MOD take this thread down, the article is misleading and deadly.

Aboguede:
I asked a simple question and u are still deviating.

A car that is on 80k/h can it still enter gear 1 in the absence of brake?

Yes! Very easy. It's called engine braking

WackyJ1:
Your username looked Familiar and then I checked my other account and I realized that we have had an interaction before there around January 2018.

Is this the same girl that you did not see for seven months that you were scared of losing?

Hmmmmmmm, another angle!

Olalekanbanky1:
Simply because u guys opted for free shipping or those $0.43 shipping fee on packages. Bros Ur package go tour almost all d nation's of this world before it gets to u in Nigeria

Actually right.

jboixxx:
No, except NIPOST logged it in (that's if they do)

They haven't been doing that of resent. My last 6 or 7 packages came without complete tracking.

Happy about the news , but since it's Lai Mohamed involved, it don't believe the figures

Where's Audu ogbe self with his 100,000 tractors and 5000 rice mills?

tall2ce:
Delivery time has elapsed on Nov 18, i ordered for the goods on Nov 1, used standard shipping and they extended it

Not really a bad situation. It's just 3 weeks. I have packages ordered since 20th October, not yet delivered, while some of 27th October have been received. Just relax, u will get ur stuffs Las Las

ZACHIE:
2.7m Duty will not fly that car.
The guy did you a favor charging you 2.7 and delivering as well.
The assessment value of value of cars in Customs database is not strictly adhered to at the ports.
If they did, the ports would've collapsed because 90% of us will not be able to afford the duty.

BAba, settle with Adex or whoever. Carry your car and avoid unnecessary travels.
We are all trapped in this negotiated duty thingy.
All of us, including me

What is unnecessary travels? Who determines it?

So the agent did him a favour by lieing to him right? And what is the end result of his lies? Bros fear God abeg.
If I tell you to pay me A for xx, and I have no intention of delivering xx, isn't that fraudulent?

Kai, what a thread.
Between the 'blameless' agent that performed the fraudulent clearance, and his army of heartless defenders/monikers here, I don't know who is more wicked!
I take this thread to heart, Nigerians are deviously wicked.

OP, do all you can to pay up the short charge, get your car out, one day the blameless agent and his co-defenders will all have their day.

If u r ordering this days, understand that there are delays everywhere in most of the shipping methods, I guess it's because of yr end surge and 11-11 singles day. All you need is seat back at least 40days before u worry.

tall2ce:
Ali Express is giving me headache.

What could be the issue, delivery time?

Backward country, how much petroleum derivatives do we import on a monthly bases!

Techno Marketers thread

Since it's all about Techno, let me share my thoughts too

Tecno phones are for newbies and as for lifespan of the phones, it does not really matter because sooner than u know it, the screen shatters, the camera degrades, the memory gets clogged, and battery.... Don't go there.

saint2ace:
Then check the terminal of the sim card that gets hot to ensure that it's properly cut and the chips are not bridging

Probably! Thanks

saint2ace:
Ur location, network fluctuations and temperature

Same spot, same network(MTN). Different results. When one sim is on with data, phone gets hot, but not same with the other sim

Got two old MTN Sims converted to 4g nano Sims today. Both have 4gb welcome bonus instanta, but one of the Sim's data heats up the A5pro, while the other doesn't. What cud be the culprit?

Can you ship directly to Kaduna?

Engrsaeed:
Go to settings and search sensorHub. Open it and clear the app storage. Then restart ur phone.

Thanks. I learnt something very valuable from your hint. Will apply anytime needed.

Lexusgs430:
Get a proximity sensor app and test. Till you get desired results.......

Thanks. Did just that and it's ok now. Tomorrow I will retest it under full sunlight again, cos that's when it mostly kicks in.

Thanks

This proximity sensor issue is my only ache on my A5pro. Guys please help a brother out, I have removed plastic film, removed tampared glass, even removed rubber protective case, but it still persist for weeks now, restarted several times too. Is there something else that makes it go blackout during calls?

acorntree:
if you need cheap andgood quality memory card you can order through this link.

https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/kdXkPDP1v

I just got 32G lexar memory card from there at the rate of #1150. Though its very cheap but also of good quality. these memory card are original memory card from Korea, well package. the seller will ship through aliexpress standard shipping, which is Singapore post. the memory cards arrived here around 2wks. so these are the test I performed on the memory card using h2test. the writing speed is 10.6mb/s and reading speed 18.4mb/s.

what's h2test software? h2test is desktop software you can use to test the quality, the real capacity of memory card and flash drive. it perform write and read operation on memory card. a fake memory card will always produce errors after writing and reading activities are carried out on it.

I'm not affiliated to the seller in any way, I just feel like sharing because most Nigeria who order from there always keep it as secret from others. The seller has so many positive reviews and Many Nigerian do order from there.

You r a good person. Thanks

Air pressure! It's Sucking or pushing affects doors especially in a poorly ventilated room.

Kindly get a bic biro transparent container, thick orange back peel and a strong strand of broom.

Block both ends of the biro container with the orange peel(by pressing it into the peel completely) then use the strong strand of broomstick to gradually push any of the stuck orange peel in the biro, ur little one will see how pressure transmits to the other end by pushing the opposite peel off the biro.

I think its in order.

What you think is missing is the lintels, however, what actually counts is the headroom. I counted 12 courses of blockwork from the DPC times 225 to give 2.7m not including motar. That should give at least a head of 3m which is normal.

The skipping of lintels does change anything.

Ok I get it now. Thanks

bixton:
I as a person cannot see what is missing but will only assume......

Are you implying there are no external beams. The boards on the sides/edges will have to be removed to properly see....

So it seems to me, but I guess I will check to see when the boards are removed. Thanks

My people, Is this type of decking normal? I am seeing this for the first time. It seems to have excluded some traditional procedures. Pls experts on this I need your opinions..

klashe:
Hey guys! I'm 24, ND holder. I plan to further my education by 2021. So, I want to starting a business. The two livestocks I have loved right from my childhood days are chickens and rabbit. I'll be starting with a capital of 80k. Should I face chicken farming alone or rabbit, or should combine the two? Thanks!

Pls whatever you want to choose, don't combine chicken and rabbit breeding. The rabbits will definitely get infected and wiped out one day. They share some similar desease. Find WhatsApp groups and gain more insight and connections especially in your state of residence. Good luck in your endeavour.

Nice analysis, but note that all the possibilities you mentioned do happen and affect value of some properties, but in Nigeria as it is in this generation(of massive housing deficit of desastrous proportion), this factors affect value less than 10% of the time. Look at things with a longer time view, not short term. Real estate value in naija is on the rise all the time so long as housing needs are in comatose. People desperately need houses even in bushes, hills, Riversides, swamps, slums etc. Don't use prime real estate futures to mistake general real estate.

Adressed.
