EriMma1:That's a brilliant woman who understands what marriage is all about. Sex keeps married partners intact. Once a woman starts to say she is not in the mood, she is creating a room for a sidechick. Sidechick will of course, destroy the marriage. Daalu. |
robosky02:A woman who shies away from initiating conjugal affairs is a dimwit. |
chokekachy:Perhaps, a reasonable and forward looking police officer had mooted the idea or put the notice on. But the EATERS OF NIGERIA'S COMMON WEALTH who appoint the IG have waded in to stop the idea. Even children of local government Chairman now have police escorts. Blame those who call Nigeria a zoo? |
Who didn't know that it's fake news in a country where criminals now flaunt assault rifles and can easily kill politicians who made the country become the poverty capital of the world? How else can politicians move around if police and army escorts are withdrawn from the politicians? |
Alliswell248:In other words, you now depend on Justice Airowolo, a tribesman of Tinubu, to rule for injustice, after you have seen that Tinubu has lost the argument before the PEPT. That same Justice Airowolo had once ruled that forfeiture of money or property is a conviction for crime committed by who forfeited. You be true ethno-religious zombie. |
Savechild23:That's APC government since 2015. That's how APC made Nigeria become one of the most terrorised countries on earth beginning 2015. |
TemplarLandry:Hitler's Lawyer. Kwontinue. Your own happiness is your belief that Asari Dokubor is killing the myth of Biafra including the non Igbos in the SS; not that you think that Dokubor's ASSAULT RIFLES were registered. Your type shall be among the first victims when Assault Rifles now become rampant in Nigeria. It's not only your Asari Dokubor that can procure Assault rifles. |
zomby:Typical zombie as your name states. If Igbos don't understand a thing, that means that your tribe is made up of clowns. Enuf said. |
Asari Dokubor's flaunting of banned weapons but still not arrested is like a sword of Damocles hanging on the neck of Nigeria. When others start to flaunt their own weapons in the open, Nigeria armed forces cannot contain them. There are nearly 150 million adult Nigerians compared to about 500000 personnel of Nigeria's armed forces. |
Bluntemperor:We all demand good governance from whoever is in charge but the law of the land - the constitution - has to be adhered to before good governance can be. Even a law school sophomore can tell you why the framers of that constitution required a presidential candidate to win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner. It's because the president doubles as governor of Abuja capital territory. Nobody can govern a state he/she is not welcome by the inhabitants of the state. The northeast and northwest zones you cited are not Abuja the federal capital territory. |
anonymous1759:Zombie. You can't wait to have that type of Supreme Court you have in mind for your own type of Republic in your region. Leave the progressive lots alone. In your type of country, truth shall be turned to lies because the judges are your brodas. |
TemplarLandry:We shall soon see who is a liar and criminal - man who forges O'Level Certificates, forges Affidavit of age, forges document on his criminal conviction as a drug trafficking offences in the US, and stole his country's presidential election - or who?
|
Right. It's no point moving into residence in a locality where up to 25% of the residents did not welcome you through votes. The constitution of Nigeria made it very clear that Abuja federal capital territory is governed by the president, who must win 25% of votes of Abuja residents before declared winner. No excuse of coma or semicolon in the words of the constitution. It implies that even if a presidential candidate wins in all the 36 states but failed to win 25% of votes of Abuja residents, the presidential candidate is not elected. |
N70 billion for furniture and repairs? Are they buying Queen Elizabeth and King Charles furniture? These legislators are squeezing dry the hungry masses of Nigeria. |
Baddass:As at today, an average Nigerian would want APC burnt down, considering the level of, and mind bogling, poverty which Tinubu's APC brought to the masses in Nigeria. |
Gossiphub:Truth is that no saner Nigerian will protest the day the court removes Bola Tinubu who didn't win presidential election. Anarchy was averted when Peter Obi told his supporters to not move to the streets for protest after the Feb 25th presidential election heist. Atiku group made a little move for protest but made a tactical withdrawal. These must have made Tinubu believe that Nigerians had accepted the election heist in faith. How could Nigerians have voted APC to continue after the party made Nigeria become the poverty capital of the world in 8 years; and in one and half months, Tinubu has practically worsened the poverty in the country? |
plaindealer:Genocide lover. Muritalla Mohammed lining up 1000s of unarmed civilians in Asaba and shot them to death during the civil war- what's it? Mohammed was your compatriot in religious faith. The civil war had the exxeptionally high death toll because your compatriots fought it like in Jihad. |
plaindealer:Na only you too too sabi sabi know what state of emergency means. Ohaneze people don't know, abi? Typical MURIC person of the SW. You people benefited from PA Awo's free education in the SW, but misuse your education in fuelling discord in the southern regions of Nigeria as you look forward to the Sokoto Caliphate for directions. You also insult the intelligence of your fellow Yorubas who don't look forward to Sokoto for directions. |
Hisbah:Daily Post knows that Simon Ekpa is not agitating for Biafra to be restored. Nigeria government knows that Ekpa is being sponsored by enemies of Biafra agitation. Nigeria government knows that if Nnamdi Kalu is released, Ekpa will no longer have excuse for ordering sit at home in the east. It's a country of deception for all starting from apex political leadership. |
Good idea. If for no other reason, the governor of the Eastern heartland who uses violence to make voters in his state to stay indoors on election day and writes election results for himself, shall be out. That particular state has become a Hobesian state. |
wayodude:INEC itself practically nullified the presidential election it conducted when INEC wittingly or unwittingly declared that it had a COMPUTER GLITCH during the upload of the results of the presidential election. INEC should have no business resorting to manual collation of votes which is ILLEGAL considering the fact that the ELECTORAL ACT of 2022 was purposely made to throw away manual collation of votes which had proven to be easily manipulated. No country of reasonable people can have a president thrown up via a computer glitch. |
bigtt76:No. But because the president also acts as governor of Abuja, that's why the Constitution made it mandatory for a president to score 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory before declared winner of a presidential election. A presidential candidate can win all the 36 states, but if he fails to win 25% of votes in Abuja capital territory, he cannot be declared winner of a presidential election. The constitution is not ambiguous on that. |
TemplarLandry:They are copying Nigeria's most dysfunctional government system in the most dysfunctional country in the world. |
callthefred:If an ex convict served out his conviction, he has no more business being listed as under investigation. How did you expect the US embassy in Nigeria to write that Tinubu is under investigation in the US? Advocates for Tinubu are clutching on straws. |
Tntsi:Why did Nigeria make new Electoral Act in 2022 if a lawyer should quote the old Electoral Acts of the 1980s in 2023? Why did Nigeria make a new Constitution if the old Constitution must be cited in Law today? It's truly hard to defend the election heist of February 25 2023. |
Olanipekun knows that the Chief Justice of Nigeria Airowola has already ruled on Forefeiture as punishment for crime, so he resorted to beating about the bush finding solace in outdated Constitution and outdated rulings of ancient Supreme Courts. |
successmatters:Oh yes. It's common sense that continued detention of Nnamdi Kalu is the avenue for Nigeria's government to continue with unrest in the SE and government sponsoring the sit at home in the SE. |
Gunmen. This is different from the one in the SE. Two facts: it's very easy for Nigeria's government to stop Simon Ekpa.. 2 Ekpa hides on request for release of Mazi Nnamdi Kalu to receive money from sponsors to order his sit at home; releasing Kalu will deprive Ekpa any justification to order sit at home in Igbo land. Common sense. Unless Nigeria's government is not ready to come clean from sponsoring miscreants to enforce sit at home in Igbo land. |
Abeg, let there be no gunmen in Ogun and Lagos. We the Igbos have turned these two areas as new Igbo homeland and will not stop until Nigeria's government stops sponsoring Simon Ekpa and other unknown gunmen to destabilise the Igboland with sit at home. Nigeria has tens of thousands of armed forces personnel but pretends that a few ragtag boys disturbing the peace in the SE are unstoppable. |
