Politics › Re: Fulani And Hausa Clash In Sokoto, Scores Dead by DMerciful(m): 1:56pm On Apr 08, 2023
Everything does not revolve round Obidients in Nigeria. They're not the cause of the clash btw the Fulanis and Hausas so why not focus on your conflict.

Can't you see a resurgence to the killings? In Benue, within 48hrs, over 100 persons killed, what is wrong with you guys?

In all honesty, the core North is a problem to Nigeria
Arrewa:
Observe this thread and you'll see how happy the children of hate are...

Nothing gives them pleasure like seeing disagreement or conflict among northern tribes!!

That's why they've been pushing the middle belt agenda to cause division in the north!!

Let's make this clear, there is no clash between Hausa and Fulani in sokoto and there will never be...

There's only clash between farmers and some herdsmen which happens occasionally...

And here, we have our own way of resolving and disescalting such conflict!

When Obedients say “Middle belt” they mean “Christian belt” but what they failed to realize is even in their so called “Christian belts” Muslims have the higher population!!

Niger is 75% Muslims with a Muslim governor Sani Bello

Kogi is 60% Muslims with yahya bello as the governor!

Kwara with 70%. Muslim population with Abdullarazak as their governor!!

Nasarwa is 65% Muslim population with Abdullahi sule as their governor!!

In the north central only plateau and Benue have Christian governors!!

With plateau having 50-50 both faith population while Benue is the only state in the north central with over 90% Christian population yet piter obi lost the state!!

The north remain the most united region in Nigeria with over 300 ethnic groups!!

Children of hate are already celebrating the war between Hausa and Fulani... Una go wait tire!!

These two tribes with time have intertwined into the most powerful Nation in Nigeria!!

Remember you guys said that if you see Bubu and Tinubu robbing a bank in 2015, you'd still vote for him. Even if he presented nepabill certificate, you'd still vote for him. Hypocrites
PlayerMeji:
Lpl...

May I never be regarded as an Obidient...

A group of rejects and a senseless mob without any direction..

Even if Obi comes out today to say he indeed made the purported call to Bishop Oyedepo, Obidiooots will claim he was forced to make such statements.
what form of leadership does Obi claim to practice if he is in fact the chief patron to the Obidiooot... a headless mob
Politics › Re: Obidients Dig Up Wole Soyinka's Youthful Misadventure (photo) by DMerciful(m): 12:03am On Apr 08, 2023
Why do you guys mention Obi all the time?
Ivimmanuel:
There's always a next time is what the Obidients don't understand. Obi led the must bigotful campaign ever if him and his Obidients don't retrace now many people will be wary of him in future.
Politics › Re: Bayo Onanuga To Biden. Trash The Letter By Chimamanda by DMerciful(m): 11:37pm On Apr 07, 2023
We have six regions currently, why can't they be autonomous with their own constitution,
resources control and let only the army, central govt and immigration be common? Even the states can have full autonomy just like the US.

Whats been done is paper over cracks, wont work and you know it
Sangoamadioha1:
Restructuring, in Nigeria, means ceding some of powers of the overburdened FG to states making up the federation. This is already being done like the giving autonomy to local governments, removing rail and electricity generation from the exclusive list to allow states carry out these functions, etc. Restructuring is being gradually implemented.
Nigeria has gone past the regional government thingy because the major nationalities that would form that region would have minorities who will never agree to be grouped together. For example, south south minorities can never be grouped with the east to form one region. Neither will they agree to be under the south west, so regionalism can not work in modern Nigeria.

Separation is not an option here so bury that thought.

Politics › Re: Bayo Onanuga To Biden. Trash The Letter By Chimamanda by DMerciful(m): 11:01pm On Apr 07, 2023
Every major nationality should have their own region and autonomy within Nigeria. They can contribute like 20% of their resources to run the federal government.

If this does not work then separation entirely
Sangoamadioha1:
What is 'total restructuring'. I would like to know if you know what you are talking about.
Politics › Re: Bayo Onanuga To Biden. Trash The Letter By Chimamanda by DMerciful(m): 10:34pm On Apr 07, 2023
Nigeria cannot be great until total restructuring or separation
Sangoamadioha1:
You will be a living witness to the journey of our greatness as a country and it will be to your shame that you wrote off this country.

You cannot rebuild something using greater corruption than the one that caused it.
Sangoamadioha1:
And we are working to change the narrative. Either you join the nation rebuilding or you scorn the country it does not change the fact that we are moving forward.
Politics › Re: Bayo Onanuga To Biden. Trash The Letter By Chimamanda by DMerciful(m): 9:58pm On Apr 07, 2023
Your way which has left 133 million people in poverty and 97 million in multi-dimensional poverty
Sangoamadioha1:
If you, because of aids, sell yourself then sorry. As for Nigeria, we will collect your aids but we would still do things our way.
Politics › Re: Why Are Obidient Members So Toxic And Harsh To People Who Go Against Peter Obi by DMerciful(m): 7:16pm On Apr 07, 2023
If you attack Datti, you get same treatment,
not only Obi
cathodekazim:
Who else noticed that almost 95 percents of Peter Obi supporters are so toxic and embittered towards anyone who goes against their ideology. From my findings, they've nearly insulted almost anyone who tackled or say things against Obi. As for me, I don't engage them in political arguments because I see that most of them reason nearly the same way. This is one major reason why Obi lost scandalously in the Southwest and the Northern region
Politics › Re: Why Are Obidient Members So Toxic And Harsh To People Who Go Against Peter Obi by DMerciful(m): 7:13pm On Apr 07, 2023
Because the Nigerian state has been oppressing docile people since 1960 so we're now very aggressive!

Politics › Re: It Is Wole Soyinka's Turn To Be Disrespected Who Is Next Among Yoruba Leader? by DMerciful(m): 6:59pm On Apr 07, 2023
Nnamani of Enugu or Soludo of Anambra are Yorubas? Don't make it a tribal thing, if you don't support the Obidient movement, we will come for you. If you're not with us, you're against us
PureFace1:
I fear the dangerous precedent being set in Nigeria political space, any reputable Yoruba man that is not ass licking Peter Obi and subservient to his presidential ambition and movement is being insulted and disrespected.

It was Pastor Adeboye yesterday and Wole Soyinka's turn today, who is next ?

The most annoying thing is that these lunatics want to dictate for Wole Soyinka, Adeboye etc without giving them any chance to even be neutral in something that was supposed to be democratic. It is either you are subservient to their cause or be disgrace and call unprintable names, is that the toxic new Nigeria you are fighting for ? no room for any criticism but full of "Yes Daddy". That is dictatorship not democracy

Chimamanda Adichie is being celebrated because she wrote to the President of the United state to support her kinsman but Wole Soyinka's couldn't even be neutral without being labeled a villain and disrespected.

Keep it up until everyone see the obedient movement for what it really is. A desperate attempt at power grab from one section of the country.

Politics › Re: Chimamanda's Letter, The Tantrums Of A Trump Re-incarnate In Nigeria - Keyamo by DMerciful(m): 6:10pm On Apr 07, 2023
Its been long established that Igbo hate unites Nigeria. Its probably the only thing outside football that ever has
Zico5:
These people don't know the kind of wall they are building around them. It won't be long before they will be isolated. If someone like Chimamanda can act this way then this issue is deeper than we anticipated it. We can see how desperate they are and it will be better for the whole country to be watching them. The way this issue is going, it will be difficult for any tribe to support them against for presidency. If their votes alone can give them presidency, so be it.
Politics › Re: Bayo Onanuga To Biden. Trash The Letter By Chimamanda by DMerciful(m): 6:05pm On Apr 07, 2023
How much did the West give INEC to conduct credible elections? Do your research and maybe you'll have to be rejecting their aids so they don't have right to interfere.
Sangoamadioha1:
So since the USA can not defer to us then why should we defer to them huh I guess you know the word sovereignty and how it applies to international politics.
Politics › Re: I Supported Peter Obi, But... - Chimamanda Adichie by DMerciful(m): 6:03pm On Apr 07, 2023
We're not an ethnic groub but the Obidients tribe. We will not rest until our mandate is returned.

You've got it coming
Zico5:
Every tribe and party have lost election in one way or the other and the country did not collapse. Why should these people take it as do or die. Is there a Hidden agenda on the issue of presidency? Something is fishy and federal government need to unravel this. Thanks to the good people of Nigeria. We dodge serious bullet.

haybhi1:
I used to think this woman was intelligent unhingedly. I was wrong. She's another emotional bigot who thinks everything must go the way her interests want, and nothing exists outside her microcosmic sphere of interest.

She probably isn't aware Igbo mainly has five states, South only has seventeen states. The North has 19 states. Obi is only popular in the South, and only guaranteed success in the Southeast subsection of this south. Tinubu is popular all over, guaranteed success in a subsection of South, and a good section of the North. It's no brainer Tinubu won 1st, Obi 3rd. Why is this so hard for her microscopic political and prejudicative view to chuck in and accept?

I and most my friends are youths, and we rooted for Tinubu, so it surprises me always with where this narrative of "Nigerian youths are angry because Obi lost" is coming from, as there are countless similar lots out there. Not all of us are Obi-denses.
Politics › Re: I Supported Peter Obi, But... - Chimamanda Adichie by DMerciful(m): 5:59pm On Apr 07, 2023
So why did INEC shutdown IREV for only presidential election?
Freetech:
Obi himself knew he wouldn't win the election

A day to the election, he told Oyedepo, voters in SW, Niger, Kogi and Kwara wont vote for him. How come same man now claimed he was rigged out in these places.

This opportunistic entity based her own clam of rigging on the fraudulent online polls paid for by Obi and anchored by his foolish friends

With the long epistle dhe wrote, i think she should be made to explain where and how she knew election was rigged.

Politics › Re: "Unlettered And Uncultured People": Moghalu Apologises For Choice Of Words by DMerciful(m): 5:53pm On Apr 07, 2023
WS may have contributed immensely to democracy however their generation failed Nigeria. Youths like Gowon(32yrs), Murtala(28yrs) were determining the course of Nigeria trajectory when we had men of 50-60yrs in the country.

This generation of youths will not allow their generation to continue to ruin the country. We cannot be docile like our parents, we need to be aggressive else they'll continue to ride on our backs
N3TRAL:
I understand that I'm quoting an individual whose first thought about the Nairaland platform is the untimely death of its founder, Seun.

However, you need to learn that Soyinka has done more for democracy than Peter Obi.

When he was about your age, he was incarcerated by a military regime for almost two years. Just before the restoration of our presidential democracy, another military regime wanted him "dead or alive" during his necessary exile from Nigeria.

The venerable statesman has contributed more to Nigerian progress than most of you would ever do- in words and in deeds ; in theory and in practice.

As the heyday of Obidiotism is gradually coming to an end, I am proud that my convictions about the totalitarian movement were genuine and have been proven even to the least objective Nigerian.

One of my fears was the institutionalization of cancel culture. Another one was the giving of villain tags to Nigerian heroes who are not of the Igbo extraction.

I am vindicated for taking a stance against masked fascism.
