I no dey advice madam, 8 tabs is not sure e no go work sef most of those pills na scam. The ones that works comes with serious complications like heavy bleeding and severe cramps

4 to 5 hours interval.
It should be taken on an empty stomach i.e. purge.
It should be taken during fasting preferably in the morning.
Lie flat on your back and raise your hip above your shoulder and insert your first dose towards your left hip bone and remain in that position for 10 - 15minutes.

I don't know why a lot of Africans seem to ignore the importance of having a Retirement Plan for their old age, people are even advancing to having death plan. Only a few rich people do these things... that is why there is always commotion during/doing burial arrangements in our society.

I think our religious centers have infiltrated the whole idea of "I will not die" and "I my generation shall never be poor" mentality into us that we don't care about reality of life/ nature anymore. Untill it starts haunting us like OP said.
