First, no one including banks have rights or power to freeze or place a lien on anybodys account no matter what happened EXCEPT an order of court.

If you have mistakenly sent money to another person, you have only two options

1. Call the person and plead for refund. If he refuses, then, you have last option

2. Get a lawyer and proceed to court and get an Ex parte motion granting you the order to freeze the account. After which, you approach the same court for an order to reverse the funds.


If banks have in anywhere freeze your account without court order, sue them to court and claim damages.

*Refute their allegations that Buhari is tribalistic with how his ministerial cabinets (now and even as military head of state) are made up of more Christians than Muslims, and how powerful ministries were being run by southerners... they hold their breath and in the next statement still repeat the allegation (it is an obsession).

*They say Buhari is vindictive..., but no state or region has been denied its share of development projects irrespective of whether they support PMB government or not. He has taken N13b water project to Otuoke in GEJs village Bayelsa, N22b road to Atikus village in Adamawa, reconstruction of Lagos Abeokuta expressway to OBJs state, the 2nd Niger Bridge, etc to the east, the massive investment and redevelopment of the Niger-Delta etc are part of the proof of PMB's fairness to all.

*Tell them how the threats of IPOB, Niger Delta were curtailed, they say it is a clampdown on Igbo's and southerners. Remind them of how the menace of El Zakzaky and his Shiites group of the norths have been curbed.... they say it is coercion.

*Remind them how the dreaded Boko Haram has been chased away from the States that they used to control in the north and how normalcy is returning to those parts of the country.... they will still refer to the occasional suicide bombings of soft targets as proof that nothing is achieved.

Tell them how it has been impossible for even almighty US, etc to totally stop suicide bombings.... they retort to 'are you now comparing this 'S**t nation to US' (Of course not, US does not have plenty of bad belle-hypocrites like them as citizens).

UK Police arm, the Surrey Police on Thursday, 19th July paraded Latvian Seregjs Teresko before the Kingston Crown Court on issues bothering money laundering and drug dealings.

The UK Police had while some time ago arrested Latvian and confiscated 295 bitcoin stored in his hardware wallet as part of a criminal probe. The Surrey Police further sold the seized 295 bitcoin into Pounds (GBP). The bitcoin was estimated to worth 1.25 million pounds.

This development placed the UK Police the first ever to seize bitcoin and convert them to fiat currency. The Surrey Police stated the funds will be used to fund future operations of the Police command.

The actions of Surrey Police’s fund pool follows the conclusion of a Proceeds of Crime Act hearing where Latvian Seregjs Teresko was found to be the beneficiary of money laundering and drug dealing.

The Kingston Crown Court ruled that Teresko had earned over £2,058,612.65, including the 295 confiscated Bitcoins, from his various criminal activities.
The court also ruled that the Surrey Police will be allowed to keep 18.8% of the heist where over £250,000 was found in cash. Surrey Police said in an official tweet.

12 Russian intelligence officers were on July 14,2018 indicted by the U.S Department of Justice for using Bitcoin to fund their hacking operations on 2016 U.S presidential elections.

The 12 agents carried out several attacks in view to influence the 2016 U.S presidential elections. It was reported they mined bitcoins to fund the attacks. The indictment first count “Conspiracy to Commit an Offense Against the United States”. The agents were charged for staging cyber attacks that included the staged releases of documents hacked.

The charges states:
The Defendants conspired to launder more than $95,000 through a Web of transactions structured to capitalize on the perceived anonymity of cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin.

The agents reportedly used U.S. dollars and other fiat currencies to achieve their objectives. Indictment states the “agents used Bitcoin to carry out their activities such as buying servers, registering domain names, and making payments in furtherance of hacking activities”.

The agents were funded from an unnamed online cryptocurrency service for the registration of the domain dcleaks.com and the leasing of a server registered with the operational email account dirbinsaabol@mail.com.

The Russian intelligence agents received Bitcoin payments with the username “gfade147” from several email accounts.
