Only ppl in Nigeria will hail this as an achievement. Actually tot the said 'inventor' is not in school ( like an illiterate) It was when i read the second time that I discovered he's in the uni!!! Techwriter: I don't normaly participate in hate and tribalistic threads and I believe most comments here should be hidden but I must commend Ojukwu for keeping the baby while not commending his sins. Many a military man as he was would readily kill the mother and child to remove any form of shame from surfacing in anyway. Cnsidering what he meant to Nigerians and to Igbos in particular, he would have eliminatef the baby for selfish reasons. Who knows how many Awo or evn the Sudan had from other tribesU must be drunk. Awo lived a scandal free life...the records are there. It's just so bad that Internet 'activists' like you find it difficult to read...If you have read any of Awo's books, you will know that self discipline is what Awo preached and emphasised. Awo did not do alcohol, women or drugs. That man is different from so many others. He only married one wife (his inestimable jewel). Word of advice: always think before you post!!! -Ojukwu did not recognise the people that gave their lives for his Biafran project...no kobo (despite the fact that he had millions) is to be donated to several families that are still feeling the impact of a war he orchestrated. Not even a building (despite the fact that he had several houses) is to be used as a mark of symbol of the Biafrian war!!! 2. Against all expectations, Ojukwu got a daughter from a Northern girl...From the same North he so much hated!!! To make matters worse, he was consumed by shame to tell anyone when he was alive...Infact, Bianca was not in the know!!! #If this is the man Igbo's see as their hero...they need to have a rethink!!! From the summary of his will and his after war conduct, he appears to be a man that thinks first about himself plus his family and not his Igbo people unlike the way Achebe and others want us to believe!!! |

The way some Igbos (and south south igbos ) talk at times make you wonder why they hate Yoruba's... Achebe complained that Awolowo stopped Zik from becoming the Premier of Western Region...The new generation of Igbos have now rebranded, they want an Igbo governor !!! Is this not sickening? This is one of the reasons Igbos are the most hated ethnic stock in Nigeria!!! They think they are the best...How can anyone say the idea of Pat Utomi being made the Lagos ACN candidate in 2015 is a good idea... Is it because he's a Prof or what does he have that no Yoruba man has? The truth is, there are up to 5 better men for every good Igbo man!!! Give an Igbo man the opportunity to stay in ur village...u will be shocked that in few months, he will be scheming to become the king of that village! How on earth will such people be loved? Even in the UK, there is what is called 'country respect'...an English man that is staying in Wales will experience some difficulties in being accepted politically!!! Let me say this, an Igbo man cannot be made the gubernatorial candidate of any major party in in 2015 or in the nearest future..For that to happen, a Yoruba man must have been governor of Enugu for 8 years!!! What is the population of Igbo's in Lagos if I may ask? Forget about the noise they make...if all Igbo's vote for a candidate,he can still not win!!! On ACN and PDP, PDP cannot rule Lagos...it is an impossibility!!! Nairalanders just come here to post thrash...if u read most comments on Nairaland after Fashola cleared Oshodi and demolished many shops, most commentators concluded that Lagosians would vote him out...but what happened ? ACN defeated PDP ruthlessly. How on earth can anybody in his right senses think Lagosians will vote for GEJ's party? We cannot hate to vote out GEJ and his PDP in 2015 2 Likes |

And what about private uni's ? Some state uni's are better than many private uni's. But employers have this @ the back of their mind when recruiting. First preference: Federal Uni's ...ESP the best 5: U.I,IFE,ABU,UNN,UNILAG,UNILORIN/UNIBEN. Grad's from Fed Uni's like UNIPORT are most often than not viewed with 'suspicion'. 2nd preference: Private uni's. 3rd preference: State uni's. *The gap between no. 1 and 2 is VERY VERY WIDE |

Do I need to say that elites (who are in the minority) are actually worthless to politicians... Majority of them idly hide behind the anonymous profile of the Internet and write whatever comes to their mind!!! If u really want to sample opinions, go to the streets of Lagos,Ibadan , Osogbo ,Ado Ekiti and ask who he is....they will tell you!!! May God punish these ppl..d last time I said something like this, my God answered my prayer. Father Lord,hear my humble cry and bring judgment on the ppl that burnt these guys. In Jesus name I have prayed, Amen!!! #i have never stolen anything (even as a child )...and I can never support robbery in what ever form!!! I love Nigerians... So gullible and sheepish!!! Someone who is not a journalist, whose view is not authoritative..someone who has not elicited any evidence to show that Pastor Adeboye indeed said all he has alleged said the man of God said 'don't marry frm RCCG' and y'all believe!!! So sick!!! Many have not only believed but they have started hurling insults at the man of God...Well, I now know the reason why so many ppl have problems without knowing the cause of their problems. My friends, let's exercise caution when we talk about men of God!!! Even if u don't believe they are men of God, it will do u a whole lot of good if u exercise restraints...God can do anything to ppl that despise his prophets and pastors !!! He's a consuming fire!!! Assuming but not conceding that he said all you said, I believe the context in which that was said must be considered too!!! Sincerely speaking, I believe Christians from different denominations can marry each other!!! My Bible does not tell me otherwise and I do believe that Pastor Adeboye will share this view since he allows Pastors from other churches to preach in RCCG!!! But if indeed he said all these, it must not be isolated from the context in which he said it!!!
