For the rest of the day no responses from auntie. The morning after, i went back ti her apartment and she wasn’t there still and i got no replies to the several messages i left on her whatsapp. But i the said app she was active, posting cryptic messages in her whatsapp status. I rang baba and i explained the situation i was with Auntie. But Baba made it clear that Shade was now like a small god in my life and it was impending doom if I didn’t find her and also find a way to appease her.

For the next 24 hours, i kept ringing Shade, she didn’t turn her phone off, she let it ring endlessly. Several text and WhatsApp messages went unreplied too. Then the morning that followed, i was getting ready to go to Baba’s coven alone but i was dejected. If this girl no follow, na war oo. I sat in my car for a moment, then from my windscreen, i could see the curvy figure emerge from outside the gate, said hi to Musa the gate guy, for a brief and then made for where I was. I made trips to Baba’s coven as i always did. Sometimes i went with Shade, at other times i went alone. I started being aware of myself, i was looking out for Shade too, the money pouring in. But the crazy catch was that, Shade could date or fvck someone else, but no matter what she did she won’t get pregnant, as for me, if i bleeped someone else, doom, the only person i could fvck or get married to was Shade She knew this and that alone fvucked me up real Bad. One funny thing that marked the start of my woes was when i found a guy in her Magodo apartment, dude sat on the sofa like it was his birthright and to crown it all asked me who i was really? It didn’t take ling, auntie appeared with a bottle of vodka and found me standing and engaging the guy. Aunty seemingly told the nigga to go inside while she discussed with me. I was furious even though i tried my best to reman calm. Aunty said i had no right over her, her life or who she choose to be with, i reminded her of the baba thing and she reminded me it was me who needed her and not the other way round. Aunty told me to get out of her apartment. I got in my car, what just happened, i ignited the car and soon enough i was on the road again. I approached her estate gate when my phone rang, it was aunty, i picked and she barked into the phone on the other end that she and that stupid dude were hungry and that my coming was timely and that i should help her to arrange rice and chicken from Kfc (i could hear the Dog making special orders at the background) and that they’re waiting so i should hurry. (All these while, they didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I opened the door slightly grabbed the weapon and was back inside. I bolted the door behind us and then first i smashed the curved led Tv that sat elegantly on the tv shelf so the nigga go know say I seriously then i made for where they sat dumbfounded. I got closer, the dude already got the message and knew i was coming for him, Shade was frantic but i no send am. He made an attempt to get up from the sofa in a bid to defend himself too late. I gave him a chest kick that made him fall back on the sofa making him and the sofa fall to the other side, he quickly recovered and was scrambling to get up. The first swing was meant for his knees but he wasn’t still and i missed. He made for the kitchen and the second swing hit his arm and it dislocated a joint. That scream was a sweetcry but I wasn’t done. He was on the floor and one more swing hit his knee as I planned it and guy screamed till he passed out.

Shade saw how i was splurging on the money, then She made her demands and i met each and everyone of it. She requested a Magodo Mansion, i was going to buy this three bedroom duplex with Bq. But she requested i rented a 3 bedroom flat instead. I found this nice 4 bedroom flat and it went for 3 million. Took her to see it and she liked it. Paid for it the same day, But i didn’t like the fact that we’d be paying millions yearly instead of buying some place off and having it in her name. Her logic was, she would live in the Magodo Flat alone, then i could build her something in her hometown Ijebuigbo and that property had to be low-keyed. she’d rather have the property there away from the knowledge of her parents and blah bah. But whatever, i paid for the Magodo flat. But the four bedroom flat in Ijebu took some six month’s to complete. It had to be that slow because no long cap, i spent roughly 40 million on that 4 bedroom bungalow. No kidding, i got scammed in the process of making that property happen because madam wouldn’t go to her hometown for a month to supervise the project. I didn’t have the damn time too, but madam cited the fact that she was trying to hide the property, and someone may recognize her in her hometown or if she sent someone, they may trace the property to her and tell her parents. Lame excuses.

The engineer that i gave the project to, He started out well, but absconded with my five million. He was was on the project, (i heard) he got a call that his visa had been approved. So nigga used my money to book flight, and flew to yankee. But as omo boy wey i be, as dem tell me say na wetin sup be that say hin use my money go yankee ni. I stopped looking for him and told people that he’d paid me my money. I was happy for him if only he’d asked me for help, he would have finished that property and I’d have gave him 1 btc. But that one don go. Don’t just lets talk about the other guy. The other engineer that scammed me. But then the guy that completed the project, that one’s name na Lie. But now, by the gods, baba had marched made both of us and even if Shadey didn’t take Baba serious, i did, because that Baba na confirm and everything he says, even the tiniest detail carried consequences if you disregarded it. There was a time i cashed out through a picker (azzaman) about 20m, then the picker guy snitched on the deal. I didn’t even call baba, i got my Cult foot soldiers and wanted to go smoke the guy out. Halfway to the azzaman’s hideout baba called me, i picked his ring and je asked me not to go and if i had already did, i should abort that mission and go home and sleep. I was going to tell him to stay out of this as this was money and nothing to do with them gods.

But then as soon as he dropped his call, I didn’t have the liver anymore but then i was hurt because buisness was buisness, Snitch na Snitch. As much as i wanted to treat that Bleep up real bad, Baba was his saving grace. I got back home and later that night one of his homies called me and said Efcc raided the hotel he logged and arrested everyone including him, I didn’t want to believe and then guy asked me to check efcc’s page on ig that there’s a picture to support his fact. I checked and then lo and behold azzaman was standing behind his benz and other exhibits that was seized in the course of the operation. But then the time stamp caught my eyes so apparently, if we’d gone to that lodge, we’d have been bursted together and here’s why, the azzaman was an OG too and was even a cult guy too. He had his own foot soldiers too and last last everything na settlement e go be but then, i would have stood next to him in the pictures and my Acura Zdx would have been marked as exhibits. I got home that night, Shade went to her house like we’ve planned i went straight for my laptop, did one or two but make i no lie, you have to be involved to believe. tThat night, inheritance money, i cashed out. it wasn’t a very big bag as usual but baba said gradually things would fall into place and yes i could see the signs. But then this was the beginning of more money but then more problems please follow me on this journey and you’d see the things that happened after.

But then Shadey left the room, i made to follow her and baba asked me not to. I was not happy, this didn’t sit with Shade and obviously, i don cast. One her mum was a religious very Church type, and her mum asides, she’d talk about this to her friends and damn her mum too. Baba didn’t even talk about pulling a fast one he only talked about getting Shade to come and bear the sacrifice or else it was doom for both of us and then i complained about if shade would go about and tell everyone now that she didn’t consent to the idea of bearing the sacrifice. Baba told me to go and that he’ll do something as to that respect so she’d forget about what she heard every time she tried to tell someone but then she’d remember it in her thoughts alone. I asked baba to talk to the spirits so i could atleast buy some time and he said he’d see what he can do.

I got to the gate that secired baba’s compound asides the high fence, i opened it and outside there, was Shadey’s car. She just sat there and as soon as i came outside the gate, she alighted and asked that we go back in, sue needed to have a word with baba again. The next thing i heard from Shade’s mouth was that she was ready and she’d do it only on one condition, and the condition is right after, I’d have to marry her. Baba agreed to her condition, like they left me out of the conversation totally and i saw two people deciding my fate. I had no choice because of the consequences. Baba asked Shadey when she’d be available and she said right away. Me and Shadey then hanged at Baba’s place for 3 days. at long last we completed the whole thing. But then Fear woman!!
We left Baba’s place and Shadey became very commanding.

I set up a meeting with Shade requesting to see her, so a place was agreed on. I didn’t want to hang with this girl in a place that has bedroom access because i know how she can be. People, the devil na woman and woman na devil. (Truth be told Shade sabi collect diggi). I knew if we hanged out at my house or hers, she’d probably pressure me for to stick my diggi up her throat like she always joked on the phone shed say she everytime I penetrated she felt my didhhi hotting her throat. Its an exaggeration but then me sef know say this my boy long wella. But then, after so many back and forth thoughts about how to explain things to her without having her freaked out, i decided to pull a fast one on both baba and Shade. 7am on the day we agreed to hangout so we could talk, i called baba and said i was coming to see him, he was going to say something after he said he was available when i tapped on the end call button quickly. I already knew he wanted to remind me i had just 2 days left to bring Shade in. But then previous i had told Shade of how we haven’t been able to see because i had updates i had things i was working on and i was logged at Shagamu and if she so badly wanted to see me, she could come over to my lodge. Babe wey like prick but okay. I drove from my home and rode down to Shagamu (Baba’s Place), i timed it in a way that, i left a little bit earlier before shade did because all through that morning, i kept monitoring her movements through phone calls because i wanted to be sure she was headed that way and then i also wanted to get their before her.

I got to Baba’s place before her, after skipping through traffic here and there, i was parked in front of Baba’s compound and didn’t go in yet. I alighted from my car and waved then she drove towards my direction after sighting me. She parked and and got out of the car and there was this surprised look on her face because of the surroundings but then i quickly hugged her and told her i wanted to see my uncle quickly and that we’d be done in no time so from there we’d move to the hotel. That worked, then we were gonna fo inside i told her she had to take her shoes off and keep it in the car as my uncle was an Alfa. That worked too then she did, she was infact that she’d at least get to meet someone from my family. We got in the compound, then headed straight for baba’s office. We got in and there baba sat, but then Shade almost entered my soul because of the things she saw inside the said office. so at this point I didn’t gibe a Bleep. I only had 2 days and i had to do this. Then i asked baba to explain everything to Shade again so that way she’d understand what had happened to me and to her then the consequences. That wasn’t too much a thing to ask baba. Baba Shot me a look, moya look away. Then the ensuing silence between Baba, myself and Shade.
