So the answer is yes, because it is not must that one prints out SoA today and submits today's still.

Some people there write it 4-5 times before meeting their required score but I understand what you're saying sha, the 4.0 score required is too easy for someone not to have it.

Everyone has difficulties in some places, but if I ever have 3 in IELTS, I will forget everything about that exam.
