Thank you.

The birth certificate was issued two month after birth. I think the mistake here is , which’ @advanceDNA pointed out. A photocopy was submitted instead of a scanned copy. I attached the copy that was submitted snd the letter sent.

Now I want to know if a scanned copy should be submitted alone.

I know you are trying to be careful and that's why you now know exactly what to do but you are still looking for the answer in A..B..C.
I have told you to scan the coloured and then attach it with that Court Affidavit and a cover NOTE. Chikina!! W go click.

In that Note, simply tell them why you get the cert 2months after. (Apply Occam's Razor) no too talk

Noted! Thank you 🙏🏾.

But this documentation is for minor, can one do affidavit on their behalf?

Well...it is never supposed, but someone is doubting the credibility somehow.
You have limited time, get the coloured; for you no supposed send photocopy to them b4. Na Scan Copy all through.
Because Aussie Emb that I know, even school would suggest you certifies a certificate if it is a photocopy.

Do all the needful, the successful outcome is in your hands and how you handle this.

Thank you for your quick response @advanceDNA. Yes, he submitted birth certificate from NPC and a letters from the school kids.

What do you suggest?

In addition, go to court and swear an affidavit, then attach it with what you submitted b4.
I only submit affidavit, I don't have Birth Certificate at all.

If they have doubts, they shouldn't doubt Court Oat.

Good day everyone, please after the 5yrs visa expires, is the renewal or PR automatic?
Then, is it advisable to resign ones over 300k job here and follow this route. Please i need clarification.

Nothing is automatic.
You will need to apply for either extension, but know that you've qualified for ILR.
What I do not know is how hard it is to pass the ILR process, and I believe the best bet is to renew your visa and then gently applies for ILR and pass through its Exams and processes.

Earning 300k in pounds Black mkt is about £300+. Yes we pays rent once in a year and others can go into savings but is that what you really need here on earth? (You are not hearing this from me; that Africa was not designed to actually work).

Good environment, sure security, nice life, Liberty;world citizenry awaits for you if you patiently succeeds on this foreign journey.

Disadvantages includes your lineage might end up cut their African root...IF and only IF you fails to be bringing back to form friendship bond back home with their cousins & Street pals in Nigeria.

Make your decision, but think it critically

We need to start talking about how people now come into the UK and the care homes don't give them the working hours agreed on on their COS. I have a friend who's been in uk for over one month and hasn't gotten a single minute of working hour in his care home, they keep telling him to hold on.

He got his job through an agent tho, as at now I'm starting to feel some of these care homes already have enough workers but they just sell slots through an agent to you at a very high price to make their money and not working for the agreed hours on your COS will affect you when you're about to renew your visa or apply for ILR cause the home office will see clearly that you've not been paying your tax regularly.

What do you advice they do?
I think they should keep writing Emails and documents it with their supposed employers response.

How exactly are you handling situation like that?

Meanwhile what I was trying to say is, b4 I got my passport back, in the BRP there's a place where I was told when I can enter The YouKay, that if I delays it and it crosses a particular months (3months/moons max), I will have to go through another process to be able to enter.

So @BIGTT76

Obey their criteria madam.
We all know in Nigeria, anybody that can read and write just the way you did can equally speak English.

They know that we studied with English Language and are more well speakers than S.A, but they never regarded us as such. That's the sole reason why you should pay their English Proficiency fees, they need that money for something.
But if you manages to cut corners and they accepts, good luck

No issues, the 20hours work rule is not meant for all students, but for those on Student visa. Once you've switched your visa you are no longer bound by the student visa rule, however you will be bound by the dependent visa rule which will probably be something like "restricted work and no recourse to public fund"
This I heard only affects the MA directly, or else in terms of Sports or Doctor(medical practitioner) that's where dependent gets involved.

@Koonbey,

Your reply is appreciated.

This response you just gave further proves my point i.e DON'T call a piece of news fake until proper research (or 'fact check' as you call it) has been done.

Like to I wrote earlier, we still don't know what the complete story is. We will have to wait to find out.

But what we do KNOW at this point is that Achraf Hakimi's assets and/or money are in his mum's name, which was made known to his wife during their divorce proceedings. This has been reported by MARCA (Spain's National Daily Sport Newspaper) and other news sources in France and Morroco. It is also on WIKIPEDIA.

If you choose to remain skeptical about its accuracy, that is well within your rights. But it is NOT correct for you to go as far as labelling it to be fake, before providing credible evidence (which you don't have by the way).

PS: But I do share your point of view that not all viral news are always accurate/correct.

Make una leave that doubting Thomas; Koonbey, seems he drives joy seeing full grown men rendered useless all in the name of marriage through Financial Banditry. It happened to Emmanuel Ebue and he turned homeless in London.
Table might as well be turning in this matter shaa...

MA has now spend 5 yrs in the YouKay on the Skilled Worker visa, now want to apply for ILR (not earlier than 28 days B4 clocking 5yrs).
The MA would proceed with their ILR. Dependent will continue to renew their dependent visa.
The following year, the dependent now clocking 5 yrs and having not breached the 180days out of the UK clause, will be eligible for ILR.
Though not reading in 'plain' English, YouKay gov got you covered: https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to-remain-family/partner-dependant-work-visa

[UPDATED]
Link: What your partner or child can and cannot do
Your partner or child can:
- work, except as a sportsperson or coach
- study
- travel abroad and return to the UK
- apply to settle permanently in the UK (also known as ‘indefinite leave to remain’) if they’ve lived in the UK for 5 years and meet the other eligibility requirements
- They cannot apply for most benefits (public funds), or the State Pension.
NB: always check update on the YouKay gov site. Too many rule changes happen!!

I once asked about this particular one; the bolded.

Let me rephrase it; If a dependent comes in few months before the MA clocks 1 year on a supposed 3years Visa of MA, when they re-applies for extension and the MA now wants to apply for ILR because s/he has clocked 5years in the country, will the dependent that is yet to reach 5years on the calender benefits from the ILR outcome?

What's your age bracket.......

Are you submitting a holiday letter from your employer........

Is your employer a blue chip, red chip or mushroom......😁

Was your savings account, built up or loaded instantly......

What are your ties to Nigeria.........

NB : None of us can give you a firm guarantee..... We don't conduct miracles.......😊

You earn £950 in 31 days ....... And want to blow £800 in 4 days (not yet considering flight cost + other logistics)....... Miracle no dey tire Jesus o......😜

Inasmuch as the bolded is true, still nothing is impossible.
Just make sure in whatever you do, that you put strong home ties.
I suggest Apply like you have everything (with evidence tho), and make sure you clear their doubts that whatever you are going to do in the YouKay for only 4days cannot be done from here in Nigeria.

You are trying to tag most men that applauded what happened "misogynists",but that's not how most sees it.

What people saw is Western Trained women becoming financial bandits, which I know birthed the very reason why C.Ronaldo7 has never married is his girlfriend even after knowing he probably will not marry another woman.

Guy! Or bæ; whatever, my fellow men watched Emmanuel Ebue (formal Arsenal Player) and his likes begged on the streets because of this very reason.

And YES, the story is true, but you can still be waiting for Mainstream Media for affirmation. GOODLUCK.

We can't tell yet, a friend who got a job through an agent in UK early last year also got a response similar to this but it took over 4 months before the agent got him a job, it got to a point he thought he had been scammed.

Just send them your cover letter and your CV, I'm sure this agent isn't here in Nigeria so I doubt you can get a refund. You just have to play by their rules and hope for the best.

It's fake that's why you're only seeing it on IG gossip pages and rubbish blogs (mostly from Nigeria where we have lazy 'journalists').

Also, that's not how the law works. I know - I'm not guessing.

There are many factors that make such a scheme impractical from a corporate law and tax law standpoint. If it was that easy why would everyone not just gift out their properties before a divorce?

Oga!! It's not fake.
The lady is 12years older than him. Meanwhile they have had issues when they said the guy r@ped a girl that came to their house. I want to believe that whatever happened during that incident made him to think 'what the worst case scenario would be' in the future in the case if...that his newly married wife after world Cup had opted for divorce because of that accusations.

The mum is worth €70MIL and he might have money in tenths of thousands .
E no mean say money no dey, but the targeted amount is no where to be found.

Logically, the mum will in return willed everything to him. (50 cent did something of that nature but never exactly like this with his ex Shaniqua)
