For raw materials like nylon to get pure water printed rolls is 1750per kg and for packing bag is 1 bundle is 9k that is 1000pcs.
1kg printed rolls can produce 40bags of pure water.
To produce 1000bags per day you need 25kg rolls and 1bundle packing bag 25kg printed rolls that is 25*1750=43750
Packing bag =9000
Operating and Parking 4naira per bag 1000bags 4000naira
Fuel for generator 6500 10litters gen size 3.5kva
Total 63250.
That means total cost of producing 1000bags of pure water is 63250 per bag is 63.25naira.
If you are selling for distribution in your factor price is 120per bag you profit will be 56.75naira

it's not only corn that's reducing price,almost everything. The reason is during haverst this year alot hoarders buy stuff at high prices for storage, normally during haverst the prices supposed to be low because produces availability.
But this year both farmers and hoarders hide hide agricultural produce during haverst, and now due to farming season thats approaching all of them start bringing it to the market which result to market glut(over supply). Therefore, now is our artificial haverst time recreated by holders.
The prices will likely improve after planting i.e around June.

The price of corn seems to be going down.
