bukolaakin:At last! Thank God for you sis. Go to DE and succeed. We will join you soon. Gottingen doesn't seem to like me.. out of 3 applications I've sent, they've rejected 2. It's well sha ![]() #winterishere |
hillshark:Congratulations brother. Go to DE and succeed |
Ketu223:You'll have to try again as fabcol said.. Send the mail very early on Monday morning, And try staying up this weekend and see what can happen sha. You cant go to the embassy to book appointment for interview.. You'll be fine bro. Just calm.. |
Cestmoi1:Same as mine. You have a 1.7 German scale CGPA (that's if your school uses 5 point grading system o )
|
Eldeee:They should know what they're doing oh... I applied for 4 programs there ![]() |
Bitcoinomy:Thank you Chief. God bless you |
Bamstar007:This matter dey scare me about this school ![]() |
Ketu223:Lol I'm not the mod.. just telling you to take note. I understand the urgency in your post.. ![]() |
boywonder225:If your course of application is open admission then your CGPA doesn't matter, even if it's for MSc. So far you meet all qualifications, you'll be admitted. Meanwhile, you can try out MSc admission just in case you will get one.. unless you desire a change in field of study shaa |
Benifbond:Congratulations brother. Go to DE and succeed |
Heisenberglos:Check my profile, go to my posts, you'll find the list there in page 2 of my posts. you'll find them there. Plus the mode of Application Note that all of them are taught in English and they all accept proficiency letter. I verified that personally. |
emeka2103:Yes bro. It can be used. So far it carries your school name and it is signed and stamped by the relevant authority. However to be on the very safe side, you can verify this from the course coordinator of your school. |
Ketu223:Bro, you are contradicting rule 11 of nairaland posting. Next time, don't type your post completely in capital letters. Someone has suggested to you that you stay awake between 11:50-12:20am. Visit the embassy site, (there's a link to it in the previous page) and book your appointment when dates are released within that period. If you don't get a date, then use the email student@lago.diplo.de Send your admission letter, proof of sustenance and data page of your international passport. Also attach a small message requesting for a visa interview. Send this mail around 7:50am, and just once per week so that your mail address won't be marked as spam. See if they'll reply you. If they don't, then your best bet is to keep trying the online booking. |
fabregasss:You'll be fine bro. The documents I sent to Uni-assist were certified at Ikeja high court, and I got my vpd 2wks ago. |
Chriswazo:Thank you |
D5000y:For them to have requested for an admission letter from you, it's possible you're being considered. |
Chriswazo:You're right bro. Just put down the ones that put their school details. As Eldee said, it will make things easier for the next batch of applicants. And yes, you have about 3 people that have not been added. Las las, we'll be fine. #winteriscoming ![]() |
D5000y:Good morning bro, From what I can deduce from your post, you haven't been granted admission yet. Did DAAD give you a deadline to submit your admission letter? If No, mail them to ask if there's a deadline. If they gave you a deadline, I guess your best bet is to inform them that you've applied to schools and you're still awaiting admission letter. Dailydolar Ahmed4002 Heybaby12 Fabcol Check this out pls |
Harrycul:@ the first bolded part, most people that got summer admission have had their interviews, some have received AM, few have travelled. @ second bolded part, even if you use the online booking and get a date, the VO might not interview you because your enrolment deadline is very close. I'll suggest that you mail your school to either 1. Extend the enrolment deadline. Or 2 defer your admission to winter semester. But to be safer, see if they can defer it for you. Extending the enrolment might still not guarantee..cos you'll have to wait for AM between 4-6 weeks. |
Philfit:E get bro. It can be PhD-grade or not. If you have a PhD-grade, you are eligible to apply for a PhD. If it's not in a PhD grade, you'll probably go for MPhil, then continue to PhD. That's how it's done in Nigeria, and I guess by extension in other countries. |
cuteesthy:You're welcome |
Chriswazo:Wow... How did it go? I just observed that you've not updated our AM list ![]() I con wonder where you enter. |

Purehuman:Okay, you're welcome. Check out this link. https://www.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/result/?q=&fos=3&fee=&sort=4&crossFac=&cert=&admReq=&scholarshipLC=&scholarshipSC=°ree%5B%5D=2&langDeAvailable=&langEnAvailable=&lang%5B%5D=2&cit%5B%5D=&tyi%5B%5D=&ins%5B%5D=&dur%5B%5D=&subjects%5B%5D=&limit=10&offset=&display=list&bgn%5B%5D=&lvlEn%5B%5D=&dat%5B%5D= Open each of the schools in a new tab, under Requirements/Registration, you'll see the mode of Application. You can filter out the ones you don't need. Lemme know if you have any other grey areas. Shalom ![]() |
@Chriswazo, where are you? |
Purehuman:You didn't tell us the course you're applying for, You didn't tell us the type of degree you're pursuing How can we list universities that require uploading of credentials alone? If you're asked for your syllabus, go to your department handbook. Scan and upload the course description for your courses. Since you said you're a newbie, there are some basic questions that you can get answers to if you choose to read the first page of this part 6. But then, it doesn't mean you shouldn't ask your questions.. you'll definitely get answers but they might not be as comprehensive as what you'll dig out by yourself. |
thekachi:If that's the case, print the completed Uni-assist application form. Sign it, and add to your documents. |
Bethiano:Thank you Chief. God bless us all ![]() |
ceysaga:I got 2.6 However this result is based on the assumption that your school uses the 5-point CGPA system and that 1.00 is the minimum passing grade. |
iblion:It's preferable you wait till when the school opens application before you send your documents. This is because the completed application form is one of the documents you'll be sending to Uni-assist, and you can't get that unless you complete the online application. About the second one, check your University or departmental handbook. You'll see the pages that explain the grading system. Scan the pages and uoload. You can also visit your department or your school senate to verify |
SooCute:Yeah, seems it's the only school that offers the BSc program in ship, maritime and nautical studies. |
