AgricultureRe: I Need Advices On Chicken-rabbit Farming. by dgitrader(m): 9:00pm On Nov 03, 2019
klashe:
Hey guys! I'm 24, ND holder. I plan to further my education by 2021. So, I want to starting a business. The two livestocks I have loved right from my childhood days are chickens and rabbit. I'll be starting with a capital of 80k. Should I face chicken farming alone or rabbit, or should combine the two? Thanks!
Pls whatever you want to choose, don't combine chicken and rabbit breeding. The rabbits will definitely get infected and wiped out one day. They share some similar desease. Find WhatsApp groups and gain more insight and connections especially in your state of residence. Good luck in your endeavour.
PropertiesRe: Real Estate Never Depreciates: How True? by dgitrader(m): 6:59am On Nov 03, 2019
Nice analysis, but note that all the possibilities you mentioned do happen and affect value of some properties, but in Nigeria as it is in this generation(of massive housing deficit of desastrous proportion), this factors affect value less than 10% of the time. Look at things with a longer time view, not short term. Real estate value in naija is on the rise all the time so long as housing needs are in comatose. People desperately need houses even in bushes, hills, Riversides, swamps, slums etc. Don't use prime real estate futures to mistake general real estate.

Am planning to buy my first car and am confused about which brand to settle for. Honda looks good but I want to enquire why it’s cheaper than Toyota . Does it mean it’s not as reliable as Toyota? Are Acura products of Honda reliable?
It's basically ''herd mentality" of Nigeria's auto community. Anyone that can't properly
Mentain a Honda cant do better with a toyota. They are like 5 n 6. Toyota's are overpriced in pre 2008 models.

Avoid those phones. Rather go for Xiaomi, umidigi, oukitel of the same price range. Personally I would add 5k and buy umidigi A5pro via Jumia.

AshipaEk0:
what is wrong with you?

seriously, what?

which vehicle brand has 'built for x country' that the manufacturer stipulates a different viscosity from the one 'built for y country'?

Does Toyota recommend a different viscosity for the cars they sell in UAE as against that sold in Canada?

You know better than the people that built the vehicle?

I don't suppose you are even aware that these 'hot weather' talk only applied to Mineral Oil back in the days, and synthetic oils don't react the same way.

is your 33 degree centigrade weather hotter than the engine that runs at 95 degrees centigrade?

There are cars that the manufacturer stipulates 20W50 i believe you are aware............

So what exactly is the problem?
Well thought, now can you address the issue of 'high milage' engines I mentioned in my opener
Car Talk20W50 Oils! Read And Stop Demonizing It. by dgitrader(op): 8:38am On Sep 12, 2019
Over 80% of engines in Nigeria are already high-milage, most engine oil filters in the market are inferiors, also we are in a temperate region and finally our driving conditions are mostly short stops-and-go. Using lighter oils in this conditions doesn't make economic sense in my opinion.

Copied... https://cartreatments.com/what-do-the-numbers-on-motor-oil-mean/

....."Most people have either changed the oil of their car themselves or they’ve taken their car to an auto servicing company and had professionals do it for them. An important aspect about oil changes involves choosing the right type of oil.

This doesn’t just mean choosing between synthetic or conventional mineral-based oil. You also need to pay attention to the numbers on the label of the motor oil. You might see something like “10W30” or “5W20” and wonder what the heck they mean.

Even if you have your oil changed by a professional, they normally put a sticker on your windshield which indicates the numbers of the oil they used in your vehicle. What do these numbers mean?

In a nutshell, the numbers before and after the W represent viscosity. The letter “W” itself stands for Winter. As you may know, viscosity means the thickness of a fluid. In the case of motor oil, it is the thickness of the oil under certain temperature conditions

The number to the left of the W refers to the oil viscosity when the temperatures are low. The number to the right of the W refers to the oil viscosity at hotter temperatures.

If the first number is low, it means that you have thin oil. Whenever there are colder temperatures in your environment, it is better to have thin oil in your engine. Otherwise, it will be harder for thicker oil to flow throughout your engine and lubricate its components.

The second number will be dependent on two things; the temperature of your engine and the heat of your environment. If you live in a tropical area with a lot of heat, you will want this second number to be high because it means the oil is thick. It is good to have thick oil in hot temperatures because it will do a better job of lubricating the engine’s components.

In North America, the standard motor oil to use is 10W30 or 5W30. If you live in a very cold nation like Finland, you might need even thinner oil like 0W30. Likewise, if you live in a very hot country like Nigeria, you could be using 10W40, 20W50, or 15W40.

If you check the owner’s manual of your vehicle, they will tell you the proper viscosity oil grade to use in your vehicle. However, the manufacturer doesn’t always take into account where you are living in the world or where you might be relocating too with your vehicle. Therefore, you need to understand the various types of motor oils so that you can make your own best judgment."

Dgitrader [s]or mile12Trader, nice one you have closed for the week. Don't forget your every evening pain reliever. At least, that's a better job than the other hacking, scamming activities of yours. Pretender! Man that has tried contacting me that I blocked his as.s. You people don't get tired.

I am a patient person, waiting for the person who said he will answer my questions. Personally, I don't understand why you people are all id.iots. If you will debate, do it nicely. That's how these foo.lish nasty people attacked orga.nicfoods. If it's debate, do it honorably, and don't attack people's businesses and activities. I can count many people you idio.ts have attacked. I am a solid rock. Mad people. Not your fault. It's fault of the owner of this forum. I blame him. Just not really caring about his customers. One will even write him to do something about these scams on nairaland, and he does absolutely nothing. It's getting too much. I had to cry out the other day another m.ad friend of this idi.ot was trying to sell Marijuana on nairaland.

Just imagine how he is spoiling a business his generations cannot afford to set up because of poverty. I decided not to respond to the other one this morning cos I want to get something from him. Let's wait and see. Na by force to consult? They begged me with money to come to their farms, I rejected it. Are you people not tired? Why are you all so desperately wicked? Not your fault. It's Seun's. He's responsible for these nonsenses on this forum. Even mods are all silent. I have never heard a case nairaland tries to investage dispute on this site.

You are all cra.zy on this platform. Wetin?

Oga, you better be careful the way you send out info thinking you are contributing to the betterment of the society. These boys ma.d seriously on nairaland ooo. You will be shocked what you will start experiencing as soon as they feel you are a threat to their ego or whatever. Over 90% users here are terrible. They are bullies too. But it's counter bullying they understand. It's not a joke. I am serious. I am seriously considering abandoning this thing. A place you try to contribute but it's hacking and scamming you meet. It's obvious nairaland does not have any solution. Just imagine how they consistently hack front page to drop porn and lotto on every da.mn front page news with different accounts. Every front page news. Every....All. Thats a robot working. A terrible vir.us. Is it that easy to be opening different emails every min. These boys aren't joking. 80 naijas arrested recently for cyber fraud.

It's better to leave nairaland. I think things will never get better here. I don't understand why people are desperate to destroy success. [/s]

It's time I left.

u are just pathetic. From my experience, people like u who go about attacking everyone that does not hold their point of view are usually those to be wary of. They are insecure because they know they are trying to sell lies to other people. So anyone trying to stop them from selling lies becomes an instant enemy.
People who hold real value and integrity will never act the way you are acting.
