So we need to know these data captured by the card readers, the ones captured in the register due to inability to be recognized by the card reader as well as the signature and phone number of the persons in the register! Mind you some units were cancelled cos they voted without card readers! agabusta: INEC said, where the card reader failed to authenticate a registered voter, the polling officers will confirm the identity of the person with the card details, confirm the person's details on the register, manually accreditate the person and then allow the person to vote. |

In as much as we condemn rape, from the story a couple of ladies were involved. Besides a man can also be raped by a woman by several means IdreamOfUnicorn: Rape is unlike any other crime and in our failure to combat it effectively, we as a society have thoroughly let down our women. In no other crime is the perpetrator allowed to retain the weapon of the crime, then why is a rapist allowed to retain his penis when he has used it as a weapon in a crime? A man who has raped once is likely to do it again if given the chance because he has no moral or emotional barriers that stop him. The only true deterrent to rape is to take away that sense of entitlement and power that drives the rapist. Cruel and barbaric as it sounds, a truly safe environment for women can only be created when no man would dare to violate her. No doubt re-education and sensitivity are vital in this regard, but they will take a long time to take root. Punishment like castration will go a long way in de-incentivising and deterring rape. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and maybe it is time for this radical solution to be tried out to correct the physical imbalance and wipe out the tears, fears, and exploitation of the fairer sex. |

We in the SS/SE will support Ribadu in 2023 to be president! Since you have decided that power belongs to the North so be it! davodyguy: Buhari in emergency meeting with El rufai.
A reliable source told me Buhari wants to plant El rufai in 2023. He dare not try it. After all the support we gave him. He used an Igbo man as VP candidates in 2003 and 2007, he lost. Not until 2015 when Tinubu aligned with him. If the north could save Buhari, they should have done so in 2003, 2007, 2011. The 2023 pressure starts from today. Buhari didn't do well, but Atiku was never an option, that's why we didn't support him. Yorùbá must wake up now |

APC is synonymous with poverty! How come oil price never rose above $100 during their 4yrs? Badluck party! dukeprince50: PDP sold oil at $150 per barrel and sold 2m barrels daily. that is $9b a month and nothing to show for it.
APC sold at $40 per barrel and sold 800000 barrels per day, total amount gained is not up to $1b monthly and they say Buhari is bad? fuc.k u all, during ur time, it was ten times better dan this and nothing to show for it. but with the little Buhari has, he increased power, bail out funds, Tradermoni, Npower etc. PDP will never come back to power |

SE shouldn't be taken serious! They keep shouting marginalization but not ready to do what it takes to change the tide! Even the Yorubas did better, what a shame! nazablossom: I am not a political person but I want to air my view concerning the results of the election so far. Some people are blaming Igbos for low turn out and all without putting into consideration these factors :
1.Election Postponement : So may Igbos live outside South East, they travelled to vote but the election was postponed. Most of them are traders that cannot live there businesses to wait for another one week, So, they went back to their base and didn't return to vote, hence the low turnout
2:Military Threats: There were military presence all over South East with the aim of shooting citizens without blinking. Igbos love their lives that they are not ready to die for Nigeria, die for Biafra? Some might, but not Nigeria,so they stayed indoor.
3.VP: Peter is vying for VP not President, so it doesn't mean so much to an average Igbo person and he is popular only in Anambra State.
There are some other factors also. But people that buried Atiku are his Northern Brothers. The anticipated vote for him were not met thereby reducing his chances. This election is between A Northerner and a Northerner not a Northerner and an Igbo man So, if we really want to apportion blame, channel it to the Norths. They are the one that Failed Atiku. |

Story for the gods! Is Ganduje not popular? Is Abacha still not popular in the North? They chose religion over progress cause Atiku is seen as a liberal Muslim, not a serious Muslim. fiizznation: This clown though. Atiku is viewed as one corrupt fella all over the north and there was no possible way for him to make any good gains in the north. Remove the buhari factor, anybody can still beat atiku in the north because the man is just so unpopular.
He should even thank his stars that his stolen money bought him many electorates in Adamawa state. Once you are tainted with corruption, you are so done in the north because nobody rewards corruption here in the north.
Criminal atiku should try again next time. |
