all,
i recently had the need to relocate my battery bank and do a fresh installation of the inverter.
in the process i thought it was a good opportunity to carry out a load test on the batteries.
batteries were left to settle for about three days undisturbed (without load and without charge).
the first set of readings show the individual battery voltages straight from rest while the second
set of readings were taken after a ten second capacity load test using a standard battery capacity
tester.

for a battery bank which was first installed in September 2012 and used continuously 24hrs a
day, i think the results are quite impressive. zenith has really blown my mind!

You do not determine a rate with the secondary market.

Your bank typically will tell you the tenors and rates they have available, and you can then make a selection.

If you specify a rate and none is available at that tenor or rate, then yes they would keep rejecting your forms. You cannot bid on the secondary market- just buy whatever is available.

Nigeria open market price system aint the way u assume .. The only item i see price dropping fast the way dollar rate is dropping is SCRAP BATTERY PRICE from 20-25k to 15k now ! Cheers

Good Morning All!
I have been following this thread for awhile and am fascinated with testimonies from those who have upgraded to RE.
I am looking at upgrading my 3.5KW, 200AH, 48V inverter system to solar since power utility company has gone on strike (LOL) in my area, can you kindly advice number of solar panels and charge controller size that will charge the system perfectly, I understand that best performing devices are not the most costly at times, kindly advice the brand and the model (solar panel & CC & others) that is cheap but yet powerful (tested and trusted) and other things I might need for the Upgrade.

Seperate charging point is d bane of these lithium ba3s. Watch ur charge source (particularly wen using generator) not to fry in-built cuircut or BMS Also watch stacking many in series in case of any 48v system.

Hello Boss, You never test the Battery yet, Out of curiosity I Chat with the seller and I was told you cannot charge through the + and - Terminal , It has it own dedicated charger, So I considered it as power bank though I though as much, I need your performance review to know way forward I dont mind as long as it is worth the Price, Ordering my Epever 40A with I was for 150$ inclusive shipping.

Good investment! Be sure not to over charge dem in order to enjoy 2000 cycles.

I only hope this type don't come along with regulatory circuit board inside (which some inverters don't like)

Stupid mistakes by people who live with the customer. We go over board with protection. The last two failures were people who turned the battery disconnect off while the inverter was inverting. Another was a customer that let it get wet. And another was an old inverter that had poor house wiring. The wiring caught on fire and took the inverter with it. Then we have a 5 kva with feed back. The units we purchased from Must power have a failure rate that is in excess of 70%. They honor warranties but it is a pain.
