The fact that the president refused accent to the electoral bill that would have made card readers mandatory and electronic transmission possible shows intent to rig. The fact that he removed the CJN shortly before election shows intent to sway a possible tribunal judgement in his favour. The fact that he ordered the military to shoot ballot box snatchers and non was caught when they were snatching in opposition areas shows intent to rig. DD he eventually rig? Absolutely!
