You can search the internet yourself however this point in the petition is what will make Obi the winner if the tribunal accepts the evidences.

"However, the petition marked: CA/PEPC/03/2023 filed by Obi and LP’s lead counsel, Livy Ozoukwu, contended that Tinubu was not duly elected by majority of the lawful votes cast at the time of the election. They claimed there were rigging in 11 states, adding that they would demonstrate this in the declaration of results based on the uploaded results."

Based on what INEC uploaded, if you collate it, Obi votes in 11 states was not what inec declared. Remember inec declared a winner before results were uploaded. You cannot pretend you've not seen premiumtimes expose on Rivers results

You believe that oppressors will have their way forever?

There's always a time when things turn around no matter how powerful the oppressor is, you just need to look at history. History will be made 2023!
TechBaron:
There used to be a time that I used to have faith in the system like you.

That was almost 13 years ago.

Don't worry. With time, you'll learn.

I just pray you don't learn the hard way.
Politics › Re: FG To Atiku, Obi: Tinubu Won The Presidential Election Fair And Square by DMerciful(m): 5:52pm On Apr 30, 2023
Have you seen premiumtimes report on Rivers elections and how their collation of IREV results shows Obi won?
nairalanda1:
You have no evidence Obi won. Meanhwile we have evidence...signed results sheets, eventually uploaded to IREV.

Plus the margins of victory was too narrow for any rigging to have happened.

Oga, I am not going to argue with you. Obi lost. APC won, and yes, IT PISSES ME OFF. I effing WISH THEY APC DID NOT WIN AND THEY GOT KICKED OUT.

I have never had a candidate I liked in any Nigerian election since 1999. I don't support the big parties, I wish Nigerians chose otherwise, but what I have seen shows Nigerians like PDPAPC. Even LP got many votes because a PDP man was there....your Obi.

But as things stand APC won. Hell, I wish it was otherwise. I really really wish it was otherwise.

He is from Delta State
Obifraud2:
You saw Mordi Chukwuemeka Samuel as the drug criminal, yet you posted Tinubu's picture. It is either you are plain stupid or a stark illiterate finding it difficult to read the report. You igbos keep making yourselves laughing stock day in day out, yet expect people to take you serious. Except you are trying to tell us Mordi Chukwuemeka Samuel is Tinubu's slave running errands for his master.

Crime › Re: NDLEA Intercepts Drug Consignments At Lagos Airport, Seaport by DMerciful(m): 5:49pm On Apr 30, 2023
Look at his state of origin and LGA. So when you say there no Igbos in SS, stand by it. You cannot aprobate and reprobate at the same time
Obifraud2:
Mordi Chukwuemeka Samue and other igbos in Asian prisons must be slaves to Tinubu. Because I don't understand why they keep running errands for their master despite how risky it is. Only slaves are sent on such risky missions.

Politics › Re: FG To Atiku, Obi: Tinubu Won The Presidential Election Fair And Square by DMerciful(m): 5:43pm On Apr 30, 2023
What evidence you have?
nairalanda1:
We can keep on pretending Obi won, or we can face the fact that he did not get enough votes.

Also, LP was absent in most parts of the country. Esepcially in the critical Northern and most of the South west, except Lagos.

Obi lost this election, based on the evidence we have. And APC, as much as i hate to say this, won this election. Now, if the court rules against APC, I will be glad. But if they do not, so be it.

Better luck next time.

See how you make a god out of Tinubu. You'd eat your words when Tinubu is removed
TechBaron:
Who is the FG?

The APC is the FG, the FG is the court, the FG is INEC..

So the court, Inec and FG are all APC!

Tinubu stood a very high chance of winning, but I would have preferred him to win the elections on a clean slate.

Saying that this was the best elections Nigeria has ever had is like adding salt to our injuries.

Finally, if you're still hoping for the courts to declare any other candidate winner and they assume office and Nigeria to get better, you're on along thing.

Tinubu would complete his 8 years and probably hand over to Shetima who would also run for 8 years.

16 years is such a long time to be wailing ans praying for a failed project.

Move on! Do something better for yourself. Start a business... Relocate abroad. Just do something good for yourself rather than waste energy on what you can't change.
Politics › Re: FG To Atiku, Obi: Tinubu Won The Presidential Election Fair And Square by DMerciful(m): 5:35pm On Apr 30, 2023
You don't know the meaning of fair and square!

If you're logical one bit, you'd asked yourself why was IREV switched of for presidential election only? Why was Obi's vote in Rivers swapped for Tinubu and 11 other states?

You're using previous elections to judge when 2023 election was the only election the youths mobilized massively for a presidential candidate
nairalanda1:
Tinubu won because PDP was divided into 4 factions

Now, if the court rules against Tinubu, I am ready to eat my words, with pleasure, because it is high time we should have gotten rid of APC, but as things stand now,APC did win this election fair and square.

You can call me Tinubu supporter. I am not, and never will be. But the fact is, if the votes for LP, PDP and NNPP had gone to one party, APC would have been crying, and Tinubu would have retired to go and sort himself out.

My problem with Nigerians when it comes to politics , and indeed Africans, is that when it is time to get ready for election, the opposition is divided. In 2003, all the oppostion forces should have been united against PDP, instead we had ANPP and APGA then with their own show, and AD suddenly decided that Obasanjo was godsent...

In 2011, the same thing. Buhari wrecked ANPP, Tinubu backed GEJ behind his party and his party candidate's back, and APGA was at sea....

But when you tell Nigerians this truth, they will abuse you.

Obi did well, much better than expected. But at the end of the day, he lost because he did not get enough of the states he needed.

We can be lying to ourselves that Tinubu rigged the election....or we can face facts and do what Buhari did, after twelve years of lying to himself that Nigerians wanted him...form alliances, and get ready for 2027, or APC will win again, and where would we be?

Please tell us exactly what the results says...
And how it will lead to Obi declaration as the winner...

If obi legal team did not ask the court to declare him the winner...they ask the court to cancel the election and redo another one ..

Because they have enough wisdom and knowledge to know that there is no ground for obi to be declared the winner ..

So the court can not grant a request the obi team did not make....

Politics › Re: Debunking Igbos Claim Of Marginalisation by DMerciful(m): 9:39am On Apr 30, 2023
Why are you guys obsessed with Igbos?
gabbytabby:
*DEBUNKING IGBO CLAIM OF MARGINALISATION*

The major areas that this is brought to my attention are

1) *Pro Unitate Schools*. After the war one of the social programs to foster unity among the tribes were unity schools and the nysc. The Igbo would always complain why is our cut off mark higher. The purpose of the unity schools was to create an environment where children from every state in Nigeria can mix to correct some of the prejudices we have about one another so the selection was skewed towards a quota system as that is the way to get representation from every state.

Note that responsibility for primary and secondary education rest with the state government and while the West and the North provided free education the East chose not to and this was part of the reason for the exodus from the East to the West and North.

Also often times there is this expectation from the East that they should always set the agenda and it should always be a free for all fight and the survival of the fittest but equality is more about providing the right tools to people at their level as we are only as good as our weakest link. It's more about progress and improvement and being seen to be carrying everyone along.

2) Jobs in the federal civil service this has been debunked as an exercise was carried out to check the genuineness of this claim and it was determined that the contrary was the situation as South Easterners were over represented in the Federal Civil Service than any other tribe.

*If you know any other areas that Igbos claim marginalisation let's debunk them or see if there is some truth or reason for it*

You're still holding the fraudulent INEC results that suppressed Obi's votes. The court would declare the right results

Just asking ooo
Please if the court says Tinubu should not be sworn in...
What does the constitution say will happen?
How Tinubu not be sworn in become Good news to obi and obidents...?

The presidential election petition tribunal commences in earnest on May 10th, which marks the beginning of our mandate reclamation.

The Batists are obviously not happy because the tribunal can decide to address the Abuja 25% conundrum and Shettima double nomination early. These are matters of the constitution and law and does not require lengthy evidences, witnesses, forensics etc.

If the tribunal decides this quickly, Tinubu may not be sworn in!

I see victory! Obidatti is what Nigeria needs at a time like this!

I know you fight for the dead to i can use it in banters against you but I dont care about the dead. Infact as far as I'm concerned, Ahmadu Bello, Azikiwe, Awolowo, Nzeogwu, Ojukwu,
Akintola et all ruined Nigeria and as such are no heroes. As a matter of fact if we had gotten independence in 1990 like South Africa, i would have preferred it.

Black man has not shown much capacity to govern themselves.

You wont see me praising Ojukwu or Azikiwe...they were part of the heroes that ruined Nigeria.

When people say Igbos lost 3 million lives in the civil war and want it to pain me now, i laugh at them because i wasnt born then and if you change the course of history by 1 sec, i may not have been born. What is most important is what we that are alive do with our lives because 130yrs from now, every single person alive today on earth will be gone and 130yrs is a short time in history
