Totally ignoring the attack strategy you are using to avoid the subject matter - is dragnet corrupt or not - would have been good but again i will answer you because i take strong exception to be insulted that way.

If you are a reasonable employee of dragnet this would have been a classic opportunity to make your strong points probably why dragnet is not a fraud and measures you people put in place to avoid undue advantage.

You allow that opportunity to slip away but rather expose to the public the quality of workforce that dragnet has - one that cannot engage in a simple argument without insult (this might just be a hasty generalization as you might just be the mistake in the organisation but that is the impression you give) - and such is the feature of someone who has something to hide thus giving more doubts about dragnet.

I got an invite for the online assessment test today with a follow up mail that says the link to the online assessment test expires after 3 days of receipt so endeavor to do yours on/before tomorrow. I'm still mustering courage to tackle mine.

simplex2: Stop displaying your ignorance in a public forum! From what you wrote, its obvious you're ignorant of the role dragnet and workforce plays in recruitment exercises. With such limited knowledge like you display here, I wonder what firm would offer you an employment.

Let me educate you (that's if someone else hasn't seen that your silly post and done that already):
Dragnet and workforce help companies in recruitment exercises; they are not the ones that offer an employment. It depends on the agreement with the firm contracting them; it could be to review cv, shortlist those qualified for the test, organize the test and send the successful candidates' names to the hiring company for the oral interviews. Its during the oral interview stages that the hiring company now does their final selection. So at that final stage, it has nothing to do with dragnet or workforce.
Some companies may give them the go-ahead order to organize oral interviews and send them a particular number of qualified candidates.

You need to be abreast with the system if you're really searching for a job. Right now, I doubt that you've completed your first degree.

How do u guys normally aced the dragnet test - share some tips pls.

A friend told me that one way to do that is to register twice - one with a real detail and another with a fake details. schedule ur fake details first and ur real details later.

When u write the with the fake details u will need to cram the questions and provide solutions to them and then go and write for ur real details later or the next day.

And many other different wicked strategy. That is how most of these guys pass dragnet.

Pls share ur strategy.

David0: Now thats where ur wrong. Dragnet only conducts aptitude test stage of the recruitment process same as workforce. Ur tots can only be taken into consideration where Dragnet is mandated to recruit candidates, even at that, each successful candidate still hv to undergo a final interview wt the owners of the organization before final decision is taken.

If ur successful, u go to the next stage, ive done couple of Dragnet test and I was successful in most cases, where i get dropped is during interviews with the organization, and such cases I often recognize my mistakes. So its usually my fault not Dragnet.

If ur going to succeed, u must first accept ur failures, learn from them, re-strategize, and try again.

I hv never been lucky or successful with workforce dnt know y though, but ive always excelled wt Dragnet. Every time i get an invite from workforce, i just develop a negative feeling about it.

Decision made.

I not honouring it for these reason.

1. 75k is not worth my eventual relocation to lagos.
2. Contract staff for 2 yrs: in two years time or less i will be better place in my current profession as an engineer.
3. I am currently pursuing some other job offer which is close to clicking - so i will even resign from it soon if i get it anyway.
4. I am enjoying my new challenge and learning as an engineer.

Thanks to all that contribution and giving info that assist me in coming to a satisfactory decision.

singlefade25: guy, please stick with your present job. My brother got a job as an engineer with a company immediately he finished NYSC with just 10k per month. Someone advice him that he should take the offer, he work with that company for three years, though his salary was increased. But, today he got a very big offer @ NZI agbara with over 150k per month excluding allowances. You need the experience abeg. You can google that company and submit you CV. Best of luck

I just got an SMS inviting me for a chat/test/interview from PeoplePlus (recruiting firm I assume); recruiting for Zenith Bank.

Though I submitted my CV to Zenith Bank but that was long ago (sometime last year).

The chat/test/interview is schedule to hold on Monday 18/08/2014 in Lagos and will last for one week (according to the SMS i received) depending on the candidate's success on each stage.
