These are the uninformed deciding who's president! Such a shame! First recipient of next level. Rubbish!

Politics › Re: Simple Logic: Presidential Accreditation Should Equal That Of Senate In A State by DMerciful(m): 12:06pm On Feb 28, 2019
This has nothing to do with votes! This is just accreditation!
It should be same for presidential and the sum of the 3 senatorial zones in each state! Jezz!
Yomkris:
@ the op, God bless u. let me join u to explain it in this simple way.

Accreditation was done once for all the 3 seats at all the polling units.

accreditation from senatorial district A + B + C is the total accreditation for the state.
so if its not the same as at the collation of presidential result then obviously there is a big problem
.

for record purpose
total no of accreditation should be equals to Total valid vote plus total rejected votes plus total counterfoils ballots.

But unfortunately INEC didn't give record of spoilt ballots so that is why people are talking about votes not accounted for.

I think is time to pick a state like Lagos for instance as a case study. Who has the accreditation data for senatorial and presidential results?

Can you help?
Politics › Re: Simple Logic: Presidential Accreditation Should Equal That Of Senate In A State by DMerciful(m): 11:38am On Feb 28, 2019
With what the op posited, it's likely more than half of the states in Nigeria might be cancelled!
shosky1794:
You will be doing permutations and calculations till 2023 elections. All these your logics and points are not enough to overturn any presidential elections. Go and find out what happened in 2003. The presidential election result in Ogun State(OBJ state) was canceled by the court but that was not enough to overturn the whole presidential result

GEJ will never rig election, if there is one thing GEJ cannot do is rigging. From the data available, incident forms used in 2015 was 10 million if which 7.5million happened in Bubu's strongholds in the north. Bubu was rigged in in 2015 and rigged in in 2019. GEJ introduced card readers, what has Bubu done to improve the electoral process? Zero!
davodyguy:
Rigging started under PDP. Those numbers GEJ got in 2015 from SS and SE are very impossible
For the first time since 2003, we have election conducted under opposition, their secret is revealed.

Buhari's numbers from the north have always been high since 2003 and under him in 2019 it was same.

But PDP's number from the SS and SE was small in 2019 compared to previous years. It shows GEJ rigged the 2015, but was outsmarted by the northerners
Politics › Re: Presidential Poll Results Fraught With 513,214 Lapses, Say Csos by DMerciful(m): 8:18am On Feb 28, 2019
No president steals directly, it's the people around them! People around Bubu now is stealing but you're focusing on Bubu. When Abacha was alive, nobody knew he was stealing and even his best friend Bubu said Abacha did not steal. Money is missing under Bubu as well. People are afraid to speak against Bubu due to fear of DSS. How far with the whistle blower policy? Yeah right!
davodyguy:
This is the truth.

The signs were clear in the fall of 2014, that we would be in recession. Whether it was Jonathan or Atiku that won 2015, what happened in 2016 was inevitable.

Buhari may be less educated, but the fact that he would not steal, gives some confidence that our tomorrow would be better. It's just the killings and violence that worries me, which may be instigated to bring him down.

PDP government was so corrupt that I benefitted indirectly from it and I now regret.

Someone called you ipob in another thread, I was just laughing though I did not see your response
davodyguy:
What else do we expect from them?

This people should allow Buhari be. This BS is not what we need now. Let's join hands to fix this country. Forget Atiku, he's only pursuing personal ambition and tried to test his popularity by contesting. Someone who doesn't have political ideology

He started out as Governor Elect in Adamawa in1998. OBJ made him VP in 1999.

By 2006, he decamped to AC (Action Congress)
By 2009, he returned to PDP and contested primary against Jonathan in 2010, which he lost
By 2014, he decamped to APC, lost primary again to Buhari

By 2017, he returned to PDP.

I'm sure, he would decamp again.

No politician has migrated back to his vomit in Nigeria as much as Atiku.

Buhari started with ANPP, CPC and now CPC metamorphosed into APC. He's more consistent than unstable Atiku.

Stop supporting the guy Atiku

Politics › Re: Opinion; 6 Years Single Term For Elective Political Offices In Nigeria. by DMerciful(m): 4:59pm On Feb 27, 2019
GEJ did not proposed it so that he will get another 6 yr term, it was for his 4yr erm to extend to 6yrs and he bows out! It's a noble idea anyway you look at it and the best at this time. Politicians will be forced to perform because the opportunity is once!
gberra:
Gej proposed it but PDP senators rejected his idea. Although Gej might have proposed it with the intent of reducing the cost of governance but the timing of it was equally questioned.
How could you have flown such a kite going into an election in which you potentially had an undue advantage of extending your tenure to two terms of 12 years having previously spent a first tenure of six years.
It was seen of him, rightly so, as being greedy, selfish, malicious and a power hungry lout.

As lofty as the idea, we aren't ripe for such a strange democratic experiment.
If it fails, there will be catastrophic multiplier effects much more as a two term tenure of 8years hasn't solved quite much.

Politics › Re: Southners The Modern Slave Of Nigerian State by DMerciful(m): 12:30pm On Feb 27, 2019
We need to restructure, this system we are operating is slowing the progress of the South. North is OK with the way they are and that has always been but we southerners are not OK, it's like a race car being tethered to a truck, it losses it's speed. We need to go to a confederation so every state and region move at their own pace!
TIGRITIS:
Trust me, you got it wrong.

While not ruling out the fact that it may lead to the highlighted, I'm telling you, that is the least of their worries and that is not why the northerners will massively vote for a southerner. But I'm telling you, come 2023, any northerner that come out to contest will be disgraced at the poll by the same northerners.

Remember, buhari contested against obj and gej.
Politics › Re: Southners The Modern Slave Of Nigerian State by DMerciful(m): 11:40am On Feb 27, 2019
Ofcourse they know if they overplay their hands the South will secede! Remember we were amalgamated, we were not originally one! The only reason we are still together is due to SW reluctance and they know it!
TIGRITIS:
And I maintain, the northerners are not stupid when it comes to politics. Remember, obj and gej were voted by northerners.

Politics › Re: Southners The Modern Slave Of Nigerian State by DMerciful(m): 11:10am On Feb 27, 2019
He is saying the north can always get away with rigging due to the extreme position of their states where voting cannot be sufficiently monitored and as such they will decide whether to relinquish power or not!
TIGRITIS:
I don't understand the op.

Since the return of democracy, South has had 3 terms and the north is just about to start its third term now, so where is the "12 yrs before a southerner can be a president" coming from? In all cases, was it not through the ballot?

Besides, are you saying if atiku had won, his tenure would have counted as that of south? I'm not understanding. angry
Politics › Re: The Three (3) Biggest Losers Of The Presidential Election by DMerciful(m): 11:04am On Feb 27, 2019
It's not about Atiku but about allowing a flawed electoral process! If Bubu was confident why allow the military to intimidate? why was voting done without card readers anywhere in Nigeria? The election was a fraud!
Sanchez01:
You don't say the Nigerian people were robbed. It was a case of 'between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea' for most. Atiku stood no chance from the get-go, contrary to social media noise.

Politics › Re: What Are Atiku’s Chances Of Winning At Tribunal? by DMerciful(m): 10:55am On Feb 27, 2019
If both APC and PDP were rigging and the smart card accreditation was not strictly followed it's enough ground to cancel the entire election for the fraud it is!
SternProphet:
The possibility of Atiku winning a re-run is even more remote than the main elections he lost. He won't be winning more in Kaduna, Kano, Yobe and Borno. Wike won't be helping him in Rivers and APC would be more ready in Lagos. I see them giving Buhari even more margins of victory.
I don't even see him winning in court to get a re run in the first place. APC also has videos and pictures of PDP rigging in the North, Rivers and C. Rivers states.
