded across the nation despite being inoperable for many years due to pipeline vandalism.
More to come. Obiagelli and co, take note. Good poise to bring up these achievements. I don't think she is in need of this information, be it true or not. I feel she's just trying to take a dig at the woman, so answering this kind of ruins the fun. |

Both the OP and the moderator who moved this to frontpage need to stop being a nuisance to your futures.Did you actually run a google search on this topic or you're just seeking to haul stones at a 'soon-to-be-ex-Petroleum minister' who has no idea what the first letters of your families are? If you have any thing 'tangible' to say about her, just do it. Because I ran a search on this and got a pageload of achievements. I perused one of it and it turned out to be professional achievements, most of which can neither be understood or tracked by a layman in the field, like myself and probably you.
Well, as a true son of Igbo descent, I don't let myself lazy about where I am useless. I think you should try that sometime, keeping away from where you are useless. |

Having an idea how WAEC registration works, there are many places where the pictures can be gotten from: 1. WAEC headquarters. 2. The place the pictures were uploaded from. 3. The school album. 4. The Ministry of education for the LGA. So, it's quite baffling that their pictures weren't heavily publicized. |
