For kpekusing,I resumed at 5month,cos of fear of getting pregnant again ,and also the fact that I dont really enjoy the act. But its getting better now cos I don't feel the pain I use to feel before like the guy is hitting my womb (seems the womb shifted after delivery).

Been trying to talk DH into contraceptive,the guy no wan gree,he is also saying it has side effect that we should do withdrawal and calendar. Been thinking of going ahead to do it on my own( I know it's wrong, I need my DH's consent )but I don't want stories that touch ,cos if I get pregnant before am ready I will just start running,and when am tired I will rest small and continue running .

yes, i agree wit u. Pap especialy wen its a combination of d 3 its more nutritious than a tin of cereal.
Secondly, Its natural and gives room 4 other combination like crayfish, soya beans, plaintain, groundnut etc, unlike cereal.
Thirdly, its cheaper and lasts longer.

Pls mama's come to my rescue ooo, it's 20days now n my babys cord is still intact. I started using chloxyl gel and I noticed it wasn't dried at all after a week so I stopped using chloxyl gel n I went to hospital to check for infections n d Dr confirmed it wasn't infected but I should continue cleaning with spirit n cotton wool, till now it's still intact. Eye area is a very delicate area. I wouldn't tell you to run anything there without knowing the cause of it. Please take him to a doctor and if you can go to a GH, you will meet more specialist doctors. I don't think it is a serious issue but it isnt to be handled with self-medication.

Modified: I think I've seen this sort of rash before and it needs a dermatologist. Because of the hair loss on the eyebrow.

Tchiwinnie (hope I spelt it well),I will like to suggest we get the age range of mamas in our group,so we can communicate it to the guy,cos I don't think I want to store books for 3-4 years. I guess we are complete now,one mama just joined us

Pls mamas come to my rescue,my second boy started having itchy rash on his eye lid,I googled and got suggestions of placing cold towel on it,but it did nothing. Just checked it this morning and noticed it has started spreading to other part of his face.

Is it the smell? Is he formula fed?? Don't worry is normal with formula fed babies. My DD own is mosquito repellent, the smell is choking. As far as he's not constipated, don't worry. Hope this helps. Other sabi mamas can help too.

Thanks dear,he is on formula,but I noticed the smell since I started giving him cerelac last week,don't know if its the cause,but his brother's poo is nicer and they feed on same thing.
Lols at mosquito repellant ,its good sha,it will save you money for insecticide

@ dexterush now that you are here welcome back and pls before you disappear again I have a couple of questions for you

1. Pls how were you sleeping at night when you were pregnant with your twins? My presenting twin lies to my left and you know dr Google advises us to sleep on our left. Anytime I try to lie on my left, my LO kicks furiously as if to say I'm disturbing. My right side is a No No as that one is more jealous than jealousy. I'm forced to sleep on my back and raise my legs with a pillow which causes severe back ache on some nights. Pls advise me

2. Also do your twins sleep on the same bed with you and DH? Or did you have to buy two seperate cots. I've bought one for now and I'm thinking they can share or DH helps me seperate it. I really don't know yet what I'll do. I need your input pls

3. How many scans did you do during your pregnancy? Was it recommended by your doctor or you just decided to check their respective weights on your own? My OB has scheduled me for scans at 28 and 34 weeks to see their weights and then know what to do as per delivery. Would the scans be sufficient? Pls I'm a FTM hence all these my questions and I can't ask anyone around me as no one knows I'm carrying twins except DH and doctor

1, most times I sleep in the sitting room,DH had to buy this chair that slides backward,so that was where we sleep most times when the discomfort comes. But if I must sleep on the bed,I do with my left,not so comfortable though,but you can turn to the right at intervals and then switch back to the left.
2, I got two cot for them cos they can like to turn,but before the cot arrived they were sleeping on our bed,but I had to chase DH to the other room,cos I can't collect sorry. I will also advise you get separate cot for them cos as the grow bigger,they will need the space so they don't bump into each other.
3, My doctor sent me to do four, but I did like six unto shacking things
