A 'multinational' offering to pay 50K as start up in an expensive city like Lagos is probably not worth the stress, but what do I know? Not to talk of how expensive transportation & feeding is now. Perhaps if you state the name of the company, it would help people in giving you better suggestions.

If I were you though, I think I'll stick with the job at Abeokuta, while still searching for better opportunities assiduously. So I'll advise same for a few reasons:

First, Abeokuta is a cheaper city to live in compared to Lagos. You can save more living there. Even if things don't end up as auspicious as you'd expected, you could use savings accrued to invest in profitable ventures.

Also, being a precocious company, you stand a better chance to make notable contributions to organisational development—assuming your current employer is reasonable.

The ball is in your court anyway. Regardless your final resolve, I wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
