As per Nasri, i am finding it hard not to blame him. He had a fine half season and he suddenly thinks he is bigger than RvP. What would we be saying if he actually banged in goals thru out †нє season ala C.ro And messi? He probably would be asking for 150k per week. He is being an opportunist in †нє sense that he knows he is on †нє more favoured side of †нє bargaining. If arsenal wouldn't have to loose so much on selling him , he woulda signed an extension contract of 90k by now. If he leaves and we hold can hold on to fab, we will eventually get along alright.

I think Kewyl Jones is so over-rated. I am surprised his name even comes up as anyone's fave for arsenal to sign

So what d u think will happen if city make a £50M bid for fab? I think arsenal will jump on it like a O. Given that he is unsettled with barca trying to pressure him to come and not intending to bid up to £40M.


Adebayo going for £25M was clearly a overpay. Fab isn't worth more than £50M in my opinion. His last season performance will strongly be taken into account, and if that be, it will be only city that will cough out up to £50M for Fab. Ini would cost them more than Fab since iniesta just won †нє CL, spanish league and has on his CV everything Fab can claim (maybe except epl experience). So if Fab is worth more than 50M, Ђδω much will Ini cost? Remember that every player has a price tag.

Tis gonna be a most crazy transfer window. It appears therez no reward for guessing that Fab is leaving arsenal. At first i thought fab would move to barca immediately City sign iniesta for around £60M. Yes, city signing iniesta was very much in †нє offing. City want to go as far as possible in †нє CL and they are using their limitless account balances once again.
But in a turn of events, they may have changed their attention from ini to fab, possibly cos fab is younger, already epl-experienced and would cost less than barca will want for iniesta. With Arsenal looking like they have already slapped a £50M tag on fab, city wouldn't mind footing that bill. Aside city, no other team will pay that much for our talented midfield ace. Plus they probably would offer him an irresistible weekly wage.

Really, i thought United didn't do badly in yesterday's game. From kick off, they looked good and up to †нє task. It was a most thrilling explosive first half with two fine goals. But the factor of barca just being †нє best determined who won †нє match. †нє barca team is beautiful and †нє individual talent is simply breath-taking. MANU have such talent but barca have surplus. Rooney very well can score †нє goals messi and villa scored, but rooney is about †нє only one in †нє manure team who can, whereas in †нє barca team messi, iniesta, xavi, villa, pedro and even bojan are capable of such moments of individual brilliance. I think MANU defended amazingly and it took †нє best to break them yesterday.
Its a wake-up call to †нє other EPL teams. This is proof of how bad †нє decline in team strength of other EPL clubs has been. Manure was clearly exposed like I expected. They are a good team, but very far from spectacular. Take rooney away and they are just as good as everton.
I didn't like †нє way valencia kept showing his physical strength over messi. He made Fergie look like Mourinho that time. In †нє end, flair and possession plus individual talent won †нє day.
We as Gooners should be proud of being †нє ONLY team that was a real match for Barca this ECL season. I maintain that had it not being for that joke of a ref that sent RvP off rather wickedly, we WOULD have knocked barca out of Europe when we met them.

Well, its just personal opinion. But interestingly he said 'on their own day, dortmund could beat barca'. That's acceptable. Even everton can beat barca on their own day. But to deduce from that that dortmund is better than barca is highly ridiculous.

What makes Manure better? Nothing. Barca is even more goal efficient. †нє barca defense is NOT weak. A defense with Puyol, Pique and Alves is as good as it gets. Manure is no where near barca in any way (except of course †нє Fergie factor). Possession is a big deal. Can †нє opposition score if u keep †нє ball? No. This is barca we talk of here and not arsenal. They ball possess EFFICIENTLY. On current form, Barca is better than Manure.

B.DORTMUND
This is fawking ridiculous. Dortmund in peak form is nothing close to barca even when †нє catalan is not in form. For christ sake, what's †нє basis of bringing up Dortmund to compare with Barca? Is it because they finish tops in a inferior league or what? Dortmund doesn't even come up in discourse.

REAL

This one is another joke. Real madrid better than Barca? Haba. Ask Real fans themselves. Real has not been close to barca for a while and even with mourinho they still get spanked 5-0. Real know they can't match Barca on any day and that's why they fought kungfu in that second leg on their CL tie. Over two legs, real couldn't muster up a win againt Barca and you tink Real is a better team on current form, how now?
Real And Barca have met many times this season And †нє only time real won was a 1-0. What does that tell you? They struggled to win. 5-0 is emphatic. That is †нє dictionary definition of superiority. Real in current form will get beat by barca anytime.

Barca is indeed †нє best team in †нє world at †нє moment. It beats me that anyone will argue that.

He is not a bad player, he just happens to be in †нє wrong league IMO. He has cool technique, delightful finisher and a good head on his shoulders. I think spain is better for him. England requires more agility than Vela may be able to muster. He is still a delight to watch anyways
