For some time now, I have carefully noticed that there are no more workers in Nigeria. I personally don't really grasp the reality here.

Okay, I will share my experience about this from recent events, I opened a barbing salon this year and I actually have been looking for a manager for god knows how long now to no avail. In fact, I made posters and pasted in the neighbourhood and also been talking to god knows how many barbers etc. Just to say but few. Actually, I had to do all the setup works by my self because I got tired of begging for labourers or even the half professionals.

Let me some blunt or sincere, people in Nigeria today are no longer interested in working legitimately for money! And this has nothing to do with age.

A transaction was conducted with the banking platform making use of their own sim card on the 18th May, 2023, the money was deducted from the account but the transaction failed.

Several emails have been sent to them to rectify the issue. Attached is their reply since the 20th May, 2023 but yet up till now the 30th June, 2023 the money has not been refunded.

The banking platform is the worst, their customer service is extremely terrible; it's nothing to write home about.

Let the whole world beware of such a platform.

It happened on the 29 of may exactly one month today. actually I don't know who did it and how they got my bank details but suddenly I received an alert that the transactions has just occurred in my account. immediately I checked I saw 1500 transactions via POS but it seems like they fund betting account what surprised me is that only 15naira left in the account before the incident but immediately after that fraudulent transactions my balance became negative minus -10.75

After about two weeks I decided to transfer sth in the account and see what will happen, well I then transfer 100naira from my opay to the affected account. lol and behold! piyam! it gone my balance still remain negative but this time minus -18.25

please is there anyone who experienced this and how can I resolve this
