Hello, anyone here who received AOR on 31/12/2020 or similar timeframes, any update on your application yet? have not still heard a word from IRCC other than that my medical test was positive. Folks, any suggestions or advise will be highly appreciated. God bless. |

This could be a problem if the agent handling it sees it. It's safe to make your data to be in sync. JIREN01: Please I want to ask as this has been bothering me. The date of birth on my transcript is 1996, while every other documents, including my WAEC, NYSC, and international passport, bears 1997. Is it likely I face any problem with this? |

It's either these your people didn't tell you the full story or they're just making assumptions. The main thing IRCC need are your IELTS TRF and ECA ref# and since these are from reputable international organizations, they can easily verify authencity of your fillings from these organizations with or without one uploading the documents but there are nor required to be uploaded. IRCC has never categorically stated these documents should be uploaded in post-ITA. ednut1: false, i know people whose applications were rejected for omitting a copy of those things. The message above was sent to a friend. Spent 2 months in the pool before getting ita again. Proof was asked for on the website. Number or trf are not proofs but the actual report. |

Seems you did not read thoroughly my comment or you did not fully understand it. There is a provision to enter ECA Ref#. If the applicant entered this number in the form he filled, this won't be a problem. IRCC never categorically stated that the document should be uploaded. They can easily verify the ECA Ref# the applicant filled in, from WES directly with or without the applicant uploading it which is why they never ask for it to be uploaded in the Post-ITA uploads. Same goes for IELTS. ednut1: explain this then
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has reviewed your application for permanent residence. We have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of a complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Your application is rejected for being incomplete.
Specifically, your application does not include the following elements for (Spouse) - Education Credentials: A completed Education Credential Assessment (ECA) issued for immigration purposes was not included with your electronic application. This document is required based on the education details you provided in your Express Entry profile. Please consult our website in order to determine the required document. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration- refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education- assessed.html |

There is no cause for alarm. If you read carefully, these weren't even asked to be uploaded. IRCC can easily validate your IELTS through your TRF, same goes for ECA through some certain number which you have entered during filling of the form. I think people are just uploading those out of the abundance of caution. If I were in your shoes, I won't be distressed. In case they need further info as per these, you'll be notified though this is very unlikely as your complete form has the information required. Hope this helps. deejay5: Thank you much... I've submitted a webform to that effect. Should I put a call through to them about this? And how soon should I do this? Can anyone avail me with the apporpriate ircc number to call considering the fact that I may not have had any visa office because my application is just 2 weeks old? |

Daboll: Thank you soo much, so please aside from bank statements and the bank letter, do I then need a letter of explanation? Letter of explanation (LOE) is only useful when there's a gray area in your application where you may need to explain further for the immigration officer handling your case, to understand. If everything in your application is straight-forward then, there's absolutely no need for an LOE. |

Daboll: Hello, good evening. Please I have some questions. I recently received ITA and now putting together my documents to submit.
1) As regards POF, I live in Europe(came here for studies) my mum lives in the UK, over time she sends me money very often (as upkeep and to support my pof saving) and it’s part of this money that made up my POF, as-well as savings from my part time job here(that pays well) and some money I changed over time from my Nigerian account and put in my account here. I have over 10k € as my balance from my statements. I don’t have any lump sum that was paid from a second party after or before ITA all this money’s came in bits over the months and regularly (monthly) dates as far back as April . Please In such an instance do I still need a deed of gift? Or if no, how do you advise I explain the funds I have. I’ve heard soo many people say since I’ve only lived in my present country for just a year, it may raise suspicions on how I was able to get the money and all. Please I am confused
2) if I need a deed of gift, we are not in the same country and with the whole covid restrictions I cannot travel over to her, can a lawyer in my own country of residence draft the deed of gift if it’s needed? Hello mate, this is not an issue at all. 10,000 € is more than enough for a single person. Just provide your reference letter from your EU bank factoring CIC requirements in the letter. Don't think 10,000 Eur is too much of a money to create suspicion. Raising that money in a year is not a big deal even as a student. You're good to go. Furthermore, there is no need for gift deed or whatever they call it. Folks that use those are people who don't have raw funds. You have the raw funds. You're in order. |

oty1993: i need advice, currently on 471 but still evaluating my certificates and may hopefully get into the pool next month. Any prediction on crs cutoff by then? Should i still remark, score may increase to 474 or I may lose 27k for nothing in this hard period. thanks Inasmuch as one can't tell what the cut-off mark will be in say 2 months (if it's going to take that period of time for you to evaluate your certificates), 471 is a pretty decent score. You don't need to max your IELTS to get ITA. What matters is if the ranking score is below your score. By the way, as it stands now, cut-off mark is decreasing gradually. I'd rather advise you not to apply for remark but wait, unless you don't have any need for that money. |

Your manner of response shows your type of personality, the one who assumes the worst. In order words, the paranoid set of people. Your first response was like a passage which a simple one line statement asking for clarifications could have prevented or better even keeping mum. Well, someone actually answered my inquiry politely with a simple statement of not more than 12 words. In other words, you need to learn how to connect to people and understand what the term "politeness" means. Apparently, you lack both. deepwater: Did u notice you rather like putting your blame on people rather than taking responsibility
So I should start assuming and thinking that you initial question was incomplete and then seek for clarification before I answer you.
Son, own up to your worries and call your uncle to give all the support if you dont want us to create one for you. |

Lol. Thanks mate for your candid response. Providing the proof is never a problem at all. The man is within reach just that I would have preferred not to request any document from him so as to not to make him feel am indebted to him, you know the way some folks reason at times. I only felt that they do request that for siblings as they don't add any points for extended family. Anyways, thanks for your matured response. Wish you the best. Cheerfulmum: It does not seem they are asking, it is what it is. Hope you did not misrepresent, you have to provide proofs and if you cannot e don red for you. OYO. |

The problem about some people is that they read to respond and not to understand. If you didn't understand my inquiry, you could have simply asked for clarification if you indeed wanted to help. Your assumptions are totally false. You think everyone is a liar, huh? Stop always thinking people have something fraudulent in mind. I have an uncle who's a citizen of Canada and during the filling of the EOI form, I literally filled it up not that I wish to have any points from it. I didn't expect that I'll be requested to upload any proof of relationship with the man as I don't want to even request any document from the man as I don't want him to feel am indebted to him and thus, will prefer not requesting it from him. I thought it was only for the siblings that they do make such requests for since points are usually added to it. I hope you now understand. I'd rather recommend you don't make fun of people when you don't understand 'em just for your own good. deepwater: we shall create you an uncle in Canada! which province or territory do you prefer
You asked what we reckon I gave my submission You got angry Were you expecting us to tell you something else apart from what we reckon ?
The first truth is that the response is not silly, you rather had your mind fixed on something else and wanted a back up comment to soothe your mind irrespective of not knowing you are heading for the rocks...and any other response would sound silly to your mind.
Now let me tell you another truth, You have indicated that you have an uncle in Canada This you can not prove post ITA. meaning that you misrepresented your situation, in another phrase DOCUMENT FRAUD. That is to say the premise in which you obtained your ITA was false. This is also called obtaining by false pretence. You can be jailed if charge to court anywhere in the world for that act. Do you know that DOCUMENT FRAUD may lead to your rejection, ban and information shared. Meaning UK, USA, New Zealand, Australia would get your fraudulent report and treat you as a fraud.
Now what should you do? It is two ways.
1. If you haven't submitted your application yet, decline the ITA and return to the pool actively to genuinely claim a new ITA.
2. If you somehow created an uncle for your self and had submitted, query may be raised. Respond accordingly with best fit answers designed to have your application rejected for sake of answers not sufficient enough and avoiding ban or penalty instead just a rejection so you would be safe.
N.B you have used the word silly already so what is your new line now son.... |

Hi mate, trust you're doing good. For EE, NOCs of type C will not add any point to your CRS score, I'm afraid. That being mentioned, the best you could give yourself is to max your IELTS as even if you get the LRSW - 8777 scores, you'll loose 12 points unlike when hit the max of 8.5,8.0,7.5,7.5. I hope this helps. All the best. alertbest: @ kekereekun123 ikepooni DFreeze and others, please help with answer to me questions |

Yes, of course. If you hit the maximum scores in IELTS, your score may get up to 464 which is quite a high score. The most recent cut-off was 469 and it seems the cut-offs will be going down in the coming weeks. Just get maximum score of LRSW of 8.5,8.0,7.5,7.5 and you'll be good to go. If you get the minimum boost of 8777, you'll loose up to 12 points thus taking your score to a lil above 450. Check the link to see what your score could be: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response. What I do is just selling stuffs online similar to selling on Jumia or Konga. Well, this role is under NOC 0 which makes it nice but the thing is I don't have the business officially registered though I've got proof of statements of income from this business as I have been in the business since 2014 and can show invoice as well as the bank transaction statements detailing this income over the course of 3 years.
Right now, I'm currently not in this business anymore so, the links to my stores are inactive though I can prove the business's presence on FB over the years.
I know this is slightly burdensome to prove.
What do you reckon? |

The ones I sent on my own (copies of diploma and passport) have all gotten to them but, the challenge is my transcript which was delayed by my undergraduate school though it has been sent just recently but, I'm not sure if it'll get to them by this deadline.
What do you guys reckon citing the scenario above? I'll appreciate your kind responses. |

YoungMil: The statement states Notarised Diploma which means your undergraduate, (Note the Comma) Transcript sent from institution..... Notarise your bachelor degree from high court, package it with other requirements for sending. You will send these yourself... Notarised Diploma (BSC), copy of data page, signed dream apply application, copy of test of English.
As regards the Transcript to be sent by university, you have to go to Ur School to request for official transcript and have it sent it to the address stated.Note it must be sent directly from the University and must be in sealed envelope.
Your school should understand this. Mine cost 20k to process with the courier charge inclusive but it differs from school to school.
Please check the mail you were being sent well as the above was based on my own mail and experience.
In summary, school will send the official transcript in sealed envelope on yor behalf and you will send other documents as stated above in line 4 and 5 yourself.
Make sure you press on your school so that they can process it faster and send it early. Some Schools are mad.
