The problem is the 'poor' want to keep paying what they paid 10years ago but keep getting upgrade on privileges. How can anyone compare lecturers' salary or cost of running uni 10years ago to today's?

Only Idahosa Uni and the private unis are expensive there. All other figure I see are below my expectation. What can N100,000 do for Power, Books, consumables like laboratory materials and textbooks?

Yes it is necessary to export oil since our economy and budget depends on it. I see your thinking of export banner like USA used to have. Right now it's not feasible. It's would be better too look to explore options of building up refining capacity and exploring for more oil in Chad Basin, Benue and Ondo Bitumen reserves.

Why not export refined crude oil and employ X 3 or 4 the people employed? We prefer sharing method that favours quick money. Same story goes for agric. We export cocoa, cashew nut and import its processed output with scarce forex.

I am working a java web app with programmatic security implemented by me instead of application serve based security(realms, roles and users etc).
I am using Hibernate as ORM, JavaServer Pages (JSP) as view and NetBean as IDE. It is my first Java Web App and the task appears enormous but I know once it is successful, it will aid devejopment time of subsequent apps.

GEJ fùcked up big time. The thing I like most about GEJ Presidency was the fact that it gave the Niger Delta their much coveted chance at turning their fortune around with a Niger Delta president. They have no excuse now. Even though he ruled for 5 years +, he had the extra cash to get things done.
Next is a Igbo President I am praying for. If it will take an Igbo or SE presidency for their eyes to open then I pray it happens.
