There is a benefit to having a sponsored work visa system in that it supports oversight and makes it easier for the Home Office to confirm immigrants are coming to work in genuine roles. However, sponsorship-based visa systems increase the amount of power that employers have over their workers and limit the ability of workers to progress and increase their earnings. Requiring workers to stay on sponsored worker visas for up to 15 years is likely to exacerbate these power dynamics and increase risks of exploitation.

The Home Office should explore more flexible visa arrangements for workers it is planning to place on long routes to settlement, so they are not reliant on a particular employer to maintain their immigration status. Workers granted sponsored visas could transition to a more flexible visa after a set amount of time. Workers granted freedom to move employers in this way could still be subject to the No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) condition. Any flexible visa arrangements should provide a clear route to settlement for these workers. The Government should also consider what role the Fair Work Agency should have in tackling exploitation for this group.

Every occupation has its standard going rate. Some going rates are higher than £38,700 and some are less.

To qualify for a skilled visa, the salary offered must be the greater amount. So for your occupation code, £38,7000 is greater than the standard going rate of £30,960 so this is what the job must pay to be sponsored. It basically means that 38,700 is the minimum. Some occupation codes have standard going rates as high as £50 - 60k - which is what the role would have to pay to be sponsored.

If you're driving: If you're driving, once you get to Berger, keep driving straight and don't turn till you drive past Motorways building on your right. Keep to the right lane once you sight the building to your right just beside the pedestrian bridge and descend towards Ojota.
Drive to Maryland from Ojota, keep to your right and go up the bridge leading to Mobolaji Bank Anthony. There are usually yellow buses from the bus stop or directly in front of Mobil.
There used to be a lot of bikes and Kekes there but not sure if they are still allowed there due to the ban.

From Maryland, board a bus/keke and alight at Abule Onigbabo - it's a few minutes stroll from there. It's a tall building (Etiebet's house) after the church and before Eko hospital.
