If u mean your employer tick only d days u resumed work with with him den that's how it's done, my first month I worked for 4days n that's what was tick. For editing don't know if Dats possible after summitting within the 5days given but after those days it can't

PUNTERSMIND. i got matched 12th of nov at a fair and i had to wait for uba to send acct no lik a week after b4 i resumed with my employer. he got timesheet and to my surprise, he only ticked few remaining days of d mth i came. i later called his attentn to dis and asked him why did he nt tick all on surep page but he said surep wont mind being d 1st time. cud dt be true? then is there any remedy to this lik editing d timesheet? pls help

some employers cud be annoying at times. d same thing happened to my frd. pls tell him ur status on ur gis page still showing pending hired. d moment he accept u it changes to hired else ure working for him free. which internship fair did u get d employer?

OP. i think d right answer to ur question is that HE is just God and HE did dt because HE is God and HE is unquestionable. HE choosed to use His only son to redeem us frm sin and nobody can question Him on that.

while reading dis version of d bible recently thru a frd who is jw member,i discovered there exist many discrepancies in it compared wit all other versions of bible(KJV inclusive). among all d noticeable differences is JOHN 1:1 where kjv and others say : In the beginining was d Word,and d Word was with God and d Word was God. New world translation has changed 'd Word was God' to 'd Word was god'. Now i discovered during our argument dt my frd like to refer to dis verse to support his doctrine that disprove trinity. later in my research,i discovered frm history dt new world translation was 1st published in year 1961(a yr after nigeria gained independence). Why would a religion change bible to support it's ideology or is it dt NWT had existed b4 KJV and co?

read ur bible well and i hope ure nt reading new world translation? ure mixing two things here. 1. speaking in tougue while praying (which happened to disciple when dey were filled wit holy spirit in upper room) and 2. act of prophecy while worshipping. it is d speaking in unknown language thru prophecy dt bible says dt d speaker shud be able to interprete himself or someone shud be beside him to interprete for him hence d msg he is giving has no meaning.

if i may comment,u cant change ur gis code even if employer operating in ogbomoso. dt ur employer is nt operating in ur lg doesnt mean surep will change their policy. what dey are after is dt u relate well and agree wit ur employer on how to prevent hitch in working reason y dey used dt style in oyo. at times it takes a week to get congratulatn msg frm surep. be patient it is coming

1. Your CV is not effective

3. You have a bad attitude
Most people think employers are only interested in an applicant’s skills and qualification. That’s not true. Attitude is equally important. Will You recruit a person with excellent skills, qualification, knowledge and experience but lacks the right attitude? I guess your answer is NO.

If you're rude or have a repugnant attitude, you may not be able to hide it from the interviewer. Don't forget that some people being an interviewer or not, have the ability to see beyond your fancy suit to your real person.


4. You can't communicate effectively
Most applicants stay longer than necessary in the labor market simply because they lack the requisite verbal and written communication skills employers are looking for. Evaluate yourself. If that’s where your problem lies, it’s never too late for a turn around. The best way to become fluent in your communication is to practice. Read as much novels and watch as much English films as you can. Take note of unusual words and check up the correct pronunciation, usage and spellings in the dictionary, and use them often as appropriate. Avoid pidgin English.

5. You are not networking enough
If you keep waiting for companies to place job adverts before you apply, you may be limiting your chances. Almost all jobs these days are found through networking, both offline and online. The contact need not be your relatives. Relatives and friends of your friends can be very helpful too.

6. You don't follow instructions
Every job advert comes with its own set of instructions, which may lead to outright disqualification if not adhered to. Some people naturally do not have eyes for details which make them recurring culprits. You should never be in a hurry to submit your CV. Take some time to read the job advert at least 3 times for you to understand the requirements. Follow the instructions strictly, to avoid being disqualified.

7. You're a chain smoker
A lot of employers won't hire smokers. The smell on their clothes and breath is a turn-off. They fall seek too often and take excessive breaks which affect productivity. And to be frank, it's a very dirty habit. Quit smoking now before it ruins you.

8. You can't defend your certificate
It's a common trend these days to see graduates who cannot prove themselves to be the real owners of their certificates. You may be surprised to hear this. A friend of mine who is an accounting graduate lost a job opportunity because he couldn’t define accounting in an interview. You must know your discipline and the definition of every basic concept regarding it to avoid making the same mistake.

Try and rectify all these issues and then ask for God’s direction and favor in your job search. There’s nothing impossible with him. A lot of people have secured good jobs miraculously. It can happen to you too. Only if you believe.

wrong thread to ask d questn. my advice: u can delay ur flight and reschedule if ure sure of ur connection in abuja regarding dis job when it get to final selection stage. preliminary stage lik dis might count against u if u miss it now shud u hav oga at d top. if u dont know anybody up there and ure relying on luck and God grace,u may wait but i were u i wont miss my flight because of dt jamboree formality test.
