Try and cut your cost and get alternative thing you can lay your hands on. God will see you through and meet you at the point of your needs.

It is well....really well brother. For everyone that gets married, you must try to plan for your most basic needs by:
1. Getting accommodation that you could conveniently pay for using not more than 1/6th of your collective yearly income.

2. Get an health insurance/coverage for the family that you can conveniently pay for with 1/12th of your yearly income. If either of you is working in a place where HMO comes with the package, the better.

3. Monthly feeding and daily needs shouldnt take beyond 1/6th of you monthly income.

The rest you can appropriate as you like. So to avoid getting backed into a corner or feeling like life is lonely despite being surrounded by family, do not get married if that isn't sorted. This country is hard, your perceived helpers sef are looking for who to help them. Everyman for himself, God for us all.

You can try getting one room which will be easier to pay

For now, look after your child and hold on a but before getting another child

Think of what skills to learn so that when block work is off season, you will be busy with your skills





Manage your home and be very very economical

No careless owambe party uniform, it drains one Financialy

This hard times will prepare you when the money starts coming and it will help you save for rainy days

Mr Op,your wife should have explained to her mom how things are in your home. If your in-law shows up later,make her understand what you just explained here now. Then tell her to ask her daughter how you guys are surviving, although I know very well they discussed it before. No go use shame or fear carry wahala put for hux o If stress go too much later on,even that your wife that God gave to you, fit change am for you o..
