Isiewu (goat head) is a popular delicacy of the south eastern part of Nigeria and also known across the nation..Isiewu is usually enoyed in the evening over a bottle of chilled drink, can be served in traditional ocassions and enjoyed in the comfort of your home. Its a delicacy you can't easily resist. Hope you will try making it.

The ingredients to achieve this wonderful delicacy are:

Goat head
Ngo (Potash alternative)
Ehuru (calabash or African nutmeg)
Utazi leaves
Red oil
Pepper
Salt
Seasoning cubes
Onions

METHOD
- Perboil the spaghetti till it's almost cooked, then drain the water
- In a cooking pan, add the vegetable oil and margarine ( allow the margarine to melt)
- Then put the sausage and allow to fry for some seconds ( don't allow it to get too brown) then you add the garlic, bell pepper and onions, allow to fry for some seconds
- Add the tomatoes and pepper paste and green peas and fry for about a minute then pour the meat stock and add seasoning to taste, allow to boil before putting the spaghetti.
-When you put the spaghetti, mix it well so that the stock can go round, then add the carrot and sweet corn.
-Cook on low heat for about 3min after which you turn it well and it's ready to serve..

You can use cow liver or beef chops in place of sausage..green beans in place of peas incase you can't get green peas..

Yes, its same as hot dog..you can get it in the supermarket.

Corn dog is a snack made from flour, cornflour and sausage. Its a very quick and easy snack you can make and enjoy eapecially now the holiday is here, you can make it for the kids. Its soft and yummy ..

INGREDIENTS
Flour - 1 cup
Corn flour - ½ cup
Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2½ tablespoon
Milk - 2 tableapoon
Powder nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
Egg - 1
Water - 125ml (½ cup)
vegetable oil for frying
2 tablspoon cornflour for dabbing
Sausage
Bamboo Skewers

How much was the sum total ?

About 3k minus the meat you will use for meat stock, margerine, maggi, salt, pepper, onions and veggie oil..

I cant really remember, its between porridge yam and stew but the first soup i made was okra soup and i forgot to put maggi . It was my dad that called me and asked me did i forget anything in the soup after he had eaten it, that was when i remembered that i forgot maggi had to go and put the and recook the soup..
