I'm sure you don't know the origin of the mock spelling of the word 'Severe' which is being used in NL. You probably think it's the right spelling shebi? I can also bet that you just discovered the word 'demented' after your lord Buhari exhibited his, if not you would have known you can't use it to qualify blokos. COW. |

PaChukwudi44: bros which one is cash flow? Is it also amongst the charges at the CCT?
Speculations are not basis for any conviction.I was also wondering how Yusuf Buhari was able to acquire a N56m bike so should I say his father should resign for that?
How was Osibanjo able to acquire $900k and N94m he declared. How was he able to own houses in VGC and other posh places in lagos that he declared Nna e, these guys are just unbelievable. Suspicious transactions are under the purview of EFCC and NFIU, how it concerns the CCB/T is what I don't understand. But truth is that every Nigerian intelligent enough to read and understand knows that all this has nothing to do with the fight against corruption and all to do with 2019 elections. So there is really no need for the deliberations. |

Politics › Re: Lawyers Say CCT, Ex-parte Order May Be Fraudulent by dokie: 7:00pm On Jan 27, 2019 |
sammhi: Unfortunately that's is not the law ...the law does not recognise what you want or think but what it says If you kill a man who killed your dad , will the law set you free ? Nope ! You will go to jail The issue is not about the CJN if corrupt or not .it is the fact that PMB has no powers to suspend him ..... To suspend the CJN the senate has to approve it .... You may not like it but that is the law .... In democracy , the president has limited powers so he won't abuse it .. So what PMB can do or should have done is to lobby the senate to approve the CJN removal. Did you note that Trump has to shutdown government when the senate refuse to approve his building of the Mexican wall ? If Trump goes ahead to use the money without the senate approval he would be impeached. So Trump blackmail them till they approve it . So PMB should have use another means to make Senate approve his dismissal .simple PMB can't do whatever he wants no matter how good he thinks it is ... What he has done is illegal and he has to follow nornal process..He can't jump the process Thats why everyone condemn it Even if one kills a man that wiped out his entire generation and rendered him sterile (meaning he can't give birth again), he is still guilty of murder and must pay the price, that's the law. The law is not meant to please people. The law is meant to provide justice and order in society. I don't know the type of demon operating in these buharideens honestly. |

Tetehjewels: If you are not a dullard you would have been able to put two and two together with the way PDP has been threatening fire and brimstone and the way they have suspended their campaigns and the party dele has been in support of.
Has dele spoken in defence of any other party apart from PDP? If not that you have suspended your God given brain and intelligence, and substituted it with that of a zombie, you would have known that the only hope of the opposition in a continent where election malpractice is rife, and where the executive arm of government has enormous power, is the judiciary. So they must fight to ensure the judiciary is neutral. Your lord and master Tinubu was only able to get back the stolen mandates of his party men because the judiciary chose to be neutral. Yet you want the PDP to be quiet as Buhari is breaking the law to put in his loyalist as the CJN. You are Sick in the head. |

IamGoke: Yeah, you're right.
But that doesn't mean he should be setting corrupt people free by collecting bribes.
He is CURRUPT! Nigerian judges are corrupt. It's been that way for a long while. I have a major problem with that. How I wish it was a genuine fight against corruption, it would have been okay. But it's not. Violating the constitution is a catastrophic dimension of corruption (dictatorship) which if combined to the existing brazen corruption we will be like Zimbabwe in a short while or be fighting a bloody Civil war. I don't know if you are benefiting from this government or not, but one thing is certain: dictators kill even their closest allies when the need arises. As a result, no one should support the rise of dictatorship. |

spirul77: my own problem is why is nobody talking about the chief judge's offence or was he just suspended for no reason? That's not the issue. The issue is that there is a process to follow before he can be removed or tried or convicted. I don't know why people don't understand the importance of due process. Each and everyone of us in this life will find ourselves at a point in time when we shall need justice to prevail for our well-being or the well-being of someone we love. If due process is not followed, injustice will prevail always. It is for this reason that people with right intent kick against actions like this so that in the day of our need we shall have the moral standing to cry out. If you support the violation of due process because it favors you today, please don't ask for it when you are at the other end. |
