So in a nutshell,its false that 'ppl r sellin their bbs'. Bb users are only changin to newer bbs. TBH,among my buds,none sold his bb without buyin another bb. Nokias have many third party apps,cool. But a bb is unique. Even with relatively no 3rd party apps,we see how many bb users there are in Nigeria today. Numerous. Either for business or not,bb users like me are cool with their purchase.

And we carry our chargers everywhr only cos we are almost always clickin on our toys.

Thanks for your understanding, We are not trying to make u hate your BB, It serves u very well. BB compresses data ( Only on Pinging and Network ticking )
My course of study is computer science, It is 100% wrong to say the amount of data required to watch 20min video in BB is lesser than that of symbian, They are the same my dear. You should'nt say downloading 5MB of file using BB will require 2MB. The compressing in this aspect is based on data sent or receive during surfing and sending mails.
One more fact to know!!!!!!
You said if a programmer can write such programs in symbian for BB, BB will perform such function, That statement is wrong, Bb is written using java language. And java languages are mainly best for internet application ( called applet ).
But symbian is writing using C++ and C++ is classified as a machine language ( 0 and 1 ) and a High level language. Machine languages are used to program core function of a machine ( ie the device ), Remember that symbian runs java too. Which java app have u seen to be much intelligent than symbian? My guy nor dey mention compression again, The new version of Nimbuzz.sis ( Released this year ) is said to compress data up to 75% of the older version,
All these compression u want to start with is based on protocol ( Remember? ).
Ehennnnnnnn!!!!!!!!! You said you have an E72. Most BB are 3.2Megapixel but your E72 is 5MPixel. Maybe your screen is dirty. Sound is poor in E72 but dont say pictures are poor. Are u really sure you have an E72? Is it p-i-m-ped? Not sure, you said BB plays video better than E72. Are u sure of what you are saying? Can a BB play Video CD file without convertiing it? As i dey type this thing, BB Tour dey for this bed wey i lie down and i am still trying all these things you said about bb. In short, when i try to watch a youtube video with this BB Tour, it bypass BIS and exshaust my friend small credit ( How can this be? ) I have seen most BB run @ 600MHz and above but try run java midlet like games and tell what you experience. One last thing, TCD, you go sell your E72?

Guy,relax. Compression of data on the BB is a fact. Just as different browsers (e.g bolt,opera,default browser of ur fone) take different bandsize to open the same page,a BB will take far less than Nokias to do d same display.

As per video quailty,take a video with a bold 2 and you will give up that part of the argument. The guy was talkin of videos taken with the fone,and not some imported VCD ot whateva.

One nokia user posted that his nokia let's him play advanced level video games and he even went as far as naming some games and what tickles his fancy in those graphics,but then he forgets that there are people who will prefer to sleep than to play the coolest vid games. I stopped playin vid games about a decade ago,so ownin a nokia cos of games is inconcievable to me. I use a BB cos I love "BB". I bought it cos d closest ppl to me use BBM messenger more than any other messenger and I was like d only one who wasn't pingin. And I so hate to use d internet with the consciousness that my youtube streamin may be eatin up the bandwith I am confined to. like my vuitton headwarmer, I just love having my BB even I don't use it for business.
So its funny when ppl spend so much time tryin to make BB users feel like they aren't gettin value for money.
