You didn't even make such level of noise when Buhari was constructing rail lines into Niger Republic.
Shey you say SS are your brothers. Why then are you against the progress and gains of your supposed brothers ?
North is not complaining.
SW is not complaining.
SS that will benefit are not complaining .
Only you people are complaining

Fergie001 seun Seems like they've started using bots for likes Paraman: It's expected to fall after we devalued our currency twice.
I will love to see the GDP in naira for the last 15 years.
Egypt was ahead of south Africa before, but after devaluing their currency, the SA took over the Egyptian position
The exchange rate during Jonathan tenure is not up to 300/$
Under Buhari it was not up to 500/$
But now, it's about 1100/$
If the naira can get to the level it was under Jonathan, we will overtake Algeria, Egypt and South Africa.
In 2022 our GDP was N202.4 trillion
In 2023 it was N234.4 trillion
It's projected to hit N296.4 trillion this year.
So the NBS do release GDP figures in US dollar? |

The 2.4 million barrels per day in 2014 is fake? The 1.5 million barrels per day now is fake? If your major revenue is oil, when did you earn more based on volume if other variables remain constant? When Nigeria was number 1 economy, our oil export was 2.4 million barrels per day, now its 1.5 million. Exchange rate was about 200, now its 1200 but you believe we have reasons to be number 1. What will take us to number 1 when oil output has been stagnant at 1.5 million barrels per day for a long while due to oil theft by govt and soldiers? helinues: Except if you read this thread with fixated mindset, that's when you would continue to be relying on IMF.

Politics › Re: Nigeria, South Africa And Egypt, Which Of This Country Has Future Potentials? by DMerciful(m): 8:20am On Apr 22, 2024 |
You cannot know without measurable data. If you look at our GDP glidepath, we are on a down trend while the two aforementioned are on an upward trend so there's empirical evidence that our trajectory continue. Thr current govt in Nigeria lacks the innovative capacity, competence and integrity to move Nigeria forward. Infact, Nigeria is retrogressing helinues: So I have been reading threads about some people comparing Nigeria economy with Egypt and South Africa.
Let me start from Egypt, Egypt is currently in Financial mess as their new city building from scratch have exhausted them financially even though they are not even close to 40% of completion. Whatever figure they might be displaying as their current GDP is just a figure not their real GDP.
Also , the war between Israel and Palestine would exhaust Egypt financially even for the fact that they have closed their borders, major ones though, the refugee crisis would still cost them.
South Africa, situation in South Africa currently might lead to the collapse of the country. ANC the current leading party has bastardized the country to the extent of goons working for government contractors do sometimes destroy government properties in broad day light just for the government to reaward the the replacement for them.
South Africa would be having their election in May, the leading candidates are Julius Malema, Jacob Zuma and the current president Ramaphosa who are all products of ANC who brought SA to this current dilapidated situation.
Back to Nigeria, we have stopped paying reasonable number of subsidies in different sectors, we shut some of our borders down just to improve our productivity, we are attracting foreign investors with huge investment on weekly basis as the government has been communicating about their plans which show some sort of transparency from the government.
From the 3 countries, which of them have more future prosperity? |

Nature does not give you what you expect but what you deserve. If you deserve to fail, you'll fail. If you deserve to succeed based on the work you've done, you will succeed, no matter people's expectations. Again, Tinubu's failings were not unexpected, he does not have the capacity, capability, integrity and legitimacy to succeed. We're ready to sacrifice his 4yrs afterwhich Nigeria can't sustainably move forward. All the wishes you did for Buhari, how far na? helinues: If the government fails, it means we all fail together as a Nigeria.
How then do you expect things to better for you in a failed country?
Change your mindset and wish your country the best so that you can also progress in life
The choice is yours |

When Tinubu claimed to have graduated from CSU, people, people like Atiku hired American attorneys and Reno even travelled all the way to Chicago to Ty and prove him wrong. So you can also head to Zaria, Kaduna as well to prove the guy wrong.
