Thoyour: Please, anyone finding it difficult to pay tuition fee from Nigeria? It's been challenging for me to get my tuition fee across to Canada from Nigeria through the banks. Western University says to pay using Western Global, however, banks say they cannot do the transaction. Please, anyone knows how too go about this, or anyone faced with the same issues? which University is it? If its Uni Regina, youll have to go online. through flywire! Check if your school is listed under flywire |

Businessmovemen: Hello, Good evening guys, please I have an issue please is there anyone in the house who applied for Saskatchewan polytechnic. I want to make payment for tution fee to secure my admission. And the only option stated by the school is to use flywire. 1. The rate for flywire is too expensive, is there any other alternative 2. If none how am I going to make the payment through flywire 3. Please is there a way to get the school beneficiary account to pay it through a form A
Please it's urgent the deadline for payment is 30th October. Please anyone. Hi Its unfortunate that Flywire is able to monopolize receiving payment of tuition for the school. Unfortunatley Form A does not apply because of flywire, there is a new law by CBN that does not allow third party payments, and the school insists that payments are made through flywire. I also had this problem. If you don't have someone in Canada that you can trust to pay for you while you pay into their Nigerian account, then you'll have to use FLYWIRE!! |

Dampops: I got this message from the VFS chat room. I hope it is sufficient for those intending to submit passports. If we are to pay the said amount, which bank are we expected to pay it? It was not specified in your chat. |

heidepaper: Nawa. I already submitted mine without all these their 2 copies and long story. Why is VFS so disorganized? They should make the information readily available and very clear. They should stop turning people up and down.
I submitted: The receipt gotten during biometrics with the copy of stamped data page that was stapled to it. (Original copy)
2 passport photographs
Consent form
Letter asking to submit passport
International passport
I did my biometrics in Abuja and I sent from Abuja to Abuja. Using DHL. It was 3,300 Naira (1,650 for each way)
I’ll give the house any other update that comes up. Those of us that have a valid biometrics what do we submit. I did my biometrics on an earlier application. should we submit our BVL? Thanks |

I was advised by someone that has collected his some time back that you leave that place vacant! I hope that helps. I did likewise as it is not applicable. |

jdoe28015: For passport submission, please check this link :
https://visa.vfsglobal.com/nga/en/can/apply-visa
Under the ‘submit passport..’ section .
The security lady was right to say the transmission fee is not necessary but that is only applicable if the VAC was the one you used for your biometrics . There are other details in the link that helps too and the VAC can arrange for it to be sent back to you via a courier service (you pay for this).
I hope this helps everyone . I think you are very right here, there must be charges for those that did not do biometrics there. Our best bet is to wait and hope that our emails will be responded to. For those that did biometrics in Abuja, im sure you can go ahead and submit. we all still have more than 20 days to the deadline |

heidepaper: Hello house, I just left vfs Canada Abuja. They are receiving passports. Make sure you send a two way courier (they’ll bring to the embassy, then take back to you after it’s stamped)
Courier should be DHL or UPS This info was given to me by the security inside the building. She said i should include the letter asking me to submit my passport, the slip and receipt I got after giving my biometrics and 2 passport photographs.
I personally think the passport photograph is for PR, but I’ll include it. There’s no harm.
If you have any other questions, please send them an email as this is the only info I could get. Best wishes everyone Thanks alot! |

Frankrobbn1: Paper route applicant will not receive a request to submit their passport. You will be informed via MyCIC account that your application has been approved and your processed passport is ready to be dispatched.
It will end in praise Hi Will they receive a BVL prior to notification of approval. |

Frankrobbn1: My advice was based on my experience with several applications and the functionality nature of Kenya, Nairobi immigration office. In most cases my guidance appears to be factual, however, the odds were in your favour and it was a crowned success in the end.
Congratulations! I will further advice you to courier your passport through DHL to Accra VAC for visa stamps since the Lagos and Abuja VAC is temporarily locked down due to the ongoing anarchy that has befallen Nigeria. I know a few people that have followed this route and have gotten their visas stamped (please note it's at your discretion). If possible, you can as well confirm if any of the VAC in Nigeria have started accepting passports.
It will end in praise. Please Mr Frank If we send it to Accra with DHL. I assume we will pay the return leg, of which I do not know the amount and include it in the package? I honestly do not know the way to go about this. Thanks |

Frankrobbn1: You must certainly receive a BVL notification regardless of the fact that you didn't do biometrics in your current application. This notification comes whenever a decison has been reached on any temporary resident application to Canada.
It will end in praise. Thankyou Frank. |

Hi, I require some clarification. Is it in every application made that a BVL is issued? I already have a BVL obtained when I applied for a visitor visa. In my application for a student visa do I expect to get another BVL regardless of the fact that i didn’t do biometrics again and it has a duration of 10yrs. |
