Turn to the back of the Laptop n unscrew the hard disk compartment. make sure the disk is properly fixed and the cables connected are firm. it happens very well on desktops, what i do is to remove the IDE cable n fix it properly.

Just ensure the cable connecting the hard disk is firm. if u dnt know your way around dis, i suggest u get someone that knows how to do so.

But if after your laptop froze and a blue screen was displayed with codes b4 it restarted, then u mite need to take it to a proper technician to slave n check your hard disk.

i removed my hard disk and inserted it again and i then on it bt it displays ''internal hard disk drive not found,to resolve this issue,try to reseat the drive''. And i hv a lot of important files that i just worked on hoping to save later dat day this problem started. Pls is it possible to recover my files if it eventually works?

Your suggestion is not only risky, its frankly dangerous without knowing the actual cause of the haedache.Drinking  50cl of water each hour means you drink about 12L of water in a day.( i think you need to google the word 'polydipsia')
The risk is in overdiluting your blood and depending on the cause of the headache may actually raise your intracranial pressure.(your GFR-the rate at which the kidney filters out water will go up initially to try to maintain a balance, but a very rapid rise in water levels is quite dangerous)
Please what worked for you may not work for everyone cause you don't have the same diagnosis. Be wary of ''one size fits all'' treatments.

nt necessary dat he shuld b consunming such a quantity whch am nt sure its up to 12ltrs. He cn  make it 3ltrs a day nt only for hs problem bt also for general health benefit like blood circulation and maintenance of normal body temperature. Am nt saying that it must work bt just for hm to try it since its only water whch is harmless and wt no side effect.
@reindeer again,i hv never heard that drinking much water cn be harmful to d health,am only hearing it nw for d first time. I drank a lot bt never heard any problem since 7yrs i started it. Tnks

My doctor had on several occasion taken my blood for Lab analysis and came up with several suggestions that I needed to treat malaria,typhoid fever, High BP, and ave even done comprehensive eye check up twice with prescribed glasses recommended which I currently use occasionally when reading and when on my system.The headache  does subsides only when am the prescribed drugs from doctor but resurfaces when the dose is completed.What else can I do?
