Romance / Return Market Investment Shutdown - EFCC Case & Push For Refund Of Investor Fund by Dfavouredone: 5:52am On Jul 24, 2023 |
This is a call to all investors that were affected by the sudden shutdown of Returns Market Investment Nigeria Limited in August 2021, leading to the non-payment of investor's deposit and ROI been by Returns Market Investment Nigeria Limited since August 2021; to form a coalition to this push matter in EFCC. The good thing was that the founder of Returns Market Investment Nigeria Limited, Mr. Walter Oyubu (whose picture is attached), was held by EFCC and EFCC is trying to make sure he pay back the money of investors. However, the bad thing is that for about 2 years now, payment has not been made. I am bringing this here to call on all those affected by this matter to come forth let us form a common front to push for the refund of investor's money before this matter would die a natural death. Like I said, good thing is that EFCC already had him but EFCC is not saying anything on the matter. So, if are an investors in Returns Market Investment Nigeria Limited before they shutdown and want to join this group for an organize and structure push to get investor money refunded, please send an email with your WhatsApp number to: favuor1234@gmail.com and I will add you to the WhatsApp group. Let us push for refund of our hard earn money. Let form a coalition to demand justice from EFCC.

Good evening investors, Can a list of the top 5 or maybe 10 best performing mutual fund manager be created, to make easy for intending investor to make a choose. As suggestion, the following criteria can be use to judge them: 1. Interest rate performance 2. Online accessibility - availability of app and website to monitor investment, make subscription and redemption. 3. Customer Care Service - How easy and fastness to resolve issues. 4. Consistency: How consistently have they perform in the above over the years. What do you think guys? |

So every Christians is confident that their interests is protected no matter who becomes CAN president. Properties / Re: What Type Of House Can ₦400k Savings Per Month Build? by Dfavouredone: 12:20pm On Mar 25, 2022 |
IHANLU: Not a good advise. If you take 50m loan at 12% per annum, that means paying interest of 6m annually (500k monthly) without even paying pay the principal. All his monthly savings will go into paying interest and the principal will still be there. Simply put, he will be working for the bank. You only take a loan to finance a project that have ROI beyond the prevailing interest rate. 3 Likes |

Career / Re: Should I Take This Deal...? I Need Advice Please by Dfavouredone: 10:37am On Sep 12, 2021 |
Softboy001: First of all, be strong, things can only get better. My concern is not whether if you will be able to pay the money or if you will go broke. In Canada, if it is even menial job you're doing e.g dish washing, cleaner etc, you will still make the minimum wage (average of CAD13 per hour), which when converted to naira is big. So you will definitely be able to survive and pay back. My real concern is, is the deal genuine? as it sounds too simple and good to be true. So that you don't end in Libya or have your organs harvested or end up pushing drugs for someone and end up in prison. If you very sure the deal is genuine, go for it as you will be able to make money to more than survive you in Canada. But double check through the processing process that you are not been sold into slavery or endangered in illegality. Good luck. 1 Like |

michaelogunleye: Are tech start-ups on SEC website? Does everything have to be on SEC website before it can be invested in? Well, I think it's just individual investment strategy and risk appetite. Whether you're more interested in higher ROI or just preserving your capital. Also, capital preservation can be an illusion some time, imagine investing in mutual funds with average return of 5% PA and the inflation rate is more than 10% PA, you will be have losing money in the relative sense. Because the same capital plus interest won't be able buy the same thing in the future, what it can buy now. Money depreciate with time, so as a principle try to invest in something that the ROI is higher than the prevailing inflation rate, otherwise your money is losing worth in real sense and it would be better you just buy land or any other real estate. 4 Likes |
