If you doubts Bellong and makes the first payment, before 24hours you will make more payments up to 300k and above.

That initial payment will prompt you to not want to loose your money, thereby making you to pay more until..... (avoid them)

Verifiable experience which you must have payslips, tax, pension or bank statement for at least 3 years before assessing with TRA as well as qualification documents qualifying you to be a Bricklayer.
For self employed, you will need company registration document, invoices from suppliers and customers, evidence of payment for job done etc.

Yes he can nominate you for family sponsored visa. Just be sure you have documents to prove your relationship (that he is your family member and not 'an elder') and he's willing to provide documents to prove he lives in designated regional area.

All Visas are still open only the Immigrant Visas were banned.

Which means any visa that can lead to being a Permanent Residency or Citizenship.

Tourist Visa.
Student Visas.
Medical Visas
Are all still open as of old, but you cannot become an Americans citizen.
And Couples will even find it extremely difficult to apply Visas for their hubby or wifey. Horses mouth

Based on your response, is an Australian permanent resident able to sponsor his sister (primary applicant) and her spouse for 491?

Also would the applicant above still need to meet the English requirement for her nominated occupation by state or a competent score would fly as long as score of 65 Is achieved?

Lastly, if the nominated occupation is not available in the state where the sponsor reside, is the sponsor still able to nominate applicant to same state.

1st Question is Yes, because they never said it was only for singles.

2nd is, if there are criterias attached to the nominated occupation, you must fulfilled that first. Because i believe that people going through hospital related path (maybe not all) are required to provide a particular score in English exams. And if it is the state that needs that, 0ne has no choice than to give it to them.

3rd: I doubts that it is possible.
The only reason for even trying to stress the brain whether that is possible is because of the 491 regional law; which states that the holder can move to another region.

But the way they are tryna bring out their own different lists and requirments, one would be asking if that movement of a thing is even possible.

There are many occupations on the TSOL with minimal requirements as well.

Even in your observations, i believe we are still saying the same thing.

8states ÷100%= 0.08
0.08×85%= 6.8states.

Only Northern Territory (NT) & TasMania (TAS) are sincerely open, even though TAS added some clauses that might put hands into peoples pocket.

The other 6states are either prolonging when they'd start or saying something for people not to submit their APP.

That was how i arrived at that; my good Sir!

By having an Immediate family member who is an Australian PR or Citizen. And i believe they too would have indicate you as a family member in one of their applications before becoming either PR or Citizen.

The fact is that 85% of them do not want to nominate anybody for 491 as it stands now. Those that wants to nominate are putting difficult clauses.

We agreed on 1.4m and I transferred 700k to him today,, he only requested for my passport data page and two passport photographs.. I hope this is real, still have my fears until my Visa is out..
