Experience is the worst teacher. She gives you the test before the lesson. For some people saying it's the best teacher, in some situations you may not even live to learn from it. Well let me use the legal method(IRAC) If you had acted forthwith and let's say smashed the dude with a weapon at pro tem, you would have pleaded provocation at the law court which I think may not have gone well. So I'll just give you an insight on the available remedies to seek for. The issue before me borders on assault and battery which ofcourse is a criminal offence and tortious wrong punishable under crime as well as you can be awarded damages if you sue. If you sue under criminal law, it will be him against the state. The state would prosecute him and he will go to prison but the main purpose of criminal law is to punish criminals and not to award damages to whoever was affected by the act or omission. So I'd advice you to sue under civil law where you can awarded for damages inter alia. Remember delay defeats equity, so act pronto anon before is becomes statute barred. Discard the posts telling you to indulge in physical combat or whatever. I believe you are educated. Contact me for more legal advice.

I think the Indians love cremation based on the dictates of the Hindu religion. Actually not all Indians cremate. You obviously have seen a lot of cremation in some Asian movies too, like some Chinese warring movies.

I don't know if a similar post like this has ever been deliberated on NL.After so much deliberation in a law class some years ago I've been looking for the perfect section to post this, so I deemed it fit to post it here in religion section. Euthanasia is the act of killing a person with the person's consent usually to end his suffering. Let me paint a scenario, during war, a soldier is been injured by a bomb that cuts him into half and he is been inflicted with unbearable pains and in this circumstances the injured soldier only begs to die to relieve the pain. Will it be religiously or morally justified to end his life? Under what circumstances can mercy killing be justified? Legally, it is not a crime.

I'm allergic to ladies who nag and at the same time clingy. I'm okay if she's demanding as I am aware that I will satisfy her chiefly needs. In contract we call it neccesaries although she's not an infant. But if her too much demanding becomes persistent and recurrently without spacing,it acquires the character of a turn off for me and it's force is that I could dump her with the notion that she wants to turn me into an ATM machine.

Nobody was born gay. They use this as defence everytime. They get their sexuality twisted and nurture it like a plant until it grows. It becomes a habit, hard to break. I have seen someone who was gay and latter went straight. Socialization, role play etc has a lot to do with this. Anybody who is attracted to same sex is insane and is going contrary to the way God intented it. Prove enough to suffice,God created Adam and EVE and not Adam and Jones. Society detesting it is even helping them because I do not think you can change what you tolerate.

Legally speaking,What the mob did was very wrong and unconstitutional.It is ipso facto ultra vires.These people are humans and no matter how grave their crime or act is, you do not take the law into your own hands. What the mob did amounted to jungle justice inter alia and whether or not the act was contrary to public policy,repugnant and in the extreme case anti-nature it is wise to let natural justice prevail therefrom. Even the law did not provide for gays to be exterminated or shot on sight. It is not within our competence to enforce sexuality on anybody. Don't forget God is a divine ruler and only him can judge. I am not in consonace with gay activities and I cannot kill them either. Inasmuch as society detest them based on our mores, forkways and customs, we should Live and Let live. The act should not obfuscate us, it is a sign of the end time, this prophesies must surely come to pass as deciphered from the fons et origo. Without further ado, this is my own opinion, I rest my case.

@OP, You can't be in love with someone you've never met. You are simply in love with the ideals you have about the perfect significant other. You need to arrange a rendezvous for both of you to meet forthwith and chances are that your so-called profound love may change with proximity with the aforementioned girl. And I think you are simply fascinated with the things she must have told you about herself which you feasibly have believed. So my advice is, get to meet her, get to know her and get to love her.

Yea, exactly. The feeling is really annoying. Not everyone can control their provocation. Many will ipso facto create a scene.

It is beyond my personal voyage to foresee all manifold set of facts but it is pertinent to note that there is no perfect relationship. Those qualities and descriptions supra are just ideals. I will say a relationship is good when there is love, compatibility,trust and understanding.

I was kissing a girl that wasn't my girlfriend, just a friend and this girl doesn't seem to close her eyes while kissing, so I thought she was a W.itch and I started screaming blood of Jesus in my mind.
