Guys I was told at DHL office #26000 to post my documents to uni assist. Any advice cose times are hard men.

1. What's your location?
2. What's the weight of your documents? Cos they deal with weight too.
3. Did you ask them whether they have student discount?

You might want to try FedEx or UPS.
EMS is also an option if you still have like 2-3 weeks before deadline

If you're going for an English taught Bachelors, it's very okay if you have IELTS. You don't need SAT. I've not seen any school that asks for SAT. Plus, if you already have a Bachelor degree from Nigeria, they can ask you to get a letter of proficiency, or some can even waive off English proficiency tests for you since you are Nigerian (native speaker). This doesn't apply to all schools though.

Guys please I'd like to start preparing my docs. Should I apply for a student visa and scan and send it to uniassist or should the transcript be sent directly to uniassist or to each school I'm applying to?

First thing is to know whether your school is using Uni-assist or not. Then, you can obtain your transcript from your department/school. Make photocopies according to the number of schools you're applying to. Take these copies to court for certification (this depends on the school).
As regarding Uni-assist, you can scan and upload original copies of your documents on their site. After which you have to send the certified copies via courier to them.

If your school is not using Uni-assist, then they'll either use online or offline or combination of both for application.
If it's online only, there's no need to certify. Just scan and upload your documents to their site.
If it's offline only, you only need to send your documents to them via courier (some can ask for ordinary photocopies, some ask for certified copies)
If it's combination, you'll upload online, and then send to them via courier.

To the best of my knowledge, These are the various modes of applications I've seen so far.

No there's no "special" transcript for Waec . Just scan and upload the front and back page of the waec Certificate. All necessary explanations are on it.

I've funded my blocked account, but the issue I have is that I've not been able to get appointment for interview, I've written a mail to them but they redirected me to their website but as we all no appointments are fully booked.

Is there any cause to panic or worry?? Please house.

You've done a good job so far. Keep trying both media of application. Send your mail around 7a.m. folks say it works. You might also have to stay awake all night refreshing the consulate website to know when they'll add available dates.
Keep pushing oh. If you're eventually unable to, mail your school to defer your admission till winter.

For this study request, the university has not yet approved the application phase. Therefore you can not create an application yet I keep getting this from uniassist , quite tiresome, anyone got a link to a University I can apply that would start teaching by Sept/Dec 2019? History/human resource development/peace and conflict studies? thanks

@bolded, it means the school you're applying to has not yet opened for application. So you can't open from Uni-assist. Contact your school to know when it would be open.

I want to go for bsc now. Now my question is can I be admitted to study human resources management course at Bsc degree level with my background of HND in engineering.

From the little I know, it's highly unlikely you get admission for masters with a HND. But if you find, you can try to apply. But, ensure you apply for Bachelors too alongside..
