Politics › Re: Peter Obi Ignored As Dangote Thanks Tinubu, Others For The Success Of Refinery by DMerciful(m): 3:17pm On May 22, 2023
Obi Obi Obi...una nor go relax?
Oluwatoyin544:
Peter Obi Ignored as Aliko Dangote Thanks Tinubu, Buhari, Fashola, and Sanwo-Olu for the Success of the Refinery

May 22, 2023

Lagos, Nigeria - In a surprising turn of events, Peter Obi, the former Vice Presidential candidate of the opposition party, was seemingly ignored by Africa's richest man, Aliko Dangote, as he expressed gratitude to key political figures for the success of his refinery project.

During the grand opening ceremony of the Dangote Refinery, which took place today in Lagos, Aliko Dangote took the stage to acknowledge the individuals who played a significant role in the realization of this monumental project. However, to the surprise of many, Peter Obi, a prominent political figure in Nigeria, was noticeably absent from the list of acknowledgments.

Dangote, in his speech, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Bola Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari, Minister of Works and Housing Babatunde Fashola, and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu. He commended their unwavering support, which he claimed played a vital role in the success of the refinery.

The Dangote Refinery, one of the largest and most advanced oil refineries in the world, has been hailed as a game-changer for Nigeria's economy. The multi-billion-dollar project aims to reduce the country's dependence on imported refined petroleum products and create job opportunities for thousands of Nigerians.

While Dangote's recognition of prominent politicians is not entirely unexpected, the omission of Peter Obi from his list raised eyebrows among political observers. Peter Obi, a former governor of Anambra State and a respected voice in Nigeria's political landscape, has been a vocal critic of the current administration's policies and has championed alternative approaches to economic development.

Some political analysts believe that the exclusion of Peter Obi from Dangote's acknowledgments could be attributed to their differing political ideologies and the ongoing political rivalry between the ruling party and the opposition. However, others argue that it may simply be an oversight or an unintentional omission on Dangote's part.

Peter Obi's camp has yet to issue an official statement regarding his exclusion from the list. However, it is expected that the matter will fuel further debate and speculation in the Nigerian political sphere.

As the Dangote Refinery begins its operations, all eyes are on the impact it will have on Nigeria's economy. The project has the potential to transform the country's oil sector and attract foreign investments. Nevertheless, the incident at the opening ceremony serves as a reminder of the complex web of politics and alliances that influence Nigeria's development landscape.

iammo:
cool

Obi likes twisting his own words

You didn't request 7 weeks from court

However you said you witness would be ready in 7 weeks time to present their evidence

UK immigration detained him for several hours

He went ahead to change the narrative that he was simply delayed with respect and asked questions on his impersonation

Nonsense talk. INEC Chairman Mahmmud rigged Tinubu in...the evidences are overwhelming[quote author=onthehill post=123287319]Tinubu Should Compensate Kwankwaso And Peter Obi, They Helped Him Become President - Deji Adeyanju

Abuja-based activist, Deji Adeyanju has called on Nigeria's President-Elect and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu to compensate the presidential candidate of the Labour party, Peter Obi and the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria People's Party (NNPP), for making him victorious at the February 25 Presidential election, IGBERETV reports.

Deji stated that Obi and Kwankwaso made Tinubu's victory possible by splitting the votes of the presidential candidate of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.

Politics › Re: Kwankwaso, Peter Obi Helped Tinubu Become President – Deji Adeyanju by DMerciful(m): 7:05am On May 22, 2023
IREV is 90% complete, not 98%!

That fact that uploads was disabled from the polling units enabled some results sheets to be rewritten and then uploaded. The fact that collation happened before upload prevented cross checking with IREV hence collations were manipulated to give Tinubu the majority as seen in Rivers, Lagos, Benue, Plateau, Imo etc.

Mahmmud also promised to review complaints because INEC are empowered to do so 7days after election but he refused. He talked of glitch but refused to elaborate.

Mahmmud and INEC are fraudulent.

The court will remove Tinubu for sure
iammo:
I will like to believe you but we need evidence

How exactly did Mahmood get Corpers from all state to compromise and upload wrong data on IREV database which 98% was posted online and people from the Constituency didn't notice descripancy?!

My ward and LGA I confirmed on IREV and it's same

We are talking 130,000+ poling unit

Why is INEC opposing televised proceedings like APC? Whats in it for INEC to oppose?

Even Adeleke's appeal, INEC was practically forced to appeal unless you're not aware
Odibembem:
Did INEC not tilt towards same direction with PDP and Adeleke against APC in d Osun elections court case? Some of u Obidients seems to have really poor educational background. When u challenge an election, u join INEC as a direct party or respondent in d case, in other words d petitioner is challenging INEC that INEC broke the law in announcing d other person as d winner. INEC as a direct defender must now defend itself against u that u are wrong and they were right in declaring d said winner. If u don't want INEC to be in same page with d winner, then sue only d winner without joining INEC in your suit. How can u accuse INEC of being a law breaker and rigger and u don't want them to defend themselves?
