greggng: It happened I'm lagos and still.happening . .ambode was one of the finest governors lagos ever had but we all saw what happened to him....wike is just following same method . The political structures of Lagos was already built way before Ambode A structure smart and sound politician like Raji Fashola followed religiously So the structure was too much for Ambode More like an ant challenging a human being that will just crush it with a foot There was nothing Ambode could do Submitting to the powers over Lagos was the only option for Him But Rivers State is different Wike is not a political master strategist He talked too much People that talk too much are not great thinkers He was more a brute/thug What gave him relevance was Rivers State Treasury If you know Rivers State history Peter Odili, Amechi were all relevant and powerful governor's when they reigned because of Rivers State Treasury So Wike s power was definitely going to be challenged when he was to leave the office What I never really liked about this Wike fubara saga is the way he choose every political office holder for fubara Where has it been done in Nigerian political history? It's pure level of greed And this battle is just starting Because the person fubara is dealing with is a type we have never seen in Nigerian politics Even the President should be very careful of such a character At least Tinubu made and built men How many men has Wike built to want to aspire such cravings You want to control both PDP and APC Haba only you? Just know that this battle is just starting And if the political elites doesn't manage this thing well Will over heat our polity That's all I have to say for now |

porka: There is no underlying anything. That's the way blacks are wired.
That is the most convenient way to avoid life's responsibility.
Give him one million chances in life is will end up the same way.
Did you not read him saying that the RCCG people too got fed up?
He started a programme in Unilag in the 1980s, he abandoned it for a greener pasture (a security guard).
Many Africans or blacks do not live for any meaningful purpose in life.
They just live to 'enjoy' life without even knowing what enjoyment mean.
Oh, my friends are traveling abroad, let me leave my work and travel too.
Ahhhh, my friend's misfortune is not my portion...
Most blacks around the world hardly take a thought of anything before they commit their lives and resources into it.
Black people are not guided by sense and thorough analysis but impulse and emotions.
We never take a stock of what would happen if we took this or that decision. What can possibly go wrong? What would I do if my permutations fall off the mark? How quickly can I make those adjustments? What resources do I have? What is the exit strategy? What are the social networks to help me cushion the impact? How long could this adventure take? What is even the essence of it?
It happens till this day.
Just imagine people not bothering about handing 4 years of their entire lives to useless politicians and making projections for another 4 years to be similarly wasted.
For blacks, time, purpose, legacy, responsibility and critical thinking are not high stakes.
A typical black person's life revolves around food, partying, human and object worship, debauchery, vain glory, wild hysteria and shifting responsibility to some gods.
The man was going to Japan for business (if true) but he couldn't care what might happen during business down time.
He was just satisfied with being the 'only successful' black man in the white dominated county.
Just one Italian or Indian would achieve the same feat and the whole place will be filled with Italians or Indians so that they have a social security system and buffer against hard time.
Not Africans. Not blacks. The black man doesn't understand such concept.
All the time he was sponsoring his nephew through school, his own child was going through hard times.
He doesn't even know where the other children are in America. You spoke nothing but the truth It's a very big general problem for the black man They only live for the now As long as they get basic things they are ok No legacies, no plans for the future generations Just take a good look at Nigeria This man's story is a very big lesson for everyone of us We should live for legacies Live and ensure that the future generations are well built up and prepared for the future Not just our families but other people we can influence positively Honestly living selfishly is terrible Example look at present British prime minister sunak who is of Indian origin His parents are migrants originally from India, but first migrated to Africa in the 1960s before moving to the UK He is well read and through family and Indian connections built a good career Very wealthy today He also married right the daughter of An Indian business tycoon billionare who owned info system a global IT Company Very well planned and organized Life |

Segzy19: Sad sad story!
His brother, Williams Ibironke ruined him...
That's why sometimes it is risky to trust family members when you are abroad, especially when you are building or investing in some projects back home. They will want to take over that building, project or business, and not want you to return home to it... And if you are adamant to return, they attack you spiritually such that you run mad and forget about the project or never get yourself again... They Amy even kill you....
Again, another downside of japa to marry foreign ladies. Most of them won't hesitate to leave you in situations like this, as they don't understand stuffs like spiritual attacks from home. They will leave with your kids ...
I pray God helps this man. Otherwise, he may not even see his children again .. All efforts and years wasted
Sad story .
Life is Life... Marrying oyibo or abroad women is very risky A very big Doctor I knew as a kid in mid 1980s married a German woman and had 2 son's when he studied there When he came back to Nigeria early 1990s the oyibo woman cut of from him He came back and his people married another woman for him here Had 3 children 2 boys and a girl here What saved the Doctor was that he was the son of a very wealthy Igbo man in the 1960s So on coming back He as first son had majority of his now dead fathers assets He later died in the 2005 His wife and Nigerian children now got hold of those his father's assets and sold some worth hundreds of millions today But those his 2 sons in Germany by oyibo woman became big German Doctors But they never related with there father The Doctor died of stroke due to heart break from not relating with his 2 sons in Germany Because the ones he had here in his firfties were just finishing secondary School when he died People must be careful about abroad Japa cause it's not as we think Honestly |

robosky02: Nigerian journalist claims Osimhen is now greater than Victor Osimhen
Following the CAF Men's Player of the Year triumph over Mohammed Salah and Achraf Hakimi, a renowned Nigerian journalist claimed Victor Osimhen has surpassed JJ Okocha's legacy in Nigerian football.
Napoli striker Victor Osimhen ended Nigeria’s 24-year wait for a CAF Men’s Footballer of the Year Award, and this has prompted comparisons with other legends of the sport, more specifically Jay Jay Okocha, who, despite his tremendous efforts, never received the award.
Osimhen’s triumph The APOTY gong rewarded an incredible year for the striker, which not many, if any, players from the country had ever attained.
As cannot be overemphasised, he led Napoli to their first scudetto triumph since Maradona called Naples home, doing it similarly to D10S by scoring the most goals in the league.
Osimhen picked up the Capoocanoniere alongside the league title in a season where he became the highest-scoring African in the entirety of Serie A’s history, and this, in tandem with being named the best player in the continent by CAF, has earned him high praise from a renowned Nigerian journalist.
.
Respected sports journalist Steve Dede, elated by Osimhen’s achievements, stated boldly that the striker had moved past the revered Okocha on the rankings of the greatest-ever players to have donned several shades of green for the Super Eagles.
“Victor Osimhen just moved past Okocha in the ranking of the greatest-ever Nigerian players,” Steve said on X.
Pressed further by Pulse Sports’ Senior Editor Solace Chukwu, who, on his list of the top ten greatest Nigerian footballers of all time, named Jay Jay at 10th, Steve Dede submitted that he was substituting Okocha on said ranking, with Osimhen making an entry at 10th.

The problem with my club (Chelsea) is from the owners, signing inexperienced players up and down and saying you want to build for the future, even if you want to do that, you need to have some experienced established players in the squad and leaders, look at our squad, which one can we call a leader? Except for Thiago Silva, others are not even close.
During the true Chelsea era, Chelsea had Terry, Lampard, Drogba, Ballack, and Cech, these were the leaders in the squad.
Also, Pochettino is too soft for my liking as a Coach, the way is him, he is a good person but a bad coach, he is too soft, same thing every day, what he says in the press Conference will even annoy you, Chelsea needs discipline and experience Coach, not this Pochettino type It is not even pochetino The major problem are Chelsea owners They wasted over a billion pounds on that team Does this Chelsea team look like a team worth such money? The Americans are absolutely clueless They don't know what football is about They have no clue at all They are totally vision less Whether we blues fans like it or not Chelsea are presently a lower table league team simple The damage is already done You are talking of coach They had a champions league winning coach What did they do? Went and fired Thomas Tuchel Fired Mariana Fired Cech Fired all 2021 champions league winning team These were the structures that had ensured the success Chelsea were enjoying The Americans were hopelessly clueless And yes it will take Chelsea years if not decades to wake up The winning structures/template Roman built over a decade ago These Americans wasted away under two years This Chelsea story is a good case study for business school on how to run a successful franchise and how to mess it up High time we blues fans know where our club is presently and become sober Because no miracle will change this |

Chelsea's problems:
Roman Abrahamovic had a grand vision for Chelsea and he achieved these visions under 15 years
2 champions league 2 Europa cups 5 premier leagues 4 fa cups 1 world club cup 1 UEFA super cup
Roman was an extraordinary Man
Till the Ukraine debacle He sold off Chelsea to these clueless American owners
No vision
All there problems lay on sacking Mariana, Petr Cech, Thomas Tuchel, almost all the 2021 champions league winning squad
Chelsea presently is a lower table league whether we like it or not
Like lower table league team Whenever pochetino time erupts
They should get a mid table kind manager to first of all build up the team for a couple of years
But presently Chelsea isn't it one bit

Those importers are destroying the economy with their cheap commodies from China. P&G and Glaxo are also moving to an import based model to faily compete. I guess they will also import their products maybe from their India factories to be sold in Nigeria.
The government should have increased taxation on those importing all sorts into Nigeria.
👇 Actually If FG increase taxation or even ban importation like Buhari did previously Cost of the product will be higher for the consumers because demand will be more than supply The key factor is that APC due to poor Economic policies since 2015 have reduced the purchasing power of ordinary Nigerians The Government should find solution to the Economic situation they created The truth also is that if they don't find solution Present dire Economic problems will continue getting worse till next election Then Nigerians will have no other choice Of voting out APC So FG have a very big problem before them till 2027 Time is ticking |

......and what did I mean by guiding it jealously?
The two of you should endeavour to refrain from what you know can hurt ur partner toooo deep, not that alone, you should also learn how to reach compromise.( I reject some and accept some of my partner's characters) And where it is only one partner that will guide the union jealously then what happens? Most times people talk things based on just what they think not what they have experienced Like the guy you quoted stated A woman can hide her real personality, till she enters marriage That's what many Men go through Although from personal findings Rugged Men are less likely to see this Because if woman dey craze a rugged Man dey craze pass am So she better behave herself or she go collect well well |

CHoccolaTE: This topic has to be a joke. Both the original post and the comments from other males.
I don't know how you clowns have succeeded in convincing yourselves that you are victims of females. Females are the greater recipients of domestic violence, absentee partners in marriage, infidelity in relationships, females give up their names and identities to get married, the kids they spend their whole lives raising are not even theirs; because children belong to their fathers side of the family, women are under greater pressure to tolerate bad marriages because of stigma of divorce so they stay and put up with all sorts of rubbish from their husbands. Women are the worst sufferers of bad inlaws. Many men don't even provide shit. They do the barest minimum and have their wives substitute for the rest and then they still don't appreciate her for it. But somehow, males have convinced themselves that they are the victims and marriage favors women.
Let me leave this thread for you deluded creatures. Please enjoy your delusions. Why do most Men complain? What Men want self is simple: peace of mind Many women nowadays can't give that When even the Bible warned about being with a troublesome/ quarellsome woman Showing the same thing Men just want peace of mind and good marriages you see around have that combination of a woman offering her Man peace of mind |

You can have your peace of mind by having your desired number of kids with one or 2 baby mamas and strictly take care of your kids needs.
If they like, they can become your friends with benefits but never commit your heart to a woman especially those ones in Nigeria of today.
Talking is a man with 10 years of marriage. If I had known what I know now 10 years ago, this would have been my sincere action.
Suit yourself though because it's never a one size fits all kind of life Discussing with some guys I discovered that one of the biggest dis service done to men is: The pressure to get married This have put many men to lifetime regrets My advice to Men Never fall under the pressure to get married This pressure makes Men overlook red flags and end up marrying nonsense If you are single Be comfortable in your state Even if you want to Marry Then you will use clear eye Vet everything about the Lady In question Like the way you vet investments Just be comfortable in your state as a Man That way you will be stronger and better |

AlphaHakimi: Here is my sincere advice to you.
1) When you see a woman, treat whatever relationship you have with her as transactional.
2) Make sure any woman you decide to date invest something tangible in your life. I don't mean sex, let her invest her money, skills and time in your life.
You see, women are loyal to their emotions. A woman does not really care about what you have done for her in the past, if you cannot help her presently, you are useless to her. This is why I said she has to invest in you and openly ask her for it the same way they ask you for money for wig, shoes and cloth. A woman is only loyal to her sacrifice. Once she knows she has sacrificed something that is not easy to come by e.g Money, she will be loyal to you. Here is how you do it, if you have a car and you want to go for maintenance and you know it will cost you like 15k, openly tell her that your car is due for maintenance and that she should give you 15k for it (Not borrow).
So whenever she collects money from you, collect an equal amount of money from her. This is transactional relationship. So that the day she decides to leave, she will remember all that she has invested in you and that will keep her.
Don't crave for love, it will find you and when it does make sure you are getting as much as you are giving.
Shalom Op I recommend this strategy Women won't leave where they invested heavily |
