Debo just pointed out what I have said over and over again. Arsenal have missed at least 3 of their first team players for the most of the season so far. And in very sensitive positions too. We all know what chelsea went thru when terry was out,and we also know what happened to manure when they had to use fletcher as CB. Now,Verm hasnt kicked a ball all season and we are still second on the table. It clearly means we have better days ahead when Verm comes back (soon,i hope),Fab is fit and Rvp is hitting goals. Better day in this context translates to us being genuine contenders. Cos so far we have DONE WELL

Injuries is a global thing. Every team gets their own share. If u say chelsea's suffered,how about arsenal's Vermalean/Rvp, and when sunderland hammered Chelsea, Bent was injured too. Gyan,a new signin,put the match beyond them. I think the gap is being bridged better this term. Thats the only reason manu is leading the table with only 2 points. They havent really been injury struck,yet there lead on the table isnt as comfortable as u'ld expect

I'ld say the influc of better players in the league contributed. The Carrolls,Elmanders,Odemwingie, VDVaarts have all made their teams very hard to beat. I predict more upsets for the bigger teams.
