Embassy certification is not like other types of certification where each page of your application documents is stamped, as you may have noticed, at the embassy, all the documents are stapled together and stamped as one. Removing of does documents, invalidates the certification.

That's what the German lady that does certification told last when I did mine.
You're very right bro. All the documents are stapled together.
Besides if he removes the application form, a part of the stamp would be removed from the document set.

...

I want to study in Deutschland but I can't afford to pay for IELTS or TOEFL at the moment cause I didn't get to know about Germany early, so I have exhausted all the money I have applying to schools in Canada.

1.please I need to get a cheap conditional AM to study in Germany cause I'd like to learn German or
2. Get a school that doesn't require IELTS or TOEFL ( i know this is going to be difficult but not impossible )

I am looking computer science ( any related course) or Business related course Bsc

Please, my people, help me !!!!
Thank you
Can you explain further what you mean @the bolded, so we can know how to further advice.

If you have already completed a Bachelors Degree, then get a proficiency letter from your school. Search DAAD well, you'll find schools that take it. I remember I found a BA program in International Business at TH-Nurnberg and a similar one at Hoschule Fulda. Check them out and see what they need.

But if you can scramble funds for IELTS, you'll have wider options.

Addressing to each school is not an option. They said I will have to pay for each document.

Yes, the name of the school for each certification is written at the back. Since the schools are only interested in my documents being certified, I intend to do a cover letter for every application sent telling the schools that although this certification was done for other schools, i had changed my mind and I am applying to theirs.
I don't think they should should have an issue with the name of the school written on it, since my documents are the same and have been certified by the embassy.
I would not have the time to leave work and go certify documents again.
Bro, I'd advice you not to tow that path. Since certification is free at the embassy, there's no disadvantage going later to certify again. Just take necessary permission from your office.

Mann, please I intend to go Ikeja High court tomorrow for certification of documents. Please do you know the cost of getting a stamp and a seal?

Your prompt reply will be appreciated.
I don't know about seal. But getting it stamped costs #200 per page. If it's front and back, that's#400 (this applies for waec certificate mostly).

Hello house,

I certified 5 different applications at the German Embassy. All applications are going to Uniassist. So I plan to reprint the application pages of four and attach to a single one which has the same documents certified. Since Uniassist only needs one set of certified documents. i did so because i would still need the certified documents for some applications that will open in April/may.
Anyone here done same before?
Also, please can you recommend which of the DHL centres I can get discount for sending my docs and the price range?
Thanks.
I understand and appreciate the wisdom you applied here, But on the certification notice, the name of the school you're applying to is written.. how do you intend to remove that when you send to other schools?

Please help BSc applicants oooo..... Biko!
All those schools I listed have bachelors in life science programs but the MAJOR issue with BSc in life sciences is that they are MOSTLY (not all) taught in German. You'll need up to B2 level before you're admitted. You'll need to search very well to find English taught BSc in Life sciences. If I stumble on any, I'll share.

Abeg I need Una input on something.
I went to my school to collect language of instruction, and they said I must address it to an institution. So, I figured since most of the schools I'm applying to will go through uni-assist, I used their address there.
So, my questions are:
1) Is this the proper way to do it?
2) Can I use same language of instruction document to apply to other schools that don't require uni-assist application?

Ps. I've read the part 5 of this thread, and all talk is about letter of English proficiency. This is addressed to someone that has an idea about using language of instruction.
Ideally, it should be addressed "To whom it may concern". But if your school insists on an address, then use any of the schools you are applying to. You should be able to use it to apply to other schools too.
As dailydolar said, the address doesn't matter.

If you don't feel too safe with this, then give your school all the schools addresses let them issue a letter for each of them

Osunguy:
Good evening fam, please I have some questions to ask that has being giving me serious concern.

I studied English Education from unilag, graduated with a rather low cgpa 2.7 German scale so I've decided to go for another B.Sc in Germany. I have my transcripts in pdf form which has unofficial copy is boldly written on it. Unilag has made it clear that they only send transcript to institution, universities and companies only. I would like to know if I can send the unofficial transcript to uni.assist and other universities I am applying to that do not use uni.assist, because sending each of my official transcripts to Germany cost 20k each.

Also, I've being trying to search for schools that offer either a B.A or B.Ed but so far it's only 3 I've come across that's free and solely teaches in English. Is it possible for me to apply for social sciences course like international relations, et all considering my first degree, can that hinder my admission into the school?
Since your school has said they can only send directly to schools or companies, get a company where you know someone. Let your school send the transcript there. The person will pick it up for you. Make photocopies of it and certify them. Use it for your application. That should solve the transcript matter.

About your search for courses, ensure you comb daad.de very well. Expand your search content to other related courses too..

When you've done that, let me hint you on what I did after,
Use Google to Search for the list of all universities in Germany. Wikipedia will open it for you. open their websites one after the other.

By the time you scrutinize the list from start to bottom, you'll find some additional courses you can apply for.
It will take time oh, and data.
But if this is too priority for you, nothing should debar you.

About other courses, so far it's Bachelors degree, you'll be fine. I know someone that studied microbiology in Nigeria here and he's doing logistics BSc in Germany. If you meet requirements, you'll definitely be admitted.

As Obiwannn said and I would love to adopt, "Winter is coming "
Wish you success man.

When you open the course website, you'll see if it's restricted or not. If you don't find it, mail the course coordinator to know.

Courses with restricted admission have more applicants than available spaces, so they have to rank from highest qualified to lowest qualified and pick the number they want.
For non restricted courses, so far you meet all requirements, you'll be admitted
