if obaseki wins, he's in trouble.
If apc loses as a result of this crisis, he's in trouble.

The only way out for him is for him is to have his prefered candidate win and he will do anything to make that happen.

At times I advice people like you and the guy you quoted always take time to read and study before commenting.
Immunity or no immunity, the party screening committee might or will disqualify him from contesting under their party. Reasons are, if eventually obaseki wins, another party or candidate might take him to Court, which may cause both obaseki and APC to loose the seat. Simple

You guys should accept the fact that obaseki didn't play smart, he should have waited till second term before showing flexing muscle with oshiomole

His Deputy Shaibu and the SSG, Osarodion Ogie he is banking on are not strong enough to help him out. Out of 24 members of the House of Assembly, he has just 9 on his side. Obaseki was not strategic enough. He can't win this.
